I brought in a 2004 f150 because it was hard to start. They kept it three weeks. I went down to check on it and they couldnt fix it and suggested that I get rid of it. The pickup has low mileage and runs great except that its hard to start I was still charged some money. I took it to another place and they fixed it in one day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO THERE.

Had six things wrong with my Jeep. They fixed three of them but didn’t do the other three at all. Bizarre considering they get paid to fix things and more they fix the more they get paid. I wasn’t charged for the things they didn’t do but i obviously wanted to have those repairs done as well. Was looking for my own car wizard for my out of warranty cars but the search goes on.

If youre visiting, this is a place you can trust, great communication. Shop Location is great , just a walk away from almost anything anyone would want while waiting on your vehicle. Only a 3 mile straight shot walk to I-35.

The most incompetent shop in the area. Had my truck for 6 days and still ordering the wrong parts! It’s a 2017 you can easily call the dealership for the right one they only make 1 for the Denali diesel…. Good luck to you guys thanks for costing me more with rental car and still not finishing the job! Super professional….

I had a transmission replaced from here. It works amazing. The customer service is amazing! The beautiful young lady at the front desk had a smile that made spending the $2700 not hurt so bad. It only took them two days to install it. They stand behind their work with a three-year unlimited mile warranty. I’m literally going to get all of my future car repairs done with OneWay.

Took my truck in to get aligned. They wouldnt alight it. Said it needed upper and lower ball joints and a list of other things done to it before they could align it. Was going to cost me over $2800 to get an alignment and my tires balanced. Took it down the road for a second option, they told me my ball joints were fine. They couldnt see any parts than needed replaced. They got me aligned and tires balanced and back on the road within the hour. Will not EVER be using One Way Automotive.

Used twice so far. Took my truck in for some work and got excellent service and results. Week later took wife’s SUV in to have t breaks checked before a trip. They called me later to say breaks looked great and no charge. Honest and reliable. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE.

Great work on repairs. Did take 3 work days and plus a weekend to get alignment and brake pads , roarters and break system flushed . Friendly to the point communication and the fact that they called with estimate b4 doing anything.. I ended up getting the alignment for free and my total bill was 529. O0.

Plus they have proven to me that they dont bat an eye at lending a helping hand. I am extremely grateful that they were right there when I had a blowout, since my spare wasnt mounted. The transmission in our car went out on a Sunday. Called OneWay first thing on Monday morning and they told us to have the car towed there and they would look at it and get back to us. We didnt hear anything from them that day. When we called to check on it the next day, we were told they werent able to get to it and it would be the day after. We didnt receive a diagnosis/estimate until Thursday of that week. Agreed to the repairs and cost and were told the car would be ready early the next week. Tuesday comes and weve heard nothing from OneWay. Called again to check and we were told the end of the week. Called back on Friday and AGAIN we were told they werent able to get to it until early the next week. This cycle continued for the next 2 weeks. It was always one excuse after the other. We kept getting promised it would be just a couple more days. It has now been 3 weeks that our car has been at OneWay and they still havent finished the repairs. They GUARANTEED it would be ready on Tuesday by 6 and we got a call at 3 that it would not in fact be ready. The communication that so many have bragged about in these reviews has been nonexistent in our case. We have been the ones to call for updates and have only been given the runaround. If they had just been upfront about their scheduling being backed up and how long it actually would take, we could have made an educated decision about what to do and where to take our car. Having the transmission go out in our only car was bad enough. Repairs totaling $3000+ was bad enough. But having to deal with a business that cant be honest and upfront with their customers has been the worst part of the whole situation. I will never recommend OneWay automotive and we will definitely not be back.

Jason was extremely helpful and professional. We were traveling from Texas when the bearings went bad on our van. They had us back on the road in less than two hours! That included acquiring the necessary parts. Its a shame these guys arent in my hometown or they would get all my automotive repair business. Life savers! Honest and upfront. They really could have taken advantage of us, but came to our rescue instead. Highly recommend...

Jonte and the rest of the staff were so nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions, ket me informed, and the service staff did a great job with my repairs and oil change.

Called about getting a sensor relearn done on my truck. They weren’t sure if they could or not so told me to stop by. Once I arrived, the technician was in my truck within minutes. The relearn was possible and only took a minute so he went ahead and did it and sent me on my way. Very happy and impressed! Will be back if I need any service!

Took my car in for a 4-wheel alignment. They did something to my control arm to make it loose, then proceeded to blame it on the back axle. Anytime i pressed on the brakes it dove to the left, making me swerve into the other lane every time. I took it to the ford house to see what happened, and they told me i dont even have a back axle. The old man with all these years of experience sent me in a death trap with my 3 year old, and then refused to help other than a refund, which really didnt help seeing as i had to have my entire control arm replaced.

