Highly recommend this building. It is the only building we were able to find in Clarendon with three bedroom units that are spacious, nicely updated and well maintained. In addition, all of the building staff, especially Amanda, Mike and Bill are very helpful, easy to work with and flexible.

It’s disappointing because my unit itself is awesome and I’ve had a great experience living in it, management is very responsive and nice and i understand a lot of the issues I’ve had are out of their control but it is also out of mine and unacceptable. In the 9 months that I’ve lived here we have had the water turned off for the entire day in the middle of the week 3 times now. My AC is constantly wonky and oddly enough my electric bill is suspiciously outrages, we have had issues with our bills due to “wrong meter readings” (I’d honestly prefer paying dominion directly at this point). We had our power turned off for an entire evening (about 6 hours) in the middle of a weekend, and now there’s a gas leak in the garage so we are not even able to enter or exit the garage to get to work causing us individuals that actually need to travel then pay for an unnecessary uber. In addition to this I recently received my rent renewal letter and it is $400-$500 more a month than my original lease which is absurd. I do not plan on re signing at this point and I’m very disappointed because this place has so much potential but the constant issues is enough to look elsewhere.

We toured Bell today with Amanda who could not have been more courteous to us after a last minute Friday evening appointment. She put me and my husband immediately at ease and her demeanor helped us make our choice to apply here. Couldn’t rave about her more!

I really love living here at Bell. When I first visited, I didnt think I would like it as much as some of the more expensive buildings in the area. Boy, was I absolutely wrong - it is such a great value. So many of the buildings nearby have significantly smaller apartments for several hundred dollars more a month. Theyve recently redesigned the common spaces and added a work remote office area, which truly is just as nice as any WeWork (ok, theres no beer on tap, but I have plenty upstairs in my apartment). The apartments are spacious, clean, and nice. Our neighbors (who have become friends) have two dogs and yet we cant hear a thing because the walls here are seemingly soundproof. We love our balcony. Any maintenance requests have been fast.We apparently will be getting fire pits and an updated pool area.I will miss Carolyn and John, who recently left, but Bill is also a pleasure to work with. Everyone has been very professional and thoughtful, and they remember little things I mention.Things I would like to see: I would like a compost bin option. Perhaps a water fountain or water dispenser in the work remote area. Otherwise, this building is perfect for a couple of working professionals and their cat.

Carolyn will be terribly missed. So nice it was to see a smiling face greet you every day. It’s rare to find a live person for assistance in this changing world. Carolyn added personal touch.

My experience with Bell Partners was/has been phenomenal. I have never worked with more pleasant people nor had a more seamless moving experience. John Bailey was fantastic to work with and made sure that everything was prepared to perfection for move in. The apartment itself is newly remodeled and absolutely beautiful. Very spacious with a lot of natural light. Highly recommend!!

The staff here is amazing!!! The front desk staff are awesome and friendly (s/o to Caroline and Dwayne!), and I must specifically mention John Bailey (one of the community managers), who is extremely professional, genuine about helping others, and making your day better. When first moving into the apartment, he answered any and all questions I had.The unit is modern and clean. Maintenance staff are also friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. This is also a dog-friendly community. If I had one criticism of the building, it would be that some of the bedrooms are oddly shaped (could just be the shape of the building with weird angles), but otherwise, it has been a pleasant experience with Bell at Courthouse. Love living here! My fiancé and I have lived here for almost two years now - our apartment is great and the staff at Bell make this a great place to live. When the complex got taken over by Bell in 2019 I was a little concerned as the past management company were good, but so far everyone at Bell has been great. The concierge staff are super friendly, management are professional and responsive, and the maintenance team are quick, friendly, and sort out any requests. Im pleased to see Bell are starting some upgrades since taking over (new expanded fitness center, new clubhouse, updating the lobby etc.). Thanks to everyone for making this a great place to live, we love living here and hope to stay for more years to come.

