The office is beautiful, Grace is so welcoming and professional. There floor plans are chic and prices for the Arlington area are fair. You pay for what you receive ;) I LOVE MY NEW HOME

This apartment complex is a joke. Do NOT waste your time and money here. The staff are rude. Maintenance never fixes anything regardless how many work orders are put in. You pay for valet trash that will sit outside of you door for a week unless you take it out yourself. Pay for pest control that never comes out. Way overpriced for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with broken appliances and sunken floors. All things they promise to work on and fix if you email for work order. You call corporate to report issues only to be talked over without getting a sentence out. Then when you ask them if they will let you finish a sentence they start yelling at you and hang up the phone. Extremely unprofessional people who don’t care about people living there.

Dont waste your time and money here. Took me 6 months for them to get pest control out one time and they never came back. Had work orders being ignored for a busted toilet for 7 months. Trash everywhere, they Dont care. Dog park is tore apart from these kids, they dont fix it or make the kids not play there and destroy everything. Your water bill is the whole building divided, then that amount times how every many people are living there. People let their dogs loose and dont even watch them so they chase people. The office staff changes so much you never get work orders done. They dont background check their maintence men so you never know who is going to be in your apartment. People above me, their tub dumped water through the ceiling and all over my bathroom. Did they fix the ceiling? Nope.

Most horrendous apartments to live in I would give 0 stars but its not an option. Any how the prices are high the new management doesnt care for any tenants need they should be fired they are unqualified to manage. I seem many other reviews with the ac system having multiple problems I as well they fixed my ac from leaking water but sadly there atrocious self do not know how to fix anything I am always waiting towels so me and my family will not slip I am pregnant and have a 1 yr old walking it it very frustrating that they cannot comply with the terms.

I didnt move here, my son did. This is his 1st place and it was filthy. They gave him keys to a filthy apt. There were dead roaches everywhere...including inside the refrigerator. The apt smelled so bad. He was so disappointed and I was beyond disgusted. The office doesnt answer phones either...he was running behind to sign his lease due to traffic and called like 5 times. No answer from the office. I dont know if hell make it to the end of this lease. I found a list of reasons why he should break it. An affordable apt should not equal a disgusting apt. Stay away people.

The new management are responsive and take care of my requests without any hassles or delay.Thenew staffs are courteous and professional.They absolutely deserve a five star from me.Thank you and youre indeed appreciated.

I lived at this location over 10 years ago. Excellent location to live at. I see that they changed the name to The Vineyard. I would move back there in a heartbeat.

WORST apartments ever, they do NOT care about their residents, they “lost” my move in inventory list when I clearly saw it when I signed my 2nd term lease with them. My AC unit has went out FOUR times during the summer, longest time out with ZERO AC was 4days. Residents fighting outside and the poor management does absolutely nothing to resolve this!! They will be hearing from my attorney as I refuse to pay for damages they caused prior to me moving in and they “magically lost my inventory move in list” might even take it to the media!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!

This place has a lot of bad reviews. What is going on with the management? We helped a friend move in, not too long ago, I asked our friend if this was something our friend was sure of, sometimes life will through a fastball at you. From the outside things look ok, its once we got into the apartment. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend to anyone after seeing and hearing all the faults the apartment has. This people worst people at service. They dont attend to their residents. They make their residents stay in the heat and dont fix their AC. They dont do their job well. Anything that needs to be fixed it will take them time to attend to you and your appliance dont get fixed. The front office dont attend to you and charge unnecessary fee that is not rent. Poor customer service.

