Great job! They worked me in a week early. Love the Katzkin leather; It feels like I’m driving a new truck again. Everyone there was polite and professional. All of my center console stuff was neatly placed in a box and left in the backseat for when I returned.

I got some custom Katzkin seats installed on my 2007 toyota tacoma and they are absolutely terrible. They dont fit to the seats well at all, are saggy and bulging the day after picking them up. Very unhappy and it cost me $2000.

Got Katzkin leather interior installed on my 2019 Honda CRV through Sure-Fit. Was very pleased with the customer service when I dropped off my car, very down to earth and personable. They gave me adequate heads up when it was about done so that I could make the hour and a half drive back down to pick it up. I was very impressed and excited by how well the interior looked. Even though its a hike to get there for me, I will definitely use them again for any car installation needs.

Overall they did ok on my headliner but it was a bit pricey. It was done in one day. There is one spot with a slight wrinkle. The passenger A pillar trim was not install correctly and the vent was cracked and I had to remove it and redo it. I did end up ordering a new one since I cant stand the thought of the cracked vent. One airbag screw cover/clip was broken which cost me another 14.00 bucks. In total with their labor and replacement parts I spent about 500.

Disclaimer:Just to be clear I did not use sure-fit and I am sure there work is quality but I cannot verify.Emailed them to get a quote on doing the headliner on a 71 Dodge Dart. They told me $500 plus I supply the headliner and pay to have the windows removed if needed. $200-$300 for labor is the average for this work.

They did a great job replacing the carpet in my car. It was so much better than I expected it to turn out and it was much more economical than going to the dealer.

I had what sure fit calls inserts done on my Mercedes drivers seat. They ordered the Mercedes material and you would never know it wasnt factory. Amazing! couldnt be happier.

Yesterday, you repaired the drivers seat in my 2007 Honda Accord. I feel the need to compliment you on an exemplary job. It inspires me to patronize a company who, obviously takes tremendous pride in their work. The seat suffered from severe deep and extensive lacerations with much of the cushion stuffing missing. I didnt hold much hope that it could be repaired, without having a complete new covering performed. You were able to sew in new panels and make it look brand new again. I was amazed at the perfection of your work. I am so pleased and I wanted you to know how much I appreciare your dedication to your craft and the courtesy of your staff. I would recommend your work to anyone.

The customer service is so awful. this lady that took my car in, has no respect for customers treats you as if youre asking a favor and not paying. quoted me $550.00 but the way I was treated Ill take my business elsewhere..

I had what sure fit calls an insert thats when a new piece of comparable material is used in & the bad piece is removed, wow looks like new/ so much less supensive than a brand new cover for my Lexus, Appreciate the good work

Called Sure Fit even after reading some of the bad reviews. Apparently they are so busy they cant even afford to be courteous to a potential customer. When the employee answered the phone, I was greeted with, Sure fit, hold. I waited one minute and no one responded, so I gave up. If this is how they treat a potential customer, I would hate to see how they would treat me once they had my money.

I had a back up camera with auto dimming mirror installed in my 2010 Subaru. The image comes up in my mirror when put it in reverse. Why I didnt do this sooner, cause its wonderful.

I took off one star because they quoted me one price over the phone, and then increased the price when I arrived with my car. Not a huge amount, but still annoying.Then I went back a week later because my brand new top leaked. They assured me it was a Ford issue but fixed it for another $20 on top of the price they already increased in the first place.I went back another week later and the top still leaks. For some reason they believe the seals they installed are not part of the top so they will not fix the leak or the ruined upholstery. I wouldve been better installing the roof myself if I wanted it to leak.Long story short, dont go here. My roof still leaks.

I had a special order of 2 tone leather with piping installed in my Cherokee. I love it. The lady up front has a great eye for that.

Bought a new vehicle and wanted seat heaters. Dealer gave me a couple of shops to call. The 1st one in S. Arlington puts switches on the bottom of seat frame - how would I see what position it was in? Then I called Sure-Fit. They took the console apart, evenly spaced them for driver + passengers visability: So so happy I went to Sure-Fit - I think there was a $50 difference but the job looks factory.

I was recommended by the Cadillac deals to go to Sure Fit. My vehicle is a 2015 XTS, they installed a sun roof and a navigation. Hard to believe its not from the factory. Thank you for the recommendations. Just a terrific install.

Id first like to state that this is my first internet review on any company or service. I was prompted and compelled to write this review out of shear frustration.Jermaine Hamlin was the manager of Sure-fit and the guy that worked on my car at Sure-fit. Sure Fit is located in Clarendon and they specialize in car interiors. I had a few things done by Jermaine to my car which included; satellite radio, high intensity headlights and leather interior. Beware of hiring Jermaine to do any auto work on your car. If something goes wrong with any part of the installation it will become ridiculously difficult to get a hold of Jermaine. Jermaine attempted to install aftermarket headlights in my car, but after about six attempts and many hours of my time wasted, the headlights still do not work. So now I have been driving around with one working headlight for over 3 months. I guess in Jermaines mind its better to make a quick buck then to back up the quality of his work.Since Jermaine has not been able to fix his poor workmanship, he has apparently decided to ignore all my calls and messages. This guy is a complete amateur, but not only that, he does not back up his work. It is not the consumers problem when a product does not function correctly. Jermaine should have fixed my headlights or restored them to their factory settings. Now I am out hundreds of dollars and I have to hire someone else to fix my car. Dont hire Jermaine from Sure-fit unless you want a lot of frustration. Its worth a few extra bucks to take your car to a reputable shop.

