Told the owner 3 different times in 3 different days what my issues were, that I needed it done in 7 days or dont do it, and a loud belt further outlined my issues as well. 4 business days later he calls me up and says he THINKS my alternator needs to be replaced and that will fix the belt issues, but that he hadnt taken everything apart to be sure. When I asked what he did to be sure of anything, the owner said he diagnosed the pulleys and bearings by running his hand along them and they all seemed great!! He must have a strong arm to match RPMs with my engine! Didnt diagnose any pulleys or bearings with the belt on and running either. I was very nice and said little of my opinions but he started getting very rude when I kept declining the thousand dollar repair he THINKS I need. He refused to call me to pickup my vehicle even though mine was the number provided on the work order so while my wife is at work she also has to play receptionist with the owner two times in two hours. He gave my wife less than 2 hours to get into town and move my still-broken vehicle because its blocking another customers vehicle who is trying to leave and shes having to play phone tag while at work. My whole family vouched for him on this crucial repair that I needed and now I hope my whole family never pays him another dollar.

Clarks Derby has been my preferred service since I moved back to Ardmore in 2004. Theyre honest and wont try to convince you to have work done that isnt necessary. Their service is always timely and the workers polite.

HORRIBLE!! Most definitely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I dont think it could possibly get any worse tell you one price then charge you another when you go to pay . They charged me $24 just to air up a tire and not even patch it like I had asked them to do.. The old man at the desk always tries to make you feel like hes doing you a service by way over charging 4 their horrible services. After a horrible experience I went back against my better judgement because it is super close to my house . I had another tire put on the rim. They didnt check it for leaks( standard procedure after putting a tire on the rim) I and went back today because they didnt seal it around the rim. Isat there for an hour just to NOT get any help at all definitely will never be going back to this place again. And I would advise anyone who thinking about going there to use one of the other tire shops in Ardmore.
