UPDATE: after the shop refused to take any accountability for giving me back an unsafe car to drive without any warning,I sent then an email asking basic questions to understand what happened (who worked on the car, all services and checks performed, was it test driven, etc), and they continue to refuse any response. Is this the type of shop you want working on your car? They give the industry a bad name.BEWARE: Car was returned to me in worse shape than when I dropped it off (additional $6k of damage) and the shop is taking zero responsibility. The car was unsafe to drive when I picked it up, and they were fine with me driving it on a road trip with no mention of any issues. The picture below happened right after I picked it up (car was pulling and steering was heavy from the moment I picked it up). If you care about your car or safety I would avoid this shop.

Went to pick up 3 days after it was supposed to be ready. After they had my car for 2 months they washed it but did not even wash the wheels. My car had $16,000 in Hail damage. It needed a new roof and hood and other dents fixed. When I picked up, it had a lot of over spray that they had to wipe off and A spot of dullPaint that had not been polished. After fixing those things I left in it. Hit a rain storm and turned on wipers and they had not put wipers back on. I had to turn around in 5 o’clock traffic and go get wipers put back on. Then the next day, windshield dirty, turn on spray and nothing. They say my pump is out but I took it with working windshield washer. Will not fix. I had to take back a second time to have them get a greasy handprint off of my upholstery and to redo ceiling upholstery where I could still see the foam around the rubber seal. I also told Andy that my drivers door now squeaks and he said it was nothing they did. Later looking at it, it is their fault. It is the seal rubbing together that they had to repair putting on new roof. They do not take any responsibility for their work. And the detail person really did a terrible job. They were recommended to me by Fort Worth Audi and I expected great work. Very disappointed.

Oh my goodness! The whole business is superior. My brand new X3 was rear ended by a huge plumbing truck, and now, it looks and runs like new again. Love, love, love, this business!

The lady who helped us Monica was nice. We rented a car for a certain amount of time. When we returned it the day we thought they told us it was going to be ready we received a call that they wouldnt have it ready for another 3 days cause the worker dropped the bumper and got scratched so they had to repaint it. So yes I could of got another rental but I was already tight on cash cause the rental company took a hold of a lot of my money and wouldnt be returned for another 4-5 days. So I went the whole weekend without a vehicle cause of this. When I went to get my car the gentleman who helped was rude and not friendly. When I told him my situation he pretty much just didnt care and was well it looks like you owe us. Right away for the payment and get out. After I paid i asked him who do I talk to about my problem see if I can get some kind of discount for what I went through cause of their fault. He just got my receipt and said talk to her(Monica) and walked away. After that I just walked out cause Monica was outside waiting to hand me my keys and car. Told her the same thing I told the guy who I paid and, it was one ear out the other. Just used them cause they are the only ones BMW recommended to us. But if we have another issue we will ask BMW for someone else to go to. And its not much that we didnt get a discount for our troubles, to me the most important was customer service. It was horrible!!! And the owner messaged me back on here so everyone thinks he helped. Well I contacted him like he told me on the message and no response till this date. So either hes busy or just wanted viewers to see he supposedly helped. Keep you guys posted if anything ever come out. 🤔😑

Incredibly impressed by the work completed on my 40th 370z by these guys.Perfect color match on the body and nicked wheels and they even noticed I had a clear bra on my mirror (quite difficult to tell) and replaced it without having to ask.Cindy was also amazing with communication and answering any questions I had.I highly recommend this place and will be coming back to have some PDR completed for minor hail damage.To add, I am a person that quite picky in terms of quality and don’t mind paying the premium for service that guarantees this and GP 1 surpassed my expectations.Thanks GP 1!

I have dropped my Suv at the bodyshop on 05/31 since than I was never contacted by my service advisor Hannah. I call Hannah multiple times in one to talk and get the status of my car repair, left voice mails, left notes as someone else from GP1 answered and said they will make sure she call me back. If this is how you treat the customers why would some be willing to get their car repaired at your collision center?

Grp1 restored my XT5 to its original condition. They went beyond the surface damage to find hidden damage and professional repaired that too. I am extremely satisfied. Look for Andy Francis there. He is very skilled at turning out a professional job while working with insurance company limitations and parameters.

I have used GP1 twice and both experiences were great. I recommend that you trust your service to them.

