Very professional and fast. I’m in and out in a few minutes every time. Whenever I’ve had schedule conflict the guys (especially Jesse) were easy to deal with. I appreciate the way they conduct business.

Ive been coming here for the better part of 2 years and the associates here are always understanding and do their best to work with your circumstances. Not to mention the location is always kept clean and everyone has been respectful during the pandemic.

I will never use this location ever again. Poor customer service, the technicians are rude and they lie. It was an all around terrible experience. It is an already stressful situation to have keep up with this device, while the Arlington location seems to make it more of inconvenience. One technician actually said to me “ is this how you talk to your probation officer?!” I am not even on probation!!! They are flat out rude and need to stay in their role of technician. They are not working for the courts and are not probation officers. There jobs are to install devices. Period.. I’m not sure who they think they are but they need to stay inside the scope of what it is they do. Not everyone that has one has been found guilty, they showed no DIGNITY NOR RESPECT!!!

Great Staff. I’ve had a pleasant experience with them , never really had any issues. I personally recommend them if your looking for a interlock service.

As much as one hates the reason they are coming here, I never had issues...show up early , earlier than scheduled and they get you in and out. All of the guys are helpful and have always gone above and beyond. If an interlock device is needed ( let’s hope not) this is the location

It is only bad when your behavior does not comply with situations. Show up on time, have little patience and get out. Them boys are running it! I have seen some crowed that uses the service, no doubt they’re upset cause they’re just pissed for whatever. I love it here! Making my time little more relaxing.

Terrible customer service. They gave me two unlock codes that didn’t work and told me I had to have my car towed. Called another location and the code worked on the first try. Go to any other location besides this one

These guys are friendly, professional, and willing to work with you on dates and times. Im not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, but judging my the other people I see there, I can make an educated guess.

This kid Jason is not helpful and makes things up. My device violated me the other day even though I blew in it five minutes before and 5 minutes after and passed. Jason made something up because I told him I ate a protein bar he said that alcohol was made with wheat and stuff so I couldnt eat anything with wheat products within 30 minutes of blowing in the device. Now instead of taking responsibility for a machine that malfunction he wants to charge me $50 for a code and $45 for violating on top of the normal $65 because my appointment in in two days. Very unprofessional person and unethical. The people that used to work there were really professional and would actually try to help work with peoples schedules and understand people have lives outside of their little small world.

I was spoken to rudely over the phone, and the service while in store was awful. I had an appointment and they had nothing ready. It took two hours compared to smart start taking 45 minutes. Im sure theyre competent with the equipment, but my experience says theyre not competent with customers.

Pretty good place just wish getting a reset was easier and more available.

Worst customer service, if you can use another location it is highly advised.

This place is very unprofessional. My little brother passed away & he had a something on his truck that we needed removed, and we explained the situation to the owner and the owner was very insensitive & rude about it. Trying to charge us a ridiculous amount of money to send a signal to his truck & then a ridiculous amount of money to remove what was on his truck. He told us sorry we cant waive a price because Of the situation. I will never go back to this place nor reccomend them to anyone. When a family is in a vulnerable state this company is just out to make money off of us.-very upset sister.

Been going here for 2 months and the guys are fine to work with . But 1 Mexican guy that does the computer part dont know how to charge your card and if he made a mistake wont put the money back on the card!

They are very rude and now I am locked out because they set my appt up for Christmas Day which they are of course closed and now Im stuck here stranded. Who sets an appointment for Christmas Day?!

They intentionally find ways to steal your money, they never answer the phone and blame you for lack of communication, I always feel like they take join telling me that it is their fault Im getting robbed but not stealing from me is against policy.
