So, far so great! Everyone has been so helpful and really courteous to me and my family. Moving from Florida has been stressful but One Arlington Staff, Maintnace and Residents have been awesome. Thank you!! I can’t say it enough.UPDATE; I’ve been here over a year now, and things are just as good as when I first moved in. As we are leaving out now I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you if you’re looking to rent a place in a nice stable and secure place this is it.

Send me for collection when I owned fake balance made by a mistake of their staff, for $200 they sent me for collection, handled this in a very unprofessional way! Bad managment took my deposit in full claiming my cook top is not cleanable and it will cost +$400 to fix it. I couldnt turn both my keys due to commute issues, asked their staff if its okay to leave one set that day and come back to give them the other coz i didnt have it on me and didnt want to commute back and forth and they said ok, next thing i know they charged me rent for that day around $120. I lived there for 2 years, paid all my bills and rent on time. This is very bad managment all they care about is money. What a shame, not worth it.

Maggie is a GEM! Seriously, she took time out of her evening to walk me through the entire apartment complex. Which, by the way, is absolutely colossal. You can see the city of Chicago from the roof top..... Just WOW!Love this place. Its certainly on my top list of apartments at the moment.

Place is terribly Overpriced. Downtown Arlington heights has nicer buildings by so many things I walking and train distance. This is a terrible location With nothing really walking distance or not close to walking to a train. What makes this so different. No wonder it’s always NOW LEASING and I can count the cars always parked there when driving down Euclid. You guys need to lower prices if you want more tenants. Also, changing the prices over the phone and In person- happened to many people I know as well just to get you to come in.

Lady made it seem as if she felt they were too good for my business. Definitely not welcoming. Know that what you guys offer is ok...nothing special. Youre a tall building with no actual views. Maybe a sunset if you are on that side of the building. Other than that...a lot of useless stuff like a studio. Most people wont use that. Yall have no pool and workout area is small...

Im a new resident here and so far it has been awesome. On my way to the gym, I got to know staff, and most of the people Ive talked to were very welcoming and friendly. Im a health/exercise freak, so the gym is a huge plus for me. I lived in the city before moving to Arlington Heights, so I wanted similar features that the city offers to be available at my new place. One Arlington definitely delivers, from the amazing gym to chill lounge. I cant wait till summer so I can watch the races from the rooftop!

Not a resident of the property but a resident of Arlington Heights. The property is beautiful and the new shops and restaurants that are opening within walking distance are even more appealing, for you as a resident and for our community. Aurelios Pizza, Ditkas... good stuff. Cant wait to see what else this property does for our town over the next few years.

Ive been a resident at One Arlington for nearly 6 months and I absolutely love it! The developers did an outstanding job in converting the former Arlington Sheraton hotel to a Class A+ apartment high-rise (think 2 hotel rooms combined into 1 apartment). Interior unit decor and appliances are top-notch and complement the well-appointed common areas, which include an amazing 13th floor amenity floor (workout/yoga rooms, demonstration kitchen and Sky TV Lounge) that just opened earlier this month.Crystal, Taylor, and Sam with Lincoln Apartments (the building manager) do a phenomenal job day-in and day-out and epitomize the concept of first-class customer service. I highly recommend One Arlington for the suburban renter who desires downtown-like amenities and services!!!

This place is very delivery unfriendly. There is 2 doors you have to go through to get to the elevator and both are on a timer. So if you dont open the second fast enough, itll lock and you have to get buzzed in again. Residents and employees are rude and unhelpful. A resident in a wheelchair moved a package i used to prop up the second door to keep it open, and the door locked. They also drove over one of my bags and didnt apologise. When i asked an employee if theyd be able to open the second door, they said no and I had to buzz the customer a second time. So inconvenient and time consuming.

Was very excited to move in to this building, until I found out that everything they originally mentioned to me was false. I called in and they quoted $1570 for a 1 bedroom with a 16mo lease and the first 6 weeks free. I planned to come in for a showing, but I decided to call back to double check all the amenities involved. When I called back, they mentioned that rent would be $1800 a month for the 1 bedroom and there was now all of a sudden no free 6 weeks with a move in, and I was informed the promotion ended the week before I called. To One Arlington:Make sure youre staff is trained on your current promotions and dont provide false information. Its embarrassing to provide false information to a potential resident and then have to take back everything promoted. Would have loved to live there and wouldnt have minded that increase in cost, but that should have been explained from the start instead of leading potential buyers on.

Yikes.Took a tour and realized the units are small for the $.The amenities are nice but I did notice that in no way at even 75% occupancy would the pool, deck, workout place even be a place Id want to go to relax. I hope they thought of that. Also the location isnt set by any restaurant or bar within walking distance. I mean there is the race track, but that place almost went bankrupt and no one wants concession stand atmosphere.Im confused on the pricing here. Its priced like some rare premium place but they are just updated hotel room converts. I mean the appliances, flooring and walls are mid grade. My wife and I decided to rent a much larger condo in downtown palatine where we can walk to and from the local area. We also pay about $1,000 less a month compared to these 2bd2ba and we have high end fixtures with underground parking included (extra here).

BahahhahahahahWent to the leasing office and a 700sq ft buliders grade 1bd is $2100 a month. Not even within walking distance except if you like horses.Even the affordable rental places in the suburbs offer these amenities. I guess if this was located in Chicago itd be worth the premium price, but considering the location requires you to drive everywhere and the bbq, pool, workout places are a norm in almost every apartment in the area; these are a big waste.I can get a downtown palatine or Arlington row home for this price.
