Richer and his team are very friendly, honest, and transparent which is hard to find nowadays when getting your car worked on and hoping the shop won’t take advantage of you. When getting my car inspected Richer came and got me and brought me into the garage to show me exactly what needed to be done to my car to get it to pass inspection. Very reasonable price and outstanding service. An added bonus is it’s close to home too!

Quick and easy to complete my safety inspection! Cost was $20 and completed in 10 minutes. I needed additional services before passing but they got me in the next day and everything was effortless. Also the staff was very friendly.

I went to this shop to get oil change, and what I had experienced exceeded my expectation. They welcomed me warmly. They inspected my car, made sure that the car was in excellent condition before they let me go. The price is very reasonable. I’m very pleased to have found such a great mechanic. I have been to this shop twice and both times, I was well taken care of and so was my car!

Frontline is simply the best in the area. Their work is top notch and they are completely open and honest about what work they suggest doing and why. I have brought them a number of cars with various problems and theyve hooked me up with solutions. And the one time it was not cost effective to solve the problem, they told me that up front and didnt charge for the attempts to solve it. Richer and his staff are extremely responsive and helpful. Richer and his staff at Frontline are nothing short of excellent. I had a specific part break on my car and Richer took the time to find an affordable replacement. He did not have to take the time he did looking for that part but he did and Im incredibly grateful. If you need a mechanic, Frontline is your place. Trustworthy, decent people.

My husband originally had the pleasure of meeting with Richer in regards to front tire replacements and an oil change. My husband left very pleased with the expertise and efficiency of the work done. So in turn I returned the following weekend in an attempt to replace the rear tires on our vehicle. I was again greeted by Richer whom was able to discuss with me all of my concerns for my vehicle. These guys are the best. Richer is a genuine and honest guy who wants to make sure your car is fixed right the first time. I do my own car work but when I need help I only go here. Frontline has done everything from replacing differential bushings on my Jeep to a cv/axle swap on my wife’s Audi. 5 stars!

I highly recommend this place!!!I looked up last night in google and I decided to go this morning to fix my Volvo S40, Im kind of new with the car problems, Richer immediately heard my concerns, took my car, He ran the fancy machines to see all the problems in the car which usually cost no less than $100 in other places, He did not charge me anything, saying He prefer me to save than money in case I would need to change/fix something.If you need a solid and honest guy, Richer is your guy.He is very thorough and knowledgeable and will clearly explain any work that needs to be done. I had an amazing experience with Richer during my whole process. Being a woman Ive come accustomed to places that try to sell me on services that I dont necessarily need just to make an extra buck, but this was not the case here.I went in for a state inspection and emissions test and to discover that my wheel bearing was gone AFTER I had passed and had mentioned my concern with an odd sound that I though was my breaks. He didnt hear what I had been hearing until he decided to take my car for a trip around the block. Without hesitation and with great service, Richer said that I could come back the next day to get it replaced ASAP. I went and my car is running better than it has been in a while. Im so grateful for Frontline and Richers impeccable service and attention to his customers. I will certainly be returning for more servicing of my car!

This business appears to operate as an auto repair shop and a small auto dealer. This review is for a vehicle purchase in January 2016, for a 2015 vehicle.I invested much time and effort in search for the right vehicle for the best bang for my buck. I knew exactly what (kind of vehicle) I needed. I used my resources to evaluate every possible known issue with any vehicle of interest (I used other tools in addition to carfax, and the government websites). Unfortunately, it is no secret that there are still ways to evade and hide pertinent information about vehicles that appear crisp and shiny on the outside, but hold deep dark secrets on the inner-inner parts, practically being made a lemon on the inside.Pros: the customer service was actually okay; and the purchase of the vehicle transaction went well. Significant savings on purchase and fees, as compared to a big dealer.Cons: The car they sell you (that they buy from the dealer auction) has has some form of damage, in this case - front end damage that was not revealed in any searches. Front end damage vehicles are the worst, they are the very same sorts of vehicles I was attempting to avoid, while I was thoroughly looking to buy a car for months. So here I am now: thousands of dollars out, a dead engine, an immobile car in January 2018. An engine that I thought was only just over 18k miles as stated on the purchase order from them and on the odometer. It turns out is not the original engine, and is probably a refurbished engine that had over 100k on it. The manufacturer also branded it unbeknownst to me, prior to my purchase from here. So here I am thinking I had up to 60k of manufacturer warranty (under a normal transferred owner transaction) however the warranty was voided way before my possession. I dont plan on sitting down and taking this situation lightly.I would NOT refer my worst enemy to purchase a car from here. If you want to throw a few thousand dollars down the drain, for the sake of saving a few hundred, then go right ahead. But I am doing my due diligence to hopefully prevent others from that very same fate, or worse.

I’ll start with the good first since the owner was nice enough to work with me in the beginning. I had to have my engine replaced and he found me a cheap one since I was currently struggling with finances. He let me pay him in installments so there was no immediate rush to get the job done. When I made my final payment he gave me a window of when my car would be done. When I went the first time he told me he ordered the wrong part and it would take at least another week and a half, I was upset but I was fine with it. He then proceeded to give me the run around every time after that and failed to keep me updated on my car so I was forced to call week after week to see what was going on. When I finally got my car back I completed the recommended services and days later my car shut down again. After having AAMCO check my car they discovered that the last mechanic who worked on my car inserted screws that did not fit and caused transmission failure (they went into detail but did not want to fully post the blame on him). I felt like due to a rushed job because I had to keep pressing them out the job was not done correctly which resulted in me having to have yet another part replaced on my car because Richer did not believe that him nor his mechanics did anything wrong but continued to repeat how they “don’t specialize in transmission”. So how did they know they didn’t do anything incorrectly ? Not to mention they took my battery I had JUST got the beginning of this year and replaced it with an old one that doesn’t even have a visible serial number ! The battery was made in 2016 . Maybe I just had bad luck or one of few bad experiences here but in short terms make sure you are well aware of the work being done and request frequent updates for services that surpass a week to be completed.

Worse service ever had, NEVER EVER go to this place, they are only concerned about what they are going to get out of you. I had a punctured tire, one of the mechanics who checked my tire told me it will cost me 20 bucks, the receptionist charged me 25 despite the fact that i told her that one of her colleagues told me its 20. She asked the mechanic and he told that he already told me its 20 bucks, yet she charged me 25, didnt realized it until when i checked my receipt when i arrived home - PURE FRAUD!