Oneway Automotive was fantastic! The customer service was outstanding. My wheel alignment was done and I was on my way within a reasonable time. I will use them again.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They not only diagnosed my original request and fixed the issue but also enlightened me of some other serious issues. They even went beyond to go get the part to fix the main problem with my oil leak and rushed out to get it and repair it within 30 minutes before closing, Highly recommend their service.

Traveling when engine light came on and was able to get us in right away. Dx engine light on with spark plugs but didnt mention or try to recommend that the cover rotor and wires should also be replaced... Needless to say new sparkplugs lasted 2hrs max and when reaching out to them for their 36000 or 3yr warranty on their stuff get NO reply... Ended up replacing all plugs as some burned out....and all that should have been recommended initially... Great for getting in and out but not when it comes when to giving the whole scope of what could been the cause of the spark plugs burning out.. That a real mechanic would have done and gave us the option to turn it down which we wouldnt of.... Cost us over 1k when all said and done.

Took my car in to be fixed, I had a O2 sensor that needed replaced and I had a bad gas smell in my car. They called me back with their estimate and diagnosis and said it would $687, I told them to go ahead and fix it. Within 2 weeks I had the same gas smell in my car, when I took it back they checked it and the called me back and said more codes had popped up and it would be $1900 to fix. They didn’t fix the 1of the 2 original issues I had and when I took it back they wanted more money and give me more issues. Just frustrated that it didn’t get fixed like I originally wanted.

Oneway has been my only mechanics for over a year. Every time I am more than happy with their work, they have great communication always keep me informed and give you a ride home or pick up. I always recommend one-way if you want it done right with mechanics that go the extra mile in customer service I strongly recommend one-way😁😁😁

The technicians were fantastic, in their knowledge, their speed and their abilities. They were able to diagnose all of the problems readily, and provided me with a detailed estimate. In addition to all of this, the entire staff was extremely friendly and made me feel like I was a local customer instead of from out of state, just passing through. A completely enjoyable experience.

Jacked me around for three days then decided to not work on my car because its too rare and high performance and they were afraid they would mess it up. It was just an exhaust upgrade. Which means if you take a regular car there then they are not afraid to mess it up. Think about that.

They have found and fixed two problems with my car when dealers could not. Friendly and fair priced. Glad to have found a good repair shop.

My sister had them fix her 2008 ford edge AC it was cold but not blowing hard.Charged her for replacing engine cooling fan said it was bad. I have my doubts. Then charged her 65 for cleaning cab filter and didnt clean it. Total bill was over 800 dollars and it still didnt blow hard. I replace the cab filter they didnt clean for 20 dollars and it blows hard like new.Went and talked to them they gave my sister 65 dollars back for not cleaning cab filter and insist that the engine cooling fan was bad and needed replaced.Still have my doubts. Pretty sure if the tech would have just cleaned the cab filter it would have blown harder. Be warned inspect there work if you go here. On the plus side the new engine cooling fan has a 3 year or 36000 mile warranty. Wish all better luck.

We originally came to One Way Automotive for verify the necessity of some repairs we were told our vehicle needed. They not only confirmed the repairs but found something more crucial that needed to be taken care of with the car. We were aware of this issue but previous repair shops did not want to guarantee that it could be resolved. Only Matt at One Way was willing to give us that guarantee and assurance so we scheduled the transmission flush with them. They did an amazing job! Great bunch to have your vehicle checked out. Had a problem with the AC that several others couldnt figure out, it had been a problem for years. With one look they knew exactly what the problem was. Its all about knowledge and experience and apparently these guys have it.

I had brake work done before leaving Kansas. As I was driving down the interstate something just didnt seem right. Got progressively worse. Pulled off the highway in Ardmore and began calling around. One way worked me in as the first appointment the next morning fixed my problem and got me back on the road with the least amount of delay possible. I have been down to southern Texas and back and have not had any issues since they fixed my problem. hats off to the crew from the young lady I spoke to about my initial problem to the friendly greeting the next morning to the fast speedy service and great work done by the technicians.

We were out of state on vacation when our Tahoe broke down. I called several local mechanic shops who stated they could not get us in for a week or more. When I called Oneway, they said no problem have it towed to us so we can look it over. They had us up and running by the following day! The price for the fix was cheaper than we expected. They gave us a warranty on the part they replaced and a warranty guaranteeing their work! Their communication was great as well, they called and sent text messages several times to let us know how everything was going. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS BUSINESS!

I will use this company from now. On. I needed a fan belt.. it cost $53.. toyata place was going to charge $110 just to look under the hood .. the people are friendly and knowledgeable..clean..

Were on a multi-day road trip, and our engine light came on. I saw the reviews for OneWay, gave them a call, and they said theyre booked through the morning, but they could have a tech come out and scan the code. Scanned it, said its really minor, and explained in detail what the code meant. No pressure to get anything fixed, just simple honest communication. If we werent just passing through, wed probably go to OneWay for everything!
