Very nice place for living. Nice and quiet. Office people so kind and nice. For me it was too quiet and boring 😜I’m a downtown area person.Otherwise they are amazing. Love my view to pool on the second floor.

I absolutely love living here! I have lived in many apartments throughout my life and this is by far my favorite. The Pointe has everything I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier living here!

I dont give 5-stars lightly, especially for things like an apartment where its near impossible to provide a perfect service. However, to give 4 stars would be to underrate the Pointe Apartments!Ive lived here for 2 years and am leaving due to logistical reasons related to work. Before selecting this apartment I did fairly extensive research of various apartments in the NW suburbs. I wanted to be sure I found a quality apartment and most importantly an apartment with thick walls.Im a super light sleeper so I was afraid of landing in apartment with thin walls or noisy neighbors. In my two years living here there has NOT been a single instance of hearing neighbors or being awoken at night by loud noises. The walls here are thick and pretty sound proof!In addition these apartments are very high quality and aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice as well. There is a park within a few minutes walking distance which was also cool.Lastly the staff was always super accommodating and friendly. The maintenance servicing was also very solid.

Pros:-Office staff are friendly and respond to inquiries quickly-Maintenance are quick to make repairs and are friendly-The property is quiet and well maintained-Plenty of parking is availableCons:-The gym (24/7 access), office sponsored events and the pool have been unavailable for a long time due to covid. Although these amenities havent been available Im still being charged the same amount in rent.-The apartment states that it is a smoke-free environment. However, this is not enforced as smokers have frequently been identified smoking on the property and in the units. When brought to the attention of management a letter was sent out to all tenants reminding them that this is a smoke-free environment (this had no impact on the situation).

I rented at the points apartments for 2 years it was an excellent place to rent good pricing the maintenance department was excellent the property was clean at all times the hallway was always clean the office was excellent especially Kelly Nelson and her staff look forward to seeing you all soon. Me and my husband have lived here for almost 2 years now and absolutely LOVED it! I have ZERO complaints!! Safe, quiet, great location! If anything was ever wrong in our apartment there was never an issue and maintenance would come that same day. Even the day after Christmas our door knob fell off and someone was there bright and early in the morning to fix it for us. Everyone in the office is always super friendly and helpful as well. We are moving to be closer to my husbands work and we are very sad to be leaving this amazing complex! Thank you for everything!

Poor space:price and quality:price or amenities:price ratios. Outdated and poorly maintained. There are way better options around. No empathy for tenants during COVID. In addition, there is no minor amount of crime and delinquency within the area. Do your research before considering this place.

I remember 2-3 years ago I used to live in one of the apartments I really missed this place I loved the pool and everything in general. It was really easy for me to get to my old school greenbrier me and my friends would just walk together until I was the last one. I had many memories for the one and a half years I lived there

We have lived here for a year and a half and are very pleased with our experience. Before COVID started, there were plenty of social events, a movie library, and a pool that Im sure will open soon as soon as the world goes back to normal. The staff here are always friendly and helpful.

A great place to call home! Im going into my 9th year living at this nice community and I would not want it any other way... The office staff is always nice and genuinely interested in everyones well being, and the maintenance staff is always responsive to the residents needs. In over 8 years living here, Ive never had any issues or complains. The very few maintenance calls that Ive made have been addressed super quickly.. I enjoy the monthly social events that are planned for the residents, which is a great way to meet your neighbors and establish that sense of community that makes The Pointe a great place to live.

This is seriously the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The staff is honestly so helpful and kind. The maintenance crew is always there to help if you have any issues. Everyone here is extremely professional. The community is super friendly. It might cost a little more to live here, but 100% worth it.