We moved in a little over 2 months ago and could not be happier! We had a very detailed spreadsheet to price out all of the comparable units in the area. The Belle was the best value and highest quality apartment we saw. Our unit is huge and has hard surfaces throughout, which makes it very easy to clean! The street that Belle sits on is pretty quiet. The staff here is outstanding!! ( I do not say that lightly) I have not had one bad experience with them and they are so attentive. Most maintenance requests get responses right away! Plus the concierge and leasing staff are kind, caring and very helpful. John was our leasing manager and we love him! He answered all of my 50+ questions before we signed. We hated the lack of service in our previous residence in Rosslyn so this has been such a nice change.While the gym in the current state is a bit outdated the leasing office said its being renovated soon so I am excited to see what will be done. Also there are plenty of cute dogs, but I never hear them in the apartment.

I’ve lived here for five years and have loved every minute of it. The community managers at Bell at Courthouse, Bill and John, have been great, and are always helpful, friendly, and responsive. The concierge staff are fantastic. The maintenance team is equally great. All around the staff is top notch and the building is lovely, with a can’t-beat location :)

Our experience at Bell has been wonderful! The units are modern, spacious, and affordable. Plus, great location -- walking distance to the metro, and a variety of dining and shopping options in Clarendon. For travel, its less than a 10 min drive to Reagan. The staff is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from Caroline and Dwayne at the front desk to the community managers, Bill and John, as well as the maintenance staff.

The leasing staff at Bell at Courthouse is exceptional! During the search process they were incredibly accommodating and helpful and let us view different apartments multiple times. The front desk staff are some of the friendliest people Ive met and the maintenance team is always responsive and ready to help solve any issues. Weve been living here for two months and absolutely love it!

I enjoy everything about this place! The staff Bill, John, Caroline and David are extremely amazing!! They are really helpful and always there when you need any help. Caroline always makes me feel like home with her helping hand. I would never be any happier

If I could give this place 6 stars I would, I have been looking for apartments for the last 6 months and right once I toured bell I knew this was for sure the place I want to call home, throughout the past 2 weeks deciding which floor plan to pick, John was so helpful and accommodating with every question I asked, I never felt pressured or forced to sign quickly. We are very fortunate to finally sign our lease today and make this place our home ❤️

My daughter and I looked at so many apartment buildings in the Arlington/DC area. As soon as we looked at Bell at Courthouse, she knew she found her place! John, who showed us the apartment, was most pleasant and kind. The entire move in process was seamless! The apartment itself was up-to-date, bright and cheery! So large compared to all the other apartments she looked at. We arrived on move in day and everything was ready and waiting! Hafieza (sp?) greeted us and was so very pleasant! My daughter said that in all of her apartments dwellings, this was by far the VERY BEST! As a mom I am also happy with the location of the building. The building itself is very secure and it is in a great location! Walking distance to anything you could possibly need! So happy my daughter found this apartment!

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Have yet to move in and Arianna Menendez has made this process incredibly efficient and simple.

Harry, one of the leasing agents, was one of the best we talked to. He was extremely helpful, went out of his way to give us information, and was always available. We ended up not signing a lease at vista, but I felt the need to praise Harry and thank him for all that he has done for us. 5+ star rating!

Vista was my favorite place to live in Arlington. I lived there for 2.5 years and enjoyed every day of it. The location was great - we went to the Farmers Market most Saturdays and the walk to Clarendon was 10 minutes. It was great to be in a quiet neighborhood but have the capability to go to restaurants with ease. The concierge staff was the best! I was able to hold my daughters birthday party in the theatre and community lounge as well. Our favorite amenity was the pool and hot tub in the summer time. We miss living at Vista on Courthouse and enjoyed our experience at this community.

I thought this could be a great place to live, so I booked a tour appointment, took off work early, and headed over. I waited 20 mins after my appointment was supposed to begin and no one ever came to give me a tour. The 4 of 5 other people working couldnt even provide pricing information. If its that difficult to keep an appointment, Im afraid I wont be trusting them with my housing.

Vista on Courthouse is a wonderful place to live! Ive been here for 3 years and I am most impressed with the current Community Manager Elenas ability to make Vista not just a luxury apartment where people live but a home to where families and neighbors can mix and mingle and have a great time! Vista is a wonderful place to call home! Evening and weekend concierge are absolutely amazing.