I highly dislike the new management we recently got. Old management was way better in every way and way more friendly than the new people working in office. I look forward to the day my lease is up so that I can move to a more professional and cleaner apartment complex. We do not have emergency maintenance here. I was in need of emergency maintenance recently but did not receive help. They do not value their tenants. With this new management we are forced to pay all utilities along with our rent on the 1st of every month instead of separate. Very inconsiderate. They charge 25 dollars a month for valet trash. Even you you literally never use valet trash you’re still forced to pay for it. They try to find any and every way to take more money away from tenants. The dumpsters are overflowing with trash all over the ground 6 days a week faithfully. And the list goes on and on. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I rate this property a 5.. Let me explain why...First, the area is great! Close to everything that you can think of! Food, fun and entertainment!Second, the staff is great! Yes we all have issues as far as work orders and financial arrangements, however, has the office ever fallen short of not trying to help or saying NO when we feel like it should be YES? of course not... They listen and will try their very best to help any way that they can.Third, the amenities that are offered are great and they will all be newly remodeled in time! Thats awesome for us!I love the area and the fact that when you drive in now, you can see the difference, the changes that are being made, the residents that are starting to care because the staff cares, the residents that have lived on this property for 20 plus years! Already saving up to buy out of my lease and make the nightmare be over. Lets start from when I signed my lease. They will show you model apartments promise all the units look this way. Which is a lie. You will get a apartment that is stuck in the 80s. When you confront the management about the lies and deception of the apartments. They will promise to everything they can to fix it. Again that will be a lie. The 5 stat reviews you see are from the people that work for these apartments. So there goes another lie from them. I have a apartment with damaged carpet they never fix. The fridge and garbage disposal have not worked since my move in date. Its been over five months. Nothing gets fixed around here. Do Not waste your time and money here. Find somewhere else to live. You will notice the apartment management ask for me to email them and they are willing to make things better. Well people once again that was a lie. I emailed them. Nothing was done. Nothing in the apartment was fix not have they changed the way do business. I am not doing this post to be mean or hateful. Im writing this to save someone else from this headache.

I have not had a pest problem. I do ask them to spray regardless of if I see anything or not. The location is great. Quiet for the most part. Sometimes there are kids who play outside that get loud but it doesnt bother me.The layout of my 2 bedroom 2 bath is great. My only con is that I wish the kitchen had more cabinet space but thats only because I cook a lot which requires a lot of pots and pans.My neighbors are friendly. I havent had any issues with them. Maintenance could be better as far as responsiveness. Ive had some issues with my ac going out at least 2 or 3 times since Ive been here. (10 months) Hot water is an issue sometimes as well.The office staff has changed at least twice since Ive been here. Theyre nice and seem more informative then the last bunch of ladies that were here.

Let me start by saying this is a great place. I was looking for an apartment for my daughter who will be moving out this summer. With so many different types of apartments out there and so many different environments we wanted to make sure she found a safe place. The office people gave us the information needed to make a decision.This is a great place to live. I would recommend it to everyone

Ive been living in this apartment complex for five years, i never got to speak to a manager their door was always closed of course the manager was never available. New management came it was a change, they are very accessible, my work orders have been completed. It did take time i took in consideration they are all new. Im happy i did renewed my lease contract for another year. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Stanley and Mary, may i mention they both are what this apartment complex needs. Thank you so much.

Great area first of all! Love all the amenities (movie theater, racquetball court, tennis court, and so much more) pet friendly even has a dog park. Great staff very helpful. Always having resident socials like pizza parties and holiday themed events. Love living here !

Ive lived in about 4 different apartments and so far these are the best. The staff is super nice and the apartment are amazing. It looked way to expensive at first because of how nice the apartment are but the rent is a good price. Plan to stay here for a very long time.

I love living at the Vineyards!! The office staff is very helpful, and friendly. The maintenance staff can be a little slow getting around to work orders sometimes, but the complex is kind of big, so its understandable. My only real complaint is that I wish The apartments came with microwaves lol. Overall this is a pretty nice place, especially for the price.

I dont live there anymore but i truly enjoyed my stay, the staff is great, super kind and helpful. Beautiful home, the apartments are always so clean. Staff would have great resident socials like movie nights or ice cream parties and the kids truly enjoyed that

Horrible! If I could give zero stars I would! Ever since management changed they have been horrible. My AC has been out over 3 weeks I have two babies living in the home. Mind you it’s been up to 116 degrees. They do not care at all. I’ve been in the office everyday because they do not answer the phones! All they say is they will send someone out, and never do! While they enjoy that cool ac in the office the rest of us are suffering in our apartment we pay to live in! I’ve never had late fees or been late on rent the whole year I’ve been here, we get treated like this. It should not take 3 weeks plus to get someone out! Many other work orders been put it for them to just ignore them! Also they do not honor your contract you signed with the previous company they bill you what was supposed to be included with rent. Definitely do not recommend these apartments! Will not be renewing my lease here. Prices are way over priced for the service we receive.

Convenient location, racquetball, and a theater room. Studio is perfect size for one person. There is an optional wall barrier to separate bed space from living space. I personally find that the room smooths much better without it.