Ive been at the The Pointe Apartments since 2008. It is just a great as everyone else is saying. Ive never had an issue the entire time Ive been here. The staff at the office is great. They will help you any way they can with whatever issue you may have. Ive also met a lot of really great people that live in the complex. During the summer when the pool is open, they do have a BBQ by the pool every Saturday. This is a good way to meet your neighbors. The monthly events, which are first-class, is also another way to meet your neighbors. If you are looking for that community feel, this is the place you want to be. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. :)

I spent 5 great years with The Pointe! The office staff truly helped make this place feel like home. They knew me by name from day one. They handled any request or concerns I had in a timely and professional manor. Although you cannot choose your neighbors and you never know what you might get, The Pointe did a great job doing their best to get their customers to the right buildings. I was super happy to find myself in a pet friendly and smoke free building. The office staff also plans so many community get togethers, it’s a great way to meet other tenants. The area is safe, clean, and maintained. I highly recommend The Pointe to anyone looking for a great community!

I love living at The Pointe Apartments! Ive been living here since May 2011. The staff are very friendly, professionaI and always available to answer my questions. Customer service is their top priority! I cannot say enough about the maintenance crew. Whenever Ive placed a work order, it has been completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The monthly events are so much fun to attend and meet your neighbors. The residents are nice and Ive made many friends over the years here. Summers are great as the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and there is a free lunch provided every Saturday from noon to 2 pm. Quiet community, Easy access to places to eat, shop, and more. Why not check it out? Who knows, you may love it as much as I do!

This is my third year renting at The Pointe, and it is the finest place I have ever rented! The office staff is both professional and personable, the Maintenance service is nearly instant and perfect. This is one of the few apartment complexes in Arlington Heights which offers in-unit washer and dryer , which is a MUST for me. The grounds are carefully maintained, and location is ideal for shopping, restaurants, etc. Living in Arlington Heights is another MUST--it has an excellent drive-through library! Many social events are offered during the year, as well as discounts on restaurants and other services--the staff keeps coming up with more goodies all the time!

I absolutely loved living here (lived here from December 2016 to October 2017)! The staff was amazing. I had to break my lease early for a new job opportunity and the staff was nothing but accommodating. Loved the office staff and all the different events they would plan. Its hard to find another community that was as great as The Pointe!

My husband and I love living at The Pointe! Its amazing and well maintained and always has clean property grounds. The staff is amazing and knows everyone by first name, even pets and children! The sense of community is amazing and all the events throughout the year are fun for everyone of all ages. I love the staff in the office, they are always so friendly and always willing to help, I would definitely recommend The Pointe to anyone :)

Ive lived in a few apartment complexes over the past few years and i can honestly put my hand on my heart and say that The Pointe has been the most pleasant and best experience Ive ever had renting.From the very beginning (before i even signed up), through my time renting there and even after I moved out their staff has been nothing but friendly, helpful, and nothing short of spectacular!!!5 stars does not do this place justice, they need another to top it off!Thanks for everything!Milen

Great customer service and affordable, well maintained units. The property is always quiet, clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Gym is great, leasing office is beautiful and available for use if you need a change of scenery and they offer a dry cleaning service that will come and pick up your items from the leasing office and they also have a fire wood delivery service-very convenient.So many resident events I cant even keep up with all of them. The office and maintenance staff are by far the best that Ive encounter in the 20 years that Ive been leasing.

Ive been a resident of this Amazing community for 3 years ! Its always clean , beautiful and safe ! My commute anywhere for any activity is near by , I love when its summertime and we go to our beautiful pool, and enjoy cook outs with my delightful neighbors! Our club house is always doing fundraisers, they really put the fun In it ! How cool is it that just for living here we get fresh cookies everyday at the club house and discounts at local shops ! The staff and maintenance team is always attentive, friendly! Its been Great !

I have lived at The Pointe Apartments for almost 3 years now and I have had an amazing experience! The customer service is amazing and the ladies at the leasing office are always so friendly! If anything is ever wrong, the maintenance will arrive quickly to fix it (even if your heater is broken at 9pm at night!).

My wife and I lived here for 3 years and we had a wonderful experience! They threw all kinds of fun parties throughout the year, and were very accommodating to our needs. And the complex itself is pretty, with all its trees and two ponds, it was a nice place just to go for walks. Had to move on, but Ill miss this place!