Took my Audi in to get some scratches fixed that couldn’t be buffed out. Estimate was accurate, work was completed earlier than quoted, and the quality was exceptional. My car is mythos black, which has metal flake in it, and the paint matches perfectly. Well worth the money and would highly recommend to other Audi owners

My vehicle was hit while parked and my left side was damaged. GP1 was very quick to get my situation sorted out with the responsible parties insurance. They were prompt and straight up. They told me that my car would be ready by a certain date and it was. I got frequent call letting me know where they are at as far as the repairs. I was never out of the loop duding the time my vehicle was with them. The only thing was a spot on my rear fender, the size of a golf ball, appears to need some polish (it’s a dull spot). Other than that I was very happy and satisfied with my experience. Great people working there and if needed too, I would return to this fine establishment.

I was rear-ended and needed a place to repair my truck. I decided on them because of the high ratings and good reviews. I was up against storage fees from the wrecking yard and they arranged for a tow service to get my truck that day and bring it to them. I was kept up to date every step of the way and they answered any questions I had through email the same day. I was never left wondering. The ladies I dealt with were personable and helpful throughout the whole repair process. And the shop met the target date of completion. Very pleased all the way around.

Honestly, these guys deserve more than 5 stars if possible. Not only they took care of my frustration that i had to go through the insurance, they made it way easier from the day i left my car. The body work that they have performed is flawless, in-fact it never looked this good honestly. They made sure to put all the brand new parts as insurance has a habit of putting aftermarket or used products and my car is currently under factory warranty. They made the whole process so easier. Andy always kept me updated even at times when i behaved rough, he kept his calm and tried to cooperate with the situation. They told me the insurance company had to pay for a rental while my car was being repaired while the insurance company told me nothing! They were very patient and accommodating with me because I could only arrive just before they were closing. They updated me throughout the time they had my car as well... My Audi Q5 got hit by a debris on Jan 25 2021. I took it to GP1 Collision Center of Arlington immediately since I was referred by my Audi Dealer at Grapevine to take it there. After arriving at GP1 Arlington, I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks since I have the latest 2021 model and parts may need to be ordered. I was ok with it since Insurance was going to cover me for 4 weeks for a rental car. But then lightning struck when I got a call from GP1 that it would take another month for my car to be repaired since parts are getting delayed from Audi. I accept that and supported GP1 Collision Center of Arlington. No issues since its COVID19 days. I was trying to be patient and took help from my friends for grocery and day to day commute for over 2 months. Then I got an email from GP1 that my parts have arrived on Mar15 2021. After that they said it will take another 7 -10 days for fixing, buff, quality control etc.. I was still patient and kept on waiting …..Finally I was asked to pick up my car on Mar 22, 2021 and when I took the delivery of my Audi, the AC was not working. When I called GP1 they said that they need to charge the AC and I need to take it back to them.My only question for GP1 Arlington is what does “QUALITY CONTROL” mean to you guys ??? Together me and insurance have spent $11000 on the repairs plus waited for 2 months to get the delivery of the car. Your shop does not even have “LOANER” cars which is a must in this industry… I wish my Audi Dealer at Grapevine had never referred me to you guys… I am thoroughly disappointed with your quality control team who does not even check the car before delivery. How can you deliver with AC not working at all ??? I wish you guys had a more robust process… I would not recommend GP1 Collision Center of Arlington going forward to anyone.. Again I am saying.. I was ok till the time the parts were getting delayed from Audi due to COVID19 delays… But I am not ok when GP1 Collision Center of Arlington says that they have gone through their quality checks and then deliver a car with nonfunctioning AC.. I had to wait almost 1 hours the following day to get my AC charged… I just hope my worst nightmare with GP1 Collision Center of Arlington has ended and I don’t have to see them again… I have spent so much money on rental cars, uber trips to GP1 Collision Center of Arlington that I don’t even want to see this shop again….I am sorry but I am trying to be dead honest….. I hope and I pray someone at GP1 Collision Center of Arlington is reading and listening and would help me with the hardship I have gone through in the last 2 months….

They finished before the estimated time, they washed my truck and cleaned up the interior. Great service, would definitely recommend them.