Beyond awesome staff really try there best to get things done, My son and I really like the dog park and gazebo(picnic area) next to it ,it is like we have our own little oasis. So close to the highway in the middle of everything it is just so convenient at such a great price... Love living here. The community is calm and peaceful. Work is being done on the property, things such as the swimming pool and tennis court that have been recently redone. Trash is being picked up throughout property every morning. The staff will do as much as they can to help.

Moved here from Iowa. Was shown a studio and one bedroom with W/D, and told leading office I was interested in the one bed with W/D. Next day was approved and could only get the office LATE Friday to sign lease. And was given the keys. Only to realize I was given a one bedroom with no washer/dryer. Went to leading office Saturday and nobody was there who could help. Told to come back Monday. Monday rolls around and they switched me to a studio, my choice to downsize. However was advised the A/C wasnt working but would be fixed that day. It wasnt. Was told a work order was put in Tuesday and would fixed. It wasnt. Wednesday, same song and dance. I have no control of temp setting. The one bedroom unit I signed the lease on, I could get cold. And I mean COLD. Leasing office told me that the A/C could only lower the temp inside by 20 deg from what the outside temp was. Okay, it was in the 80s Tuesday afternoon, so I should still have been able to get the temp inside down to a more comfortable 60+.This gets fixed by the weekend or Im going to file a discrimination suit against the apartment complex. Lets not even talk about the bug infestation in the original one bedroom... Or the other maintenance issues that one bedroom had.Update...AC is finally fixed. Maintenance guy came to the door and said because it was set on auto and not on ... Was the reason it wasnt blowing cold. Said hed check back in a couple hours. Upon his return, he was advised it STILL wasnt blowing cold and said hed go check something on the roof. Eventually adding freon because it was low. Blows ice cold now. Too bad it took 4 days and an email to the managements head office to get results.

I gave them a 1 because there was not a way for me to choose zero stars. After the new manager came I no longer wish to live here and will not be renewing my lease. I wonder if it has been her calling the police on the people who rent here that result in no arrest. She reminds me so much of a prison warden. You cannot even talk to her about anything without being threatened with repercussions. This is supposed to be my home something I pay money to live in every month. She makes me feel unwelcome. I do not understand why an apartment complex would go though all of the trouble of trying to attract new tenants then, drive them out with their horrible behavior. The complex is not secured. Gates unlocked. The staff told me that a week or so ago that a man who resides here stabbed another man. The apartments are old. The bath tubs have been sprayed with a coating that is rough and peels. The walls look like many, layers of paint over and over again. Extremely small amount of counter space. No inside washer and dryer hook up. I feel pot holes beneath the carpet as I walk across it. Thank goodness there are many places to choose from and I dont have to stay here.

The people who work there are just awesome. They truly tried to help my family. The staff went above and beyond to try and get us into an apartment. . Everyone I encountered there was pleasant, helpful, and very understanding to our situation. And I am greatful for all that they did to help us.

I just moved in yesterday and I love my new place. The leasing agent, Yessica, there was very friendly through out my application process. It was very quiet last night and I loved it. I am unpacking today but couldnt be happier. I cant wait to use the gym and watch a movie in the theater room. The staff is friendly and the cookies are delicious. 2 thumbs up!

Not terrible, neighbors are nice. neighborhood is good, and the units are nice. The maintenance could be better, half of the washers and dryers dont work.My only major problem is it seems like theyre taking their time with my bed bug infested unit.

This is the apartment complex I was going to move into but no one will call me back. Ive been in person twice and left my name and phone number once with Jessica and another with one of their temps. The third time I went in was because I called to see if they had a studio available to show me (530 sqft) and made an appointment earlier in the day because a lady told me they had one available. When I showed up with my mother I was told there WASNT one available!!! I left my name and number once again! being told I would get a call the next day and never did.. Of course mother was upset because we both left work early. Also I believe Ive sent 2 emails and got no response. With the good reviews I was almost 100% sure this was going to be my first home. I have been to see the smaller studio and 1 bed room and did like them. But how am I able to move forward with the process if no one is able to call me when they will have one available? Im constantly having to be the one to call.

The floor plan and apartment is very spacious and comfortable, always get compliments when people come to visit. Being right next to a gas station, a grocery store and around various food chains and right next to a laundry mat makes everything really simple.