Excellent/so I went to them for leather on my 2015 Camaro - I called other places for pricing - similar pricing except Sure Fit also did alt my door panels because they told me they have cloth inserts & when they do they are included in the price. The other places didnt even do them - I got a bigger bang for my buck - couldnt be happier

Just had a top put on my Honda S2000, Fabulous - The job was so good I decided to have inserts (that matched the exterior) done by Dana at the shop. OMG I have a new car.

Over the last 20 years they have installed 4 sunroofs for me. The first 3 I was super pleased. The 4th was installed on 04/03/19 which I was the least pleased with. Customer service is curt and not as friendly as I previously remembered. The switch for the sunroof is crooked. The headliner was dirty. My vehicle had dirt and dust all over from the liner being removed. My vehicle was a 2018 Ford Expedition Max Limited. For $1550 I feel the inside of my vehicle should have been professionally cleaned.Update 04/04/19 - the next day after having my sunroof installed I had it in the vent position. It started to rain. When I went to close it the sunroof would not close. I called surefit and Louis answered. Apparently she is the owner. Louis advised me that they closed early and she was not in the office by her computer to help me trouble shoot it. What owner doesn’t know their product!!! I had to call Signature, the maker of the sunroof, and have them walk me thru trouble shooting it. They were able to help me get it closed but I now have to go back to Surefit to have it fixed.Also, when Surefit installed the sunroof they put the hands free mic under the drivers side visor. When driving, the navigation can only be used via handsfree. With the mic covered by the visor it doesn’t pick up my voice. Also, when my wife talks on her phone thru the vehicle it muffles her voice and makes it hard for anyone to understand her. I told Louis I wanted the mic relocated she told me that there was no other place to put it. She then tells me that all I need to do is put the visor down when using the hands free portion. What a pain in the butt. Why would you not communicate to a customer that you have to relocate the hands free mic under a visor where it is covered up?? Louis then tells me that “if you can’t live with it” then bring it back in and they will look at it. After $1550 I should not have to live with it. Why would the owner of a company tell a customer, “if you can’t live with it”? Louis is very rude and always seems like she is being bothered when a customer calls.This company has went down hilI. I truly believe the only reason they are in business is because they are the only ones in the area that will do sunroof installs for dealerships. I would stay away from this place.

Great experience with Lois and Sure-Fit. Great help in picking color theme for my Mini Gator. Fair price, 1 day turnaround, would work with Lois and Sure fit again.

Poor customer service and no respect. After messing up car doors during leather car seat installation one tech was arguing and wanted to fight with me cos I told him to clean the car after he made a mess in it. They even forgot to put back some of the door panel screws. Would never recommend that useless place to anyone.

I just had a custom interior done like original on my 1967 Lincoln Continental. They have this guy, Danna, who did the job. OMG, its unbelievable gorgeous.

Let me start out by saying I didnt actually go to Sure-Fit, so I cant really comment on the quality of their work or their prices. That being said, Sure-Fits customer service, and in particular their receptionist, leaves a lot to be desired. I called at 1130 on a Wednesday inquiring about the possibility of bringing my car in for a repair to its convertible top. The receptionist was extremely curt and told me that there was no availability that week, and that I would have to call back in on Friday to see if I could make an appointment for the next week. Sure-Fits inability to schedule more than 2.5 days in advance is...interesting. Moreover, as I tried to ask a simple follow-up question, the receptionist put me on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. While those two actions were frustrating, they are admittedly not particularly egregious, the bigger problem was the receptionists general attitude. It almost seemed like I was bothering her by simply trying to schedule an appointment. While this may not be enough to dissuade you from going to Sure-Fit, it was enough to convince me I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

I just bought a Kia Optima and really wanted a navigation system in it. So I called Sure-Fit. They showed me this UNAVI OEM replacement radio. This system is perfect. All my factory features are the same. Its like it came from the dealership. Go to these guys for any of your aftermarket needs.

Bought my Jeep Wrangler a few years ago, went back to the dealer to ask about installing leather, they referred me to SureFit - So happy I even called them back to thank them.

WAYYYYYY overpriced ... average price I called around got for a headliner was $300 bucks. called and got a quote from these guys for$600-700 !!!!!!!!!!bucks and my car is a small coupe and doesnt even have a sunroof! No sure of the work but cannot be worth double the average for something simple. I would not recommend.