The staff here is terrific. Dave helps my tickets. Caroline is very helpful in the front desk. John is very kind in helping me submit my payments. Bill is very professional. I really like staying here at Bell at Courthouse. Its a good home to have.

Awesome experience living here for the past 6 months. There is a great staff and maintenance service that responds almost immediately to all requests. The new renovations are beautiful and it was one of the best deals per square footage in the Arlington Courthouse Area.Cannot complain and I highly suggest the apartment complex to those looking to lease a great apartment.

Hands down some of best customer service I have had with any apartment complex. The service tech & maintanence guy JJ was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He didn’t just fix my fridge and outlets but explained the problem in detail.

When we toured the apartment we rented they did not tell us that two weeks after we moved in there would be a year long construction project right outside of our apartment. So at 6AM every morning we would wake up to jack hammering. The management is the shadiest group of individuals I have ever met. Not to mention stupid. They are so dumb that we actually used two storage units and did not pay for them because the management did not even keep track of them.They were also so stupid that they gave us a parking space that belonged to someone else and we almost got towed.There is no security on site even after several residents had their storage units broken into. One morning I found a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell and management did nothing to address the issue after I complained. To top it off, they put less lighting in the parking garage in what my guess was an attempt to encourage attacks on residents.The pool lifeguard was one of the rudest individuals I ever met and would yell at residents if they were not out of the pool area by exactly 8:00. She also spent most of her time trying to sleep with residents and their guests or swimming around instead of actually guarding lives.The apartment itself was poorly laid out and overpriced. We had a balcony that was larger than others so we would accumulate trash from every apartment above us and then had no drain so we could hose it off. It also had poor air circulation and the bed room would get absurdly hot while the living room was freezing. This is a very cheaply made building with crappy units. To make it worse, they wanted to charge us more to renew our lease even though it was listed online for $300 less that what we were paying. Needless to say we were leaving even if they lowered the price.The concierge, Carol, was very rude and would harass residents to give her a good review even though she was terrible.Overall I would say this place has a nice appearance but is run by slum lords and is actually a dump. The only nice thing I can say is that Shelby was awesome. My advice is to find a Realtor and have them help you find a nice apartment.

JJ the maintenance guy is the bomb! I feel a little ridiculous requesting lightbulbs when they go out, but he doesn’t mind. After seeing my poorly cleaned shower (oops), he showed me a little trick to clean the shower tiles. WOW! Hands down 100% service. Thanks again, JJ! :D

Great Move-in help from front desk and even other residences. They have carts for you to rent and the circle in the front makes for easy loading and unloading.

Honestly the best building I’ve ever lived in! From the front desk to the location and even the neighbors it’s unreal

Vista was a great place to live, however, the management turned out to be a bunch of liars and shysters. After telling us for months how the move-out process was to go, including on the DAY OF, they then turned around and admitted they lied to our faces and were demanding more rent. Even after I had gone through the personal expense of finding them new tenants, who they then refused unless they signed a new lease for longer than intended, at a higher price. They waited until I left the country, told me they lied, and then tried to charge me more money. No one even cared that they were a bunch of liars and cheats. STAY FAR AWAY from them, they dont care about you and will try to screw you any chance they get.

Vista is a clean and quite apartment with wall size windows. But there is construction going on route50, which makes very loud noise from 6am. The air conditioner is too weak, my room temp never went down below 80. Metro is in walking distance but its 10 mim and all uphills. I had two worst experiences which are..1)someone rubbed inside of my car that was parked in the garage. 2) during my car maintenance, the office towed the loaners car which was also parked in the garage. WTH!! Now I live in fairfax with same size and pays $1000 less.

Terrible customer service. They are out to make money and do not care one bit about their residents or their experience. Avoid equity properties.

I only spent a few days visiting my best friend who lives there.I was impressed by the tranquility of the area, the proximity to the metro and the services offered by this condominium: gym, swimming pool, ATM, concierge ... the staff with me has always been kind and smiling and the other tenants have always been in the way .A nice place to live !!!