Yuri is has the best customer service experience and very lovey person I have ever dealt with. She takes her time to explain to you in full details.

Love the new management. Way better than previous they actually listen and care. We hope that they will not every take Stanley or Mary from here.

Roach. Infested. This place is disgusting. And there has been no pest control to come spray. They are everywhere! I even had some crawling on my bed. Do NOT move here. The water is always acting up, theres always crimes around the complex and the rent continues to go up for nasty apartments. Theres drinkers that leave beer cans all on your cars and the trash is always overflowing. The only good thing is that the noise level is okay.

I should have listened to my friend Kenny (she posted a previous review) when she moved in here and it was an absolute wreck but I didn’t because I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I was originally told that my move in date would be July 3rd and then maybe a week after I was told that, Shelly told me that my move in date would be July 7th to ensure the apartment would be ready. Okay, cool. “Ready” meaning clean and sprayed for bugs so I thought. I was also told that I could move in anytime between 10 and 5. I have text messages to prove it. So I lived two hours away from this location so me and my parents left our location at 8 and got here around 10:30 maybe so we walk into the leasing office and there are several other guests waiting and complaining about how they were told they were going to move in today but they couldn’t for some reason so they had to wait until the following Monday. It was finally my turn and I told the lady, Meggie or Maggie, I was supposed to be moving in today and she was confused. She then proceeded to tell me that no one can move in until 3 because the apartment needs to be “ready.” I thought it was getting “ready” during those 4 extra days that had my move in date moved. Anyways, I finally get the keys. Did not sign a lease because the printer was broken thankfully because when I got in the apartment... roaches everywhere. It wasn’t clean. Smelled like mold. It’s honestly disgusting here. Some lady is feeding stray cats in the front of my apartment so there are several cats outside and the smell of cat food every time I would open the door. I’m so glad that the printer was broken because I refuse to live here and if you think you want to live here, you’re absolutely mistaken. They don’t answer the phone in the office, Meggie or Maggie was extremely rude to my mother and then apologized when we were told the Assistant property manager was on her way to help out (which she never showed up, she had a “family emergency” 10 minutes after we were told she was coming). This place is absolutely terrible and you would be an idiot to purposely live here.In response to the owner:It’s a shame that you could actually type a response that is an absolute lie. There was no truth to your statement whatsoever. I would never walk into an office, using “foul language” and then proceed to “throw” the keys at your employee. My mom was on the phone the entire time and I would never use foul language in front of my mom. I placed the keys on the desk and said “I won’t be moving in because there were roaches everywhere” and I left. You didn’t even address that which shows that you’re a terrible owner who tried (and failed) to put the blame on me by lying about an altercation that never happened. Also, no one has called me and I don’t want you all to call me anyways. There’s nothing to discuss besides the fact that your response was a lie. To say that you tried to call me is actually hilarious being that you all never answer the phone anyways. Why would you take time out of your day to pick up a phone that you NEVER pick up to call me “multiple times.” You’re full of it.