The location is right off Rt 53-- so convenient! The friendliness of the staff was a real draw for choosing this complex over others being considered (great first impression, Brittney!). The floorplans are interesting, and for me, the best part was having the washer/dryer in the units themselves. The poolside cookouts on summer Saturdays are a fun way to meet the neighbors. The grounds are well kept and we feel fairly safe. Frankly I wish I could buy the apartment unit-- its so perfect -- the location, the quietness, the amount of sunshine it gets, decent parking, access to shopping, etc. Starting my 2nd year of residency here-- keep the rent increases down and I hope to stay here happily for years.

Perfect proof that luxury does not have to break the bank! The staff is helpful, the community is quiet and the amenities are outstanding. Parking, swimming pool, cookouts - name it and The Pointe does it well.

Everyone is very attentive. I relocated for a new job and they were very helpful with getting me acclimated to the city.

I lived here for about 7 months and paid to break my lease. I lived on the first floor and i heard EVERY person that walked up and down the stairs. Who ever lived above me sounded like they were practicing WWE moves on each other all night. I woke up nightly to people stomping around. I put in multiple complaints to the office who said they would look into the situation. I finally took it upon myself to talk to my neighbors. after the third attempt and no answer I wrote notes, mind you respectful, professional, notes to everyone. The next day I get a call from the front office telling me Im wrong the I cant do that. I then asked them what it would take to move out and made it happen within that month. There are a LOT of nice places around here DONT get tunnel vision like I did!!

I actually had a bad experience at The Pointe, but it was not the fault of management.....so I felt compelled to give a good review.The office staff, as well as maintenance, were always very helpful. Always. If you had a complaint or some other issue they were very quick to help with the issue.For about six months I couldnt have been happier, 2nd floor neighbors above me were very respectful and conscience of the somewhat thin floors. However! They moved and the two lunatics (guy and his girlfriend) that moved in stomped, fought, yelled, and just flat out didnt give a crap about anybody but themselves.My complaints were taken seriously....Although the office did TELL them that I was upset and suggested they speak to me....That was not appreciated. These people seemed incapable of acting like human beings, and my 2nd complaint had the office telling me that if I wanted, they would evict them or move them or move me. It was my choice.I started spending more and more time at my girlfriends, so I just let it go. I knew that those bad neighbors had renewed, and I didnt return. I was told that shortly after new tenants took my place the upstairs problems were evicted......So yes, I do recommend The Point......Its not cheap.....but you get washer, dryer, fireplace, balcony, etc......I liked the people that ran the place.....they act as if they understand its not cheap and treat you accordingly........ Im not giving thumbs Way up......but I do say thumbs up.TIP.......when they show you an apt, go back later and speak to the neighbors, if you can......It might save you some problems....

I have been a long time resident of MyPerfectPlace apartments and have been generally satisified by the level of quality that these apartments have brought forth. I must say, my stay at The Pointe has been rather upsetting.First - the appliances are way out of date. The only way to get newer appliances are to upgrade to a renovated apartment, which are very overpriced - especially when you consider apartments in the surrounding areas.Second - you can tell that these apartments havent been well kept. My key managed to get stuck in the front door lock because the lock is faulty. Management said they would take care of it, a week ago - but to no avail, they havent. Basically, they are turning their head to the security of their residents because they are not willing to keep up with the maintenance of the entry ways to apartments. Additionally, there is a sink hole in my kitchen floor. You can feel that the laminate flooring in the kitchen was put down without consideration to the sturdiness of whats underneath it. My girlfriend and I always joke about falling through to the downstairs apartment. Again, I have put in maintenance requests, and over 2 weeks later, nothing has happened.I was excited to move here. Its in a good location. Lots of commerce and things to do. Arlington Heights in the summer is great. One thing I do want to add regarding location is that its about a 2 minute drive from Palatine, where rent goes down significantly. They are charging Arlington Heights prices for what is basically a Palatine apartment. In hind sight, I would have taken a Palatine apartment over this one as the rent is anywhere from 200 to 400 dollars less with appliances much better then what they provide here at The Pointe.
