Fleet R&T states that their vehicles are cleaned & sanitized upon pickup. However, the white 2016 challenger was not. The gas tank was not full, the interior had a sour milk smell, carpet was extremely dirty, windows were dirty making it difficult to see out of, & dirt and grime was all over the dashboard, leather interior, & center console. I notified Fleet R&T of these conditions the first day & minute I picked up the car. The response I got was that I could get the car cleaned and be reimbursed, or return it the same way. That was totally unacceptable especially during this pandemic that we are currently experiencing. Fleet R&T never offered to give me another vehicle that was clean, or at least compensate me in some way for the $76 per day that they are charging to rent the car. Instead, they argued with me and told me that if I get the car cleaned they would only give me $20. Also, they tell you to put premium gas in their cars. All of their vehicles have a V6 engine, premium gas is not mandatory for V6 engines. Don’t waste your hard earned money on these money hungry people.

This is a business who is using a PERSONAL RESIDENTIAL address as theirs, we are receiving their mail and it is causing issues. Whoever owns this, doesn’t live in my apartment, I would know. List your own address and quit trying to fraud other people when you don’t pay your tolls. I will be reporting to the BBB and quite frankly State authorities as well. You are a business, do not use private addresses as your own, we have NEVER used this place and have NO AFFILIATION with them. Total scum.

Service is top notch, they have a broad range of cars to choose with, i use their pickup service when i have to travel to different states from Virginia.cars are sanitized, they are one of few car rentals who are strictly following the rules and regulations and for that they for sure deserve a 5 star review.

Alex (The owner) is a scam artist and is extremely rude. The cars are always dirty, and in not well mechanical condition. He will use this against you in an attempt to charge you further.

Rented a BMW from these guys through TURO. From the moment I submitted my reservation request till the time I returned the car, Alex was there to help If I had any questions. He even sent me a photo showing me exactly where to pick up the car.The car was nice and very comfortable to drive( I drove 2 hours out of the city and then 2 hours back).Next time I need to rent a car through TURO I will definitely be sure to pick a car from FLEET R&T LLC.

I just used these guys for a rental through Turo and they were really great! The pickup and drop was right at the front door of BWI airport - no wait! In fact they accommodated my delayed flight. Super cool guys - quick drop off and pickup. The car was super clean, new and not to mention, fast! I love that they only use American cars!!! These guys are the best and I would definitely use them again.