I like to think I am a good tenant. I have always paid rent on time and have never trashed a place. I have always had my deposit returned. With that being said, The Vineyards at Arlington may be the most horribly run apartment complex I have ever lived in.Now, to get into the details of this whole ordeal. First, I already knew going in what kind of place this was. It was cheap and I needed a place to stay that was half way between my work and family. The appliances, as one can imagine, are pretty old and generally dont work well. My AC never worked during the summer and I put in two work orders. Then, when the rains came, my ceiling began to leak. I lived on the first floor and the laminate flooring began to bubble up. Again, work orders were placed, but the problems were never fixed. I never had any roach issues, but thats mainly because I put roach traps in every corner of the apartment.The people in the front office are nice enough when you talk to them, but overall, are incompetent. When I moved out of these apartments I left everything clean and tidy. I gave them my forwarding address and made contact various times to make sure no charges would be applied to me other than the final utility bill. It was quite a surprise then to receive a massive bill straight from a collection agency over a month after I had moved out of my apartment. Let me state this in no uncertain terms-sending a tenant a bill over 30 days past move out date that is not itemized when they provided a forwarding address is illegal under Texas law.Once I received this bill I made several attempts to obtain an itemized bill from the front office. I was hung up on many times and generally just given the run around. I finally drove to the office and demanded an itemized bill. What they charged me for is absurd. They charged me for carpet cleaning even though my apartment had zero carpet, only laminate flooring. I was also charged for changing the blinds even though they were not damaged. I was charged for resurfacing even though the damage was caused by the apartment staffs own neglegance to follow through with repairs. I was charged for a parking sticker return even though I was never informed it was to be returned in the first place. Since these unjustified, and illegal, charges have been sent to collections there is a chance it will sink my credit score.I am currently challenging these charges. It has been a headache to say the least. I would advise any individual interested in these apartments to seek residence some where else. If you do decide to move in make sure to read up on your rights as a tenant. Ask for a copy of everything and take pictures of everything. They will try to squeeze every cent of they can out of you. I cannot say this more emphatically. This is the worst apartment complex.* response to management*First, let me say that I am glad you responded to my review as it seems it is the only way to get you to respond quickly. Second, its funny that you say these charges are not on my account because I have proof, in the form of an itemized bill that I have sent to you in an email, that you sent them to a collections agency. I also received a copy when I went into the office. The law in Texas applies whether a security deposit is made or not. You, as landlord, acted in bad faith by not sending me an itemized bill within the 30 day window allotted to you after I moved out given that I gave you a forwarding address. In addition, while I should have entered the work orders online, I actually called in for repairs and was told a work order would be put in the system.

I needed to move in asap, I was told that the apartment was going to be ready the day she told me, so I paid application fee and security deposit, I went back to see if the apartment was ready and I was told that the apartment wasnt going to be ready the day that they told that it was going to ready instead it it will take another week, I needed a place to stay so I found another apartment, asked vineyard if they could return my security deposit because the apartment was ready the day I was told that it was going to be ready and they refused to return my deposit. Vineyard is not a good place to do business with to be ready

I love living here the people in the office are so nice maintanance fix everything you need the same day you call even if its at night. I really recommend this apartments. The thing is that their expensive 😒

This place is disseminating false information whenever anyone associated with it claims that it provides 5 star or even 4 star service as evidenced by the fact that #1) The posted pool hours state open at 8:00 am which is a lie because they dont open it until 10:00 am #2) The pool is often closed #3) They allow children who are not toilet trained to go into the pool and urinate and defecate inside the water which causes the water to turn a cloudy green/yellow color. #4) They do not service the pool frequently enough as evidenced by the murky yellow/green water #5) They do not use a professional pool service to take care of the pool as evidenced by the murky green/yellow water #6) They offer the pool as an amenity to the tenants but, do not keep up with what it needs to take to make the pool accessible to the tenants #7) A child came alone and let her dachshund mix run around inside the pool area #8) The pool is only 3 feet deep and they allow children to jump into which endangers people swimming in it. #9) A child was thrown so hard into the pool by an adult that they hit their head on the bottom of the pool and obtained a huge swelling on the top of their head #10) The pool is so cram packed with children you cannot swim. #11) Pool is wayyy to small to accommodate the large number of apartments and tenants here.The laundry rooms have no trash receptacle and lint and garbage is thrown ankle deep onto the floor. There are live large bugs living inside of the washers. Many washers and dryers do not work and you dont know it until you spend your money trying to operate them. Found a bottle of urine in the laundry room. There is a problem with people breaking into cars and stealing stereos and the management has the NERVE to send a letter demanding that tenants monitor the property and call the police. Sorry that is their responsibility to address the crime issues and hire a security guard. They expect your life to revolve around their garbage service which demands that you can only take your trash out at a certain time and bring it in at a certain time then you must weigh our trash because it can only weigh so much. This causes an eyesore of garbage outside of peoples homes and with the heat and humidity the smell of rotting trash is gross and attracts rodents, horseflys, etc. So.... most tenants who have been threatened with fines elect to take the trash to the dumpsters which are over flowing and used by random people who drive up and throw large amounts of construction debris into the bins. They are taking money for a trash service that is inaccessible to many and should use the money to maintain the disgusting pool instead. BTW the place got sold.