Average service is good, no many updates and I have to call to get updates, finishing on the paint good, however I found some residuals on the front covers of the bumper, inside cleaning bad, my car was very clean and the carpet with no signs of wear, I found foot steps with seems to be paint on the driver floor mat, interior was with some white spots, it looks like the person who paint manipúlate the interior, outside dirty, took a month to get done, price a little high !

Sadly, my son backed into a concrete thing, smashed a back quarter part of BMW. (But he was fine, AMEN!) GP1- Collision’s work was fantastic! Andy, my contact, was very pleasant to work with throughout. When my son saw our “fixed” car he said, “Ahhhh, there is our Black Beauty! 🧐🤓🥰Thank you....Great job everyone involved.

I had a guy hit the passenger side of my beloved 2019 Mini Cooper S, right in front of the door handle and back into the quarter panel. My thought was that I would never get this looking right again. I decided one GP1 collision to do the repairs for two reasons; 1) they were a preferred shop for USAA and 2) they were the BMW repair shop in Arlington. And I glad I did. Not only did they keep me informed at every step, they finished ahead of schedule. Turned out that a new door panel and a new quarter panel had to be installed. I was a little worried about how it would look, but what a shocker to see the final product! It literally looked brand new! And the paint looks perfect and the color is spot on! My Mini is Electric Blue and I thought that would be a hard color to get right, but it looks great! Highly recommend this shop!

I got into an accident, clearly, and had to bring my car here per the insurance company’s recommendation. With the damage done on my car, I didn’t expect much. They shocked me though! The car after the repairs looked better than the car even before the accident!!! I kid you not, I am so impressed with their work. Circumstances related to the COVID-19 crisis led to my car being damaged while sitting parked as I awaited takeout food. After spending a week haggling with the other drivers insurance and a failure on her part to provide a statement, I was advised to file with my own insurer. Needless to say, I had grown frustrated and impatient. Between my own insurer and GP1 Collision, however, I was soon alleviated of being hassled and was able to enjoy getting my vehicle repaired with little to no extra involvement on my part. I was able to promptly get my vehicle in to be evaluated as well as being scheduled for service. My insurance provided for a rental car , which I was able to pick up and drop off at GP1 with no added effort on my part. Furthermore, my service advisor, Monica Engel, was a consummate professional, and as a female customer, it put my mind at ease to work with another female who wanted to ensure that the repair was done professionally and promptly rather than just taking advantage of a trusting female customer.

I really liked Megan (the Receptionist)! I called and spoke with her several times prior to bringing in my Volkswagen. She gave me guidance of what I needed from my insurance company in order to get the collision damage started. To me, she was the most instrumental person because she was the one that helped me get set up at GP1 and Enterprise Rental to begin with.Also, a big WOW to whom ever detailed the inside of my Tiguan. That hasn’t been done since 2015. I am fairly sure the person that did this detailing job was probably ‘pissed’ about all the effort that went into the detailing. There was lots of dog and cat fur all over the inside of the car. I have many pets transported in my car.So a HUGE Thank You to your employees. I chose to use GP1 Collision Center over others because my car is a Cooper and a recent model even though it was the one my insurance company used. I was extremely happy with the service, the care and expertise of the mechanics and how beautiful my car looked when I picked it up. Every inch was cleaned like new! I highly recommend them!

They communicate with the insurance company to get my car fixed right and keep me in the loop on all new item that I didnt know about. The work hours worked well with mine. I was able to pick my car up and get to work on time. Lastly my car look like a new car when they was done with it. GP1 remembers the name if you ever need body work especially if you own a high in car that you cant take to any body shop. If you want it done right I suggest you go to GP1. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I highly recommend finding another place to take your vehicle!! I was t-boned and sent my vehicle to BMW of Arlington hoping that they will do a great job at repairing my car through my insurance, well they sent it to GP1 and said that this is their sister company who does all their collision repairs. My service adviser, Chris, was really nice and did his best to give me time frames that his tech would finish by, but they failed me for weeks. They would keep pushing back the date of completion. I told them to take their time so that it was done right.The day my car was ready I sat in the lobby talking to a few other people and they told me to expect my car to be brought back at least one more time. Ive been back 2 times now (12 hours of being off work to go back and forth)!! My insurance paid out over 14k for repairs, plus my 1k, so I expected my car to be fixed back to new condition.. I got my car back with chipped paint in places that were in perfect condition when I brought it in, a passenger side headlight that now takes in water, scratches on my window tint, the side skirt didnt sit flush, the a new tire that wasnt new, and my tow hitch is missing. The only good that has came from this service is they were able to match my paint and Chris was a great guy. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car somewhere else or you will get more damage to your car with no accountability or offer of replacement and you will have to take off extra hours of work.

