My aunt has lived here for many years. Right on Langston Blvd, which used to be called Lee Highway until the recent renaming, Waverly Village is at a very convenient location in north Arlington. It is close to groceries, drug stores, and restaurants. Shopping malls and Metro stations are within reasonable walking distance. There’s a bus stop right outside of the parking lot, which will take you to Metro stations. The staff, especially Lissette, are friendly, helpful, and readily available. Service requests are handled quickly and properly. It is a good place to live.

Lissette is a very kind and helpful manager, she always provides help when you need it and makes her community feel safe and happy. Also Adrian is a great tech, he shows up to help right away. He always professionally fixes the problem. Both are great people!

I have been living at Waverly Village for many years and I very much enjoyed my time. The staff is incredible and always tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Maintenance is top notch and responds to you right away even for the simplest of issues. I enjoyed amenities including both an indoor and outdoor play area, things we put to constant use. Overall I would recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, semi-urban living arrangement.

I have lived at Waverly for several years and it’s always been my favorite apartment in Arlington. I did move out for a few years and then came back. For the location and the size of the apartments, the price really can’t be matched. The management is excellent, especially Lisette at the office. She’s always been very helpful and friendly and always answers my questions and concerns. The maintenance staff is also very efficient and always addresses our problems quickly, usually within hours. I love living here and couldn’t imagine anywhere else.

Living at Waverly Village has been great! The leasing manager, Lisette, is super helpful and responsive and always gets back to me right away. I’ve lived a lot of places, and having a great management really makes such a difference. The location really is unbeatable, there’s a bus stop right next to the entrance that takes you straight to the metro. And you can walk to Ballston in about 20 minutes. I don’t think there’s anywhere else in Arlington where you can get this kind of location for the price! The apartments are also pretty spacious and the maintenance team is really responsive. I really recommend it!

Waverly Village has been my home for the past 10 years. The neighborhood and Community is great. Adrian always respond fast and do repairs quickly. Lissette the manager is a good person, she is very polite and always trying to help. Now with covid19 they are more careful, they clean even on weekends.

Absolutely love the location and the complex. The staff are very professional. The community has play area for kids.

After living here for one year I am very satisfied with the overall experience. It’s a nice neighborhood close to Ballston and Rosslyn.

We been leaving in this Complex since 2014 Over 6 years know always good management nice and quiet neighborhood in Hart of North Arlington , last time our heat broke down the maintenance guy came right away in the middle of the night to fixed . This place has been awesome! Ive lived here for two years and its been so nice. The location is fantastic- its on the ART line, you can walk to Ballston metro OR take the bus right to Rosslyn- and theres so many stores in walking distance. I love being in walking distance to Ballston! You get so much space for the price, especially for this part of Arlington. The maintenance staff is so great and attentive, Ive honestly never gone more than a day without my concerns being addressed. Best of all is the leasing manager, Lisette, who is extremely communicative and friendly and takes care of our every concern! Its really so helpful to have such great management, and so rare. So thankful to find a place like this in Arlington!

The place I can call home with peace and comfort is Waverly Village !!My one bed apt, on ground floor with balcony overlooking trek path gives a feeling to be at home. My son feels so secure here with coded door entrances that he says “Mama I want to live in this apt not mansion”

Lived here almost 8 months now! New to the area and cant imagine a better fit for us. Very walkable and convenient to every major highway and the District. Very close to many stores and shops and they also have on site parking outside the doors of the apartment. Also closely located to Marymount University!The staff is seriously amazing. Lissette worked with us to find the perfect apartment and checks up on us to make sure everything is going well! Rodney, the maintenance man, has been so responsive and helpful. The area is very nice and we will be staying around for a while! Definitely recommend :)

A really great apartment community! Ive been here for almost a year and havent had any problems. Maintenance is always fast to respond to any issues, and Lissette (leasing manager) has been wonderful. Its in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of the Lee Harrison Shopping Center, and on a bus on line. Would highly recommend!

I thought dreams remain dreams, not until I moved in to Waverly Village on 25th November 2019. The Community manager Lissette makes you so comfortable and is so helpful that the new move-in dilemma is conquered. Right from the system of heating, New appliances and floor, carpet all shampooed, clear water with great pressure in bath tub which fills in to give hot sauna effect is great to experience. The walk in closet are superb and spacious. The Community manager guides you to installation of fast Internet and cable TV services. The mail box are safe and secure. The access to each building have different passcodes allowed to each household. Laundry units are at ground floor in each building and each resident get their personal wash cards. The Bus 55 is right on the road path giving access to Rosslyn Metro station within 14 minutes. Union grocery, bakery and star bucks are walking distance. Even I found one slice pizza shop next to star bucks to have quick bite. Safeway and Walgreens are on Bus 55 route, not to forget CVS and Dunkin donuts. In also spotted Mediterranean Grill opposite CVS on 3133 Lee Highway spot. What else can you look for in your dream house?

Im entirely fed up with Waverly Village - between the harassment of Charlie (my service dog) for urinating on property and the noise complaints when we are out of town or SLEEPING. Today I have a leak under my sink that is filling up a pot every 15 minutes and leaving me with no water in the kitchen. When reported to maintenance they said they will not come out until tomorrow. I should just let it flood the kitchen and let them deal with the repairs and clean up. Gables Residential - you need to get this community on track.This is a lease that will NOT be renewed. 😡😡😡

I was a resident at Waverly Village and its a nice Property, everything is nice and clean. Great location!!!

I choiced the Waverly Village Apts over all the other apartments in the area do to secure locked doors entrance, nice balcony, The maintenance Supervisor is pleasant and professional well lit lighting, clean building and property grounds, laundry rooms very clean, Cleaning Lady always present and keeps building spotless, nice neighbors who look out for one another and updated appartment interior windows and blinds, work orders are completed in timely fashion. But last but not least the Property Manager Lissette, over the two years I’ve been here she goes over and beyond making all the residents feel at home.

Office always closed. Went by Radom hour still couldn’t see an apt. Called weeks ago finally Lady over the phone was very rude and defensive when we asked questions. Reading the reviews no wonder so many move outs.