Theyll make you pay rent earlier just for a visitors pass. You still have to pay for the visitors pass. Maintenance comes a month after you request service. They just show up and rig things. No proper repair. The toilet is currently over flowing. I’ve already called for maintenance and had to leave a voicemail. The gates don’t work so anyone can knock on your door. There were instances where men tried breaking in my mothers apartment. Look elsewhere, especially if you have children. It’s not safe

This place I swear. You will definitely have problems one way or the other. I’ve been living here for 9 months. Always upping rent. Always getting cars towed. Even your own. And they said they’d have the pool open by May 23rd and then said June 1st and now it’s gonna be another week. It’s hot. Seriously. Save yourself the trouble of having the same experience. Go somewhere a lil nicer.

Boyfriends apartment was infested with bed bugs. We finally used our own money to do the treatments. It is not a one time thing. Made life a living hell. We were shown the model of the apartment he was to get. Move in day we get the keys and this unit was like a bad throwback to 1984. Nothing remodeled since. Old appliances, warped cabinets, splattered paint on the floor. Day one and we are watching the calendar for the lease to be up. They lied about which unit he was getting and records in the office were never organized. Keep your receipts! Would never recommend this place. Not in a million years.

You should live here if you dont mind:Roaches.Maintenance taking more then 4 days to fix repairs.People air drying their clothes on their balcony.People leaving trash everywhere (especially in front of their own unit).People letting their pets go to the bathroom everywhere.Kids who bang on your door.A leasing office that picks up the phone 20% of the time.Plumping issues constantly.Maintenance coming to your apartment after 9:00 PM to catch up on work orders.If you feel you deserve to live in a place like this, by all means piss your money away at Vineyards of Arlington.

I’m living here around 2years. The new management is the worst management company I’ve been ever face in my tenant life. The old management was way better than this new stupid management. The new management doesn’t take care any kind emergency issues happens in the apartment. If there is any option to mark zero, I’ld go to put zero on it.

I have lived here for about 4 months now...at first I was a little worried by the reviews on here about the place...But then I was like its the only 2 reviews this place has... besides the price of the rent and the ammenities offered were too good to pass up. Fitness center...dog park...pool...tennis and racquetball courts...what sold me was the Movie Theater!!! Im a huge movie buff so this was like Christmas to me!The apartments themselves are pretty nice considering what Im paying. Im a very clean and hygenic person and I hate bugs period!!! I have had no issues with bugs or roaches...They spray every Monday for bugs...personally I feel that if another resident has bugs then it must be their hygiene and cleaning standards. The property itself is well kept and lawn service is here about every to weeks to make sure it stays that way!Now lets talk about how safe I feel...The property is in an average part of town but it is a gated community and they have a very nice courtesy officer that patrols the neighborhood and makes sure no one is here that doesnt need to be.As far as my daily commute to and from work...I work in Mansfield so I am very conscious about the route I take to work...this place is almost right off of highway 360 so this makes it so much easier and faster for me to get to work and any where else I need to. There is a supermarket next door and several restaurants close by so I dont need to travel far which is convenient and a big deal for me. For me this place is pretty great and I hope it remains my home for many years to come!

I just moved in! I was a little worry at first because of the bad reviews but hey you can not judge a book by its cover. Yes, its an older property but its well kept and there are working on exterior bldgs. to maintain its beauty yes this truly my home. The office staff is great Alondra was my agent she is great at was she does. Keep up the hard work vineyards !!

I LOVE LIVING HERE SO MUCH, BEST PLACE VERY NICE STAFF AND HAVE A PARK FOR MY DOG && MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS. BEST APARMENTS FROM ARLINGTON

First off let me say that the management here ROCKS!!!!! If and I say if i have a maintenance issue, they have maintenance here before i can hang up the phone. The staff here is extremely friendly and you can tell that they take pride in their community and their residents. They have a security patrol that drives through at random times and one that walks around. The security staff is very knowledgeable of the taa lease and the community policies, there also very professional. I cant think of one bad thing to say about the management team. Alll i can do is say thank you to the previous owner for selling this place to a better owner. Who ever the new owner is, you need to know that your management team are with out a doubt the best in the industry!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

These apartments are horrible the expectations they seek from residents are far from what they provide..Always glass outside, bottles full of urine, open beer bottles everywhere. The staff is always changing so they are clueless as to the correct rules and regulations. They give false information and these Apartments are INFESTED WITH ROACHES REGARDLESS OF HOW CLEAN YOU ARE!!!!! I would have gone elsewhere with my money..All the good comments are made by the staff just to let yall know.