Was unsatisfied with communication. I had to continuously call to get updates on my car’s status. Even if nothing was happening and they were waiting on parts, I initiated all early on communication. It wasn’t until I complained through various outlets that communication came from the staff. I don’t drive a cheap car so I don’t expect a cheap level of service. I was already frustrated from being hit by an uninsured driver without a license and this facility & their staff did not make the process of having my new car in the shop pleasant.

They were great! I brought my car in after a fender bender and they did a great job. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Stephanie handled my claim and was always keeping me up to date on how my car was coming along. I will recommend her and the rest of the GP1 crew. I have dealt with this location previously when it was just Moritz BMW body shop and I must say that they were good then and they are absolutely great now. Chris Bridges has helped me, and my friend with our cars. By far the best paint and body work I’ve ever seen. My wife had a fender bender back on April 2018 in my Cadillac XTS.. The work was beyond expectations.. I was very satisfied and can’t wait to take my project car to them.

Very disappointed in the service of my car. I initially was there to replace a bumper and after 2 weeks at their facility my car went through a hail storm and needed to be repaired again. I do not blame GP1 for the hailstorm and at the onset, they did a great job working with me. When I finally got my car back though, I discovered that the initial repair was left incomplete and the windshield had 3 cracks in it from the storm and still needed to be replaced. If you go here, be sure to go over your repairs with a fine tooth comb because their attention to detail leaves much to be desired.

GP1 did a fantastic job on my 2018 BMW X5. It was pristine until I was hit driving along. The damage was extensive to the driver’s side. They used all OEM parts and reprogrammed all the sensors. I recommend the Group 1 Collision Center without reservation. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

GP1 Collision Center of Arlington : From the minute I walked in the shop, the receptionist or Front Line Girl, thru-out very professional. I had to pull my call from the shop as I had planned an out of town trip prior to need of collision service. Of course the car was drivable, as you may know, there is nothing like your own car. As I arrived of the fly, my car was amazingly prepped with plastic on the seat, and cover on the sterring wheel, heres one, the AC was still as I had left it. I truly know this is the only shop I would recommend. Oh the Rental Car service was unable to pick me up, due to high volume of service, GP1 Collision Center drove me right to the Rental Car Service, without even waiting for me to say something or call the Rental Co. Outstanding, thanks GP1

GP1 Collision Center is the BEST hands down. I wanted a company that I could trust knew what they were doing with my BMW 428I Convertible, and I got it. They were friendly, responsive to my questions, knowledgeable and most of all kept me in the know at each work stage. Taking the time and patience to explain as needed. My car runs great and looks beautiful inside and out. I didnt have a ride to pick up my car, they delivered it and it looked brand new. If my beamer gets in a physical attack that causes body damage I am going to GP1 no questions. I know I trust them and they know what theyre doing.

They went above and beyond! Andy was the agent helping me and he kept me updated throughout the process. GP1 did extra work without me asking or charging me extra. They painted my spoiler that was peeling paint, fixed my door handle, and buffed out my lights to make them look new. The original repair on the car made my car look brand new! 5+++

My BMW was repaired perfectly, GP1 made sure that I had original BMW parts and not aftermarket parts the insurance company wanted to install.

GP1 collision is an amazing body shop. They took about 7 days to fix my car including tear down and paint. They matched my triple white diamond paint perfectly and my car looks and feels new again.

Robert did a great job on my S4, communications were complete and timely, coordination with State Farm went well even though GP1 wasn’t on their “approved” list. No hiccups, great experience. The car was eventually deemed a total loss.

Alex kept me informed of all the processes and always returned my calls. My only issue was the amount of time it took to get all the repairs done, however I believe that Allstate also takes some of the blame for that. My vehicle was restored to its original condition upon return and I have no complaints! I would definitely recommend them!!

I believe GP1 did a very thorough repair of my vehicle, probably better than the other repair facility would have done that was recommended by the insurer.

Have had bad luck with my Audi SQ5 but GP1 has been a joy to work with at every turn and has gotten the car back to tip top every time it has had issues and in need of body work.
