Ive taken my two boys here for a while now. They do an amazing job in my kids cuts including eyebrow clean up for my 10yr old. The line ups and fades are on point with every barber theres no need for a specific person. Everyone is great.

Best place to get your haircut in Arlington and surrounding areas. All barbers do real good jobs here they never disappoint. I personally go to Berty he always takes care of me and works with my schedule and timing. He is always consistent with my cuts, beard trimming and edging. I always leave looking good and feeling good 5star place totally recommended.

My husband and son went in today for a cut and fade with Gustavo and he did an amazing job! He doesnt rush the appointment and is very detailed! Theyve been looking for a new barber to start going to and theyve finally found one! The shop is very impressive and the barbers are awesome! Customer service is terrible! Being new to the area me and my son gone to get haircuts here 4 times. We call ahead a day early to set appointments. The last 3 times we went to our appointment they completely forgot about us or just overlooked us. We set an appointment just to wait almost 2 hours to get cuts. This last time they’ve done it again. We had appointments and the owner and 2 other barbers go outside to smoke. When we leave he asks where we going? And why don’t we wait? It’s already been 45 minutes since our appointment was. I told him they done this to us 3 times already and he stated, I’m sorry bro.. and that was it. This place is a joke, customer service is terrible. Go spend your money else where customers are appreciated.

Gustavo’s my G.I missed my appointment by 10 minutes and the guy I was supposed to have an appointment with left. Fortunately Gustavo was kind enough to let me get a haircut in spite of the crazy schedule that he had.A non rushed experience with amazing service. Would recommend everyone in and outside the area to get a haircut here.

I went once before and it was quick first time.. Only one time. Every single time after I been trying to get in, wait time is over an hr. Then made an appt at 12pm thinking it would help. Walked in at 11:58 , one guy told me once hes done. Walked out for 5 min to smoke and when I came back in they told me there is another guy ahead of me. When I said I got here at 11:58am and what other guy said he just shook his head and said youll have to wait if we can fit you in. Never going back there. Thought Fade Factory would be my spot. Hell no ... seems they got their usual customers and new ones they dont care for.

Luis, is the best Barber in town hands down!!! Beautiful new shop centrally located and easy in and out. I can’t give him more praise! I am hard to make look good but somehow he makes it happen! If anything give the shop a chance, I swear to you, you will not go anywhere else after that. My wife does hair and even SHE sends me to him and she is good at what she does!
