Today I was in a hurry as usual. I had to cancel my policy with this company. From the moment I walked in there was 2 ladies sweet and very nice. I think her name was Samantha who I dealt with. She was one of the BEST customer service persons Ive dealt with. Smiling and just a sweetheart. Just want to say if I have to recommend someone it would be her she didnt hesitate to ask me how can I help you and just all around a GREAT PERSON.

I wouldnt recommend this place for a person riding a bike. Lady ran into my car door went to report it because the other insurance told me to contact my insurance and report it and have them contact them. The lady tell me they dont do that. So why do I have insurance with a crappy company that want help get my car fix. Total damage to my car $1700 I have had better

I am very disappointed with this company. First of all, I signed up for insurance electronically. I signed paperwork and sent it back. Well, my car broke down and was towed. Since I no longer had the vehicle,I wanted to cancel the policy. They told me to go to the office to cancel. Well, I went to the office and no one was there, not even a sign that said closed and it was around 12:30 pm. I called the office back and they said, the office shouldnt have been closed. Also I signed up for auto pay in the office the month before and they told me they would waive the $5 payment fee. Well once again, they did not tell the truth. I am really frustrated because I thought I was getting a good deal. I bought the roadside assistance under false promises again, about services. Stay away from this company.

Wont recommend.My insurance rate went up after 1 month of taking the policy because of the agent not fully aware of terms and conditions given by the insurance company.

I would love to share my experience about Baja insurance. My ex-wife and I, still had a policy together. She decided to go to a new insurance company after Baja kept raising her rates. I decided to keep mine where it was at Baja. They forced me to open a new policy because of my ex-wife. Then added her back to my policy. Without my permission. And raise my rates. Back to the date they felt she should have been added. All of which without my permission. Do not do business with these people. I will be changing at the end of my 6-month policy.
