Gio came into work on his day off to repair the brakes on our Expedition. He really helped us out and discovered the mechanic that put our pads on before placed them incorrectly causing overheating of the rotors. Very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you Gio! Okay so its Sunday February 17th Im going down the highway and my strut blows. So I look up where can I get this fixed and I read reviews about Zack and Gios tire shop. I call up Zach answers the phone it says yeah we can fix that. I take my truck in its a four by four and less than 90 minutes I got a new strut and a new bottom mount which is very rare for you to blow that and it shared it off. I will have pictures later and I was very pleased with this business and I will be taking my business there again unlike NTB on Hwy 287 on West side who ripped me off or another way to put it, took me to the cleaners, see my review for them.

Very good shop. Professional and skilled-update: pricing has increased dramatically over the last couple years. I understand inflation is taking place but be sure to get various quotes to make sure you are paying a competitive labor rate.

Very friendly, but just seemed very passive with me and my request. Nobody including Gio wanted to help or even get up out of his chair and air conditioning to come out and look at my truck or give solutions other than tell me to call a California company. WHAT? SO you are telling me youd rather my business goes to California? OK... I will.

They did a great job on my 2020 Honda accord. Communicated throughout the whole time car was under work and provided constant updates. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. These guys are absolute pros when it comes to suspension work and alignments . They Installed lowering springs followed by an alignment on my Lexus and it came out perfect, couldnt be happier with the job they did, the price they quoted, and their customer service. They definitely earned a repeat customer from me the next time I need anything done that they can do.

Had a wheel alignment done on my Civic Si that has aftermarket coilovers and suspension parts on it. A week prior I took the car to Goodyear for a wheel alignment which was a fail. A week later I took it to Gios.. Zach did an amazing job.. The car drives dead straight.. I would absolutely take anything that needs an alignment to them. Top notch stuff people.

They have done 2 alignments in my car, 1st time car was very low Zach informed me prior to alignment the common issues with my vehicle and the likely outcome.2nd time raised the car a little and changed some arms, once again Zach did an amazing job. Top notch customer service

Great service and very honest feedback!Nowadays finding an honest mechanic shop is very difficult. Not only they provided feedback to what my car needed, but the service provided was done in a timely manner and efficient.

I had issues with my car i purchased from a VW dealership. There was an issue with a vibration that not only 1 but 4 VW dealerships could not find or diagnose.This shop not only diagnosed the issue but was fast and professional.First time using a pair of businesses that was not a dealership.Very satisfied and would recommend.

Amazing guys and very knowledgeable. I took 2 vehicles to them for repair and alignment. I work on all my own cars and dont trust anyone really but when I dont have time due to work and life, its nice to know I can trust these guys to do good work and keep me informed on what they find. If you want an alignment done properly, especially if youre looking for custom specs, this is hands down the place to go.Brought my car here after another shop completely ruined my front suspension setup. Gio and his team were able to fix all of the issues and align the car to the exact specifications I needed.The in-ground lift for the alignment machine is also a major plus!

Found out I had to have my clutch replaced, which sucks. Wasnt cheap, but was quoted @ around $300 less than online quotes I was able to pull up for the surrounding area. Left my vehicle that same morning, and was able to pick it back up that evening. The quick turnaround time helps take the pinch out of the cost! Let me know about a few other things I may want to take care of and provided additional quotes at my request, but no upselling or hard-selling unneeded services. Will be back!

Horrible, horrible!! Went in for a slow leak on one of my tires. Was told that I needed a patch. I had the option of getting a $12 or $20 patch. I asked them whats the difference, was told it was the quality. I decided on the $20 patch because I would be traveling to San Antonio with my kids. After waiting for over an hour, Sergio came out and told me that he has tried to use 2 different patchesand neither one of them has worked. He told me that it means that someone has used run flat in the tire (which I never have). He told me that they would just plug it now because the patches did not work. Another 10 minutes later, walked up to pay...cost $21...for a plug! Sergio tried to explain to me that it was because he tried to use 2 different patches that didnt work. I told him that it was horrible customer service for him to think that hes doing ME a favor because he only charged me for one patch as opposed to two. If the first one didnt work why wouldnt you give me the option of choosing a plug..why wasnt I given that option in the first place? I know, because a plug would have only been $7 dollars. After discussing this with Sergio for several minutes, I knew that this business was shady. To top things off, after I pay, I go to leave and there is 38 lbs of air pressure in my tire..while resting. It clearly states that there is supposed to be 32 on my door. Driving to San Antonio on very hot roads, with 38lbs of pressure (resting)...not good. Isnt that something that any decent tire shop should know about...air pressure? Save your time and money. This place is a rip off and have no idea what theyre doing.

Had coilovers installed on q50 Zack took care of it as well as excellent job second time coming here for my car modifications and would recommend these guys.

Great shop if you have aftermarket suspension and need a good alignment. Theyll align to your specs as well.

Pricing for assembling and reassembling three piece wheels was good, however, mounting and balancing tires got expensive and one of my diamond cut faces got chipped.. And Ive learned that they try to get all the money out of you rather than making it cheap when you do several things with them.Reviewed August 3/updated September 9.

You told me there was damage to my suspension but when I asked you what it was in your words you said im not sure but there is some kind of damage. There is no kind of damage to my car at all. The problem was you just could not align it properly as with most shops when it comes to aligning BMWs, especially M cars. It was my fault for bringing the car to you. I should have taken it straight to the dealer to do it. You actually charged me more then the dealer lol. As I said before karma will come back to you brother. God Bless you.

Had and oil change and an alignment done on my sons 2003 350z today. Had a great experience and the price was vary compatible. They also adjusted his coilovers that he had installed himself. Very professional and clean environment. Highly recommend Gio and his team. While they had the car, they noticed the rear axles were bad and gave me a price quote for that, agian very compatible. We will be going back next week for that work. Thank you Gios Tire Shop! I especially recommend them for lowered cars!! Its the place to be!

These guys now how to work on lowered cars. They did a great job on my g37. Three previous alignments were all nightmares done by other big name companys, one of which being the Infiniti of Plano dealership and another being firestone. If your tired of spending an arm and a leg to have your lowered car aligned, and your tired of incompetent or lazy people working on it, and your tired of getting charged double just because your slammed, and your tired of buying new expensive tires so they can only last 1/4 of the time that there supposed to. Then go to Gios Tire Shop and ask for Sergio. I live in old east Dallas... its not that far!

Very good customer service. Took both of my lowered cars to get aligned there. First car I took there (lowered on coilovers), they explained that my alignment wouldnt be within spec due to my camber bolts being bent due to previous alignment shop over tighting the bolts. They repaired it and corrected the issue. Second car (lowered on springs), they did not align because I had multiple bushings worn out. They stated they can align it but it would be a waste of money and advised it would go out of spec within a few months of driving. Gios tire shop is up front and honest before starting any work on your car. Ive sent numerous friends over to his shop because I trust Gios Tire Shop employees. Prices are very competitive.

Went to get an alignment on my car. Drove all the way from Carrollton and arrived at 6pm. The associate told me they stop doing alignments at 5:30. They dont close until 6:30. Where on the website does it state, no alignments after 5:30? Very disappointing and wasted my time.
