This place is very clean and friendly staff. My MVP process was amazing. Everyone needs one of those, you feel like a new you afterwards. The only reason I put four stars was because the actual cut wasnt what I wanted and I kept correcting the stylist/barber and had to fix it at home with my own clippers. It was minimal so I didnt make a big deal. I will go back for sure but I will request a different stylist/barber. No I will not name her because thats her business and how she makes money, maybe she had an off day, no harm no foul!

Worst experience at a sports clips Ive ever had. Priscilla cut my hair. She was extremely rude. She was very rough while doing the cut. Knocked my face mask off while putting on the neck guard. Every time she held the top of my head, she had a death grip on it. When cutting the sides of my head she held my ears down with a lot of force. Sport clips is the only place I get my hair cut, but I will never visit this location again

Extremely slow. I left waiting on an appointment, found another barber, was finished and and finally received a text saying my stylist was ready.... Im good. I now have a standing appointment with my new barber every two weeks. But Im sure Sport Clips does enough business they dont have to worry about my money. Oh ya I pay him $100 bucks a month. But Im sure they dont need that either.

The ladies name was Laura. I asked her to do a fade an I really like it. Perfect blend. Fantastic . Highly recommend this location

Me and my friend both went in on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted by an extremely rude lady. She treated us condescendingly and with absolutely no respect. We should have walked out right then. They gave us the worst haircuts of our lives. I went in the car and started yelling. We did not tip. Do not come to this location!!! I swear to god I’ll never get my hair cut by a white lady ever again in my life.

My two year olds son hair cut was $17. For a HORRIBLE job. The lady, Priscilla I believe, was extremely patronizing and rude. She was impatient that my two year old wasn’t sitting stone cold still for her, and seemed irritated afterwards when I asked to use the bathroom so we could wash off all the hair that had gotten all over his neck and face and shoulders. She didn’t even attempt to help brush them off. Then, their credit card machine was broken and she looked at me in disdain when all I pulled out was a $20. I never carry cash on me so it was already a hassle to have to pull over and get money out. The facility was nice and clean, the staff was the exact opposite. Will never come back here and already shared my experience with family and friends.

Unless you know how their procedures work, don’t was your time here. I waited for an hour in the lobby to never be greeted or checked in. I had no idea about online check or the self serve check in that they expect customers to do when you walk in. 3 people working and not a one took the time out to greet me or even ask if I had checked in or not. Poor excuse for customer service, perhaps they should take into account not everyone has been there? The only good thing that came out this was saving me from the overpriced $20-30 haircut. 1 star service at 4 star prices. Absolutely ridiculous. Listen to the other reviews and stay away from this location.

Every Sport Clips I have been to has been about the same, except for the one in Kyle, TX, its by far the best one Ive been too. The Kennedale location; however, is absolutely terrible. Its not the same experience that you would receive at their other locations. Employees arent as friendly, they are extremely slow, and the haircuts are horrible. This is the first place Ive lived that I finally had to breakdown and start going somewhere else to get my haircut. The Great Clips on Sublett gives good consistent haircuts and they are cheaper too.

Good price, and while haircuts vary by stylist, they are equivalent to higher priced salon cuts.

Normally, Ive gotten really good haircuts here- until today when I just didnt. Debating whether to come back to this location.

I went in today at 4 pm and was told that the did not have time to cut my hair because there were several people ahead of me, they close at 5 pm. I left, went down the road and got my hair cut somewhere else, and was back home in 30 minutes. Will never be back to this place.

Avoid this place. I dont know why I keep giving this place a chance. Terrible cuts, terrible service. Paid for a MVP, got a crap experience. Nicole seemed to be rushing through the cut, it was crooked. I had to fix it at home. During the wash, she didnt put the hot towel on right. Half my face wasnt covered. She left soap suds in my hair, I had to tell her to rinse it again. She seemed annoyed and didnt even dry my hair off. That left water running down my back and chest. The massage was a joke. All in all it seems like this franchise doesnt give a crap about quality stylists. Ive had better cuts at other Sport Clips.

Worst cut I have had in the longest time, shout out to SC in Cedar Hill. This place sucks, why there is never a wait, second haircut here and both were garbage.
