I first discovered them in 2015 when I needed a flat tire repaired, and then decided to see if they could diagnose a couple of issues my car was having that my prior shop had never been able to solve. The guys at Smooth solved both of them! I am so happy to have found an honest, fair, dependable, and friendly shop for all my auto repair and maintenance needs since then. They have gone above and beyond many times, and I appreciate them so much.

Brandon and his team did a great job for my Honda Pilot. Oil and filter change and tires balancing and rotation. Very professional, honest and reasonable pricing. The place is very clean and tidy. Very hospitable however the repairs do not last. Repeatedly would have to come in to fix the same thing. Came in to fix the panels underneath my car just for them to fall apart before it reached a year. Noticed they were being held together by just cable ties.

Called asking a question for straightening wheels which I found is a service they dont provide. Brandon helped me by connecting me to other shops that can straighten wheels and offered help to dismount the tires, making my process a little easier. Working with Brandon was great - he was very thoughtful, kind, and pragmatic when it came to picking out new tires for my car, which was a welcome experience after going to my Volvo dealership, which was a general nightmare. Price at Smooth Automotive was fair and they changed the tires in no time. There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts up the street if you want a coffee and to do some work. The shop also has a nice lounge with coffee, tea, and Netflix! Couldn’t recommend them more.

Smooth Automotive is awesome! I’ve spent the last week plus having multiple repairs done on two different vehicles our family owns. Our older (2007) Hyundai Santa Fe has the notorious fuel level sensor issue as well as an exhaust leak. After having another local auto repair place spend 2 weeks not being able to resolve the issue, we were recommended Smooth Automotive and were not disappointed!!! Not only did they diagnose the issue, Brandon and Frank made sure we knew exactly what was wrong with the car, recommended the best course of action and had each or the subsequent the repairs done within a day! I came for 2 tires and they discovered that the other two were very cracked despite being only 2 years old. They encouraged me to contact the tire company and even offered to keep my flat tire in case I needed it for proof. Thanks to them I was able to get replacements from the tire company. They were honest and clearly not trying to get more money out of me. Best repair experience Ive ever had - and Ive had a LOT of repairs!

Ordered a set of winter tires from Tire Rack and had them sent to Smooth Automotive. Took about an hour but there was a cozy couch, coffee and Police Academy on the big screen. They did the tire swap and installed a set of mudflaps on my WRX. Best part was they do seasonal tire storage for a flat fee of $35. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Going to an auto-shop can be intimidating. So many shops customer service M.O. is to talk down to you and hit you with a huge service bill for unnecessary repairs. This is a great mechanic shop. All the staff are conscientious and polite and they never over charge. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and theyve kept my very old car on the road. Ive also purchased tires from them and the price was definitely better than a lot of other places. Theyve done everything from fixing a bent rim to major work on my cars suspension. Just an overall honest garage with good, skilled people. Ill continue coming here for all my cars needs.

Andy was awesome. I had a torn up tire. I called them. They had an identical tire available and mounted on my wheel the next day so that I could swing by and they could swap out the doughnut for the new tire. The price was excellent. The service incredible. Completely and totally satisfied.

I actually found Frank by breaking down in West Medford Square in my work truck. He took a look at my van, and quickly repaired the issue. He was very informative, and personally having over 30 years of experience in the repair service field myself, I could tell by his manner and confidence as we spoke that I was talking to a person that I can trust with all my vehicles. I refer him constantly, as does my wife, and all our friends and business associates. 6 stars.

These guys are dangerous, stay away.I forgive when a business messes up once. Sometimes maybe twice. But three times!One time they didnt latch my hood so it flipped up on me on the highway.Could of killed me maybe others.Another time, they replaced springs. They didnt re-bolt the shocks back on. Banged around for a few days before I noticed.Thanks guys!With every job they preformed bolts and screws were missing.They also forget to fix everything.When you have the fuel tank off already and I ask you to check the fuel pump.... Check it. And put all the bolts back!Lucky I know cars and fixed their damage, but if other people are unaware. Help them.They are cheep and thats what you get. No concern and no passion goes into there work. Very sloppy.Again, stay away this place is going to get someone hurt.

Thanks you i came across your reciews.Same thing just happening to me 4 days agoI brought my car to change one tire that was bad, i told them about noise i heard from the tires, one the guy that was in the counter ask to drive it around to see and ask me to wait in the waiting room, he came a few minutes later he did not said anything to me. Another dude call me and asked me some information name and telephone number and went out with me where the car park.and i told him i had a previous place, told me i needed it bolt joint and links, so he drove it around to check the noise and i go wait in the waiting room.when hes back the first guy who i spoke earlier said we dont have this size right now.so the make an appointment for me this Thursday...so my question why he didnt said that to me, i dont have the size of that tire first when you saw the car.after you both guys drove the car and i was in the waiting room.yesterday i was driving in the highway and my back tire fall out, and all the nock locks came off as well.YES LIKE THE REVIEW OF STEPHAN SAID I THINK THESE GUYS ARE DANGEROUS.YESTERDAY COULD HAD BEEN MY LAST DAY!!!

Tire store and auto mechanic. Standard rates for winter tire installation and storage of your non winter tires. 80$ for labor to switch all 4 tires and 35$ to store them until spring. Also a certified Nokian tire dealer, which is what got me in the door. Love my new winter tires and my car feels alot safer on icy winter roads.

Friendly and willing to go extra to help.I had a aftermarket suspension and the sway bar link broke/snapped. Called countless shops and no one were willing / wanting to help by simply told me to get a new one. The issue was ordering one, individual KW coilcover would take 2 months since it is a special order. Or sending it back to rebuild would take over a month.Finally I found Smooth Automotive. The owner told me come on down and have him take a look. He not only found me a solution to have me back on the road in no time.