Everyone in this office is just plain rude b******, the only one that is genuinely nice in the office is Leticia. The office staff is a revolving door, I dont know if they cant keep quality people or if they cant afford to continue to pay the same people, but you will rarely see the same face in the office more than 2 months. And thats part of the problem. If people are paying the rent every month, there should be no reason that they as consumers do not have no courtesy of a pleasant office visit. I avoid the office like a plague. Thats just the office, lets not even get into the property issues.

RUN AWAY!This place is a joke! Ive lived here for 8 months 4 of witch Ive had to live with sewer water draining from the pipe lines ruining my belonging. And nobody wants to be at fault I! Because of the leaking my walls started falling apart. mold has grown all over my bed the carpet. JUST TO GET ANYTHING DONE PROPERLY YOU MUST CALL THE HEALTH DAPARTMENT! because living with roaches and rats (count 12) and mold everywhere just doesnt seem fit for anybody. Very unhappy. Doesnt even deserve 1 star......

This is by far the worst apartment Ive ever seen! Let me give you guys a walk-through of what these disgusting , terrible, roach infested place is like. When I first arrived to these apartments they had me convinced it was the place to live. The model they showed me looks NOTHING like what I got. They false advertised for sure. They told me I couldnt move into my apartment until 530 pm because it was not ready. The leasing agent named Mary lied to me about the complex. She said it was newly renovated. When I entered what I thought was an amazing apartment turned out to be a roach infested one. The fridge had mold inside of it. The tub was disgusting it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The carpet was so wet. The walls had holes in them Im convinced its a crack house apartment. The place looked so bad I didnt even move into them. Nor should ANY one reading this! Im ripping up my lease and going somewhere a lot nicer. I will also be filing a civil lawsuit against this complex. I never even moved my things into the place because it was so bad. Dont bother calling them because they wont answer. All the tenants complain about the same thing and nothing seems to be done about it. Everyone that works here needs to be fired! The building needs to be remodeled. Its so bad I didnt even move in people. Dont waste your time here or your money! Its not worth it.

Planning on move to Dallas and went to visit the complex, what I think is in great conditions and the personal running the property, Vanessa Lopez it’s a very special person, I definitely think about this property if we move to the Dallas area.

This apartments is the worst apartment I have lived at. No one should ever live here. The apartments people are ruin as ever. They all should be fired and replaced.

Horrible experience,multiple things went unfixed,including a closet door that nearly fell on my 6 month old,wasnt given a mail key til I was dam near moved out and because of that my check I was waiting on to pay rent was sent back multiple times.Management claimed it was ok,only to start the eviction process anyway.Found multiple agencies to assist with paying 3 months of rent n walked back and forth all over getting paperwork,only for them to refuse to sign the one paper needed to finish the process.Moved out before my date,and was still charged for the next month.Fake as hell people that will smile in your face and tell you everything is fine,only to go above and beyond to screw you over.Only care to get you in,just to screw you over.Dont fall for the nice bs when fill out a app.Pray they have new management that gives a dam about people having a roof over their head.

Must See: **Ashley** was my Leasing Agent Representative Avaliable in Office, Very Informative and Helpful on my Application and Leasing Process. I chose to relocate back to this Area of Arlington being a Convience to Commute to My Employment and Resourceful Living Needs such as Grocery Retail Options and Much More. I am Happy & Pleased to Observe that this Apartment Complex is filled with Other Fellow Productive Residents that have the Routine of Come & Go from Job and or College and Familys with Children. The Complex Grounds are Really Absolutely Immaculate! Very Pet Friendly, I love seeing Fellow Residents and their walking of their Dogs! The maint. Supervisor Nacho is awesome he fixed my ac 10 minutes after it went out. Wow that is what I call customer service.

This place is the worse I live here now and moving out soon. For one the place is not clean AT ALL they will literally give you keys to your new apartment that has roaches all over it! They don’t come and fix anything , I had a broken garbage disposal, my air conditioner was leaking all over my floor at it took them 3 weeks to come fix it. When I moved in nun of my outlet sockets worked and it took them a month to come fix that. (Who sales an apartment if the plug outlets don’t work)The staff sucks especially the manager she has the biggest attitude. There’s one nice black lady that’s sweet and helpful but that’s it.Lots of stray cats and animals because it’s so dirty here the animals stay for food. Worse experience ever , don’t choose these apartments!
