I called a week ago and they havent called back. I couldnt find any messages on my phone. I hope that they just overlooked me and that they are not disorganized or that they dont care about customers that call them.

They fixed my OLD I MAC up and then helped me with my NEW little Macbook. They are smart, reasonable and awesome.

I cant say enough good things about Renaissances on-site servicing. They are responsive, thorough, and time-efficient. If I didnt have help from the professional team at Renaissance, things would be a lot more difficult for me and my two servers and 14 workstations. Highly recommended!

Renaissance computer is wonderful its the third time Ive used them Im older and I have a lot of computer problems A Man Named Sam helps when he does a wonderful job so if you ever need any help definitely call him

So called just to see if they could look at my laptop and why it’s not charging, asked if he would even consider it worth his time to look at, and revived a very definite NO. Honestly the customer service I received over the phone was incredibly disappointing and the tone was insincere I understand everyone has those days but it is your job to communicate over the phone the sincerity and eagerness to have you has a customer- I’ll tell you this, I will be taking my computer needs elsewhere.

My boyfriend brought in his tower for his computer not even 30 minutes after water damage happened to it and we explained the situation to one of the staff members and he said hed have done within the hour and give us a call. So after 3-4 hours we decided to give them a call and see whats going on with it to find out they havent even looked at it yet.. So with that being said the tower sat there with water damage for 3-4 hours. And when we went to get it from the store the employee forgot the power cord and our change...When we brought it in it turned on and now it wont... So he got his tower back in worse condition then we brought in.

I bought a new case for my computer there, and the guys in there were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back there for components in the future.

Totally awesome that Renaissance is right here in Arcata. Had a new computer delivered without a cord and they were a lifesaver.

My step father brought in a laptop to them claiming it couldnt get into Windows. With seemingly little care they told him it was dead and they couldnt fix it. I had been visiting shortly before they were told to pick up their other laptop they had serviced, and had them retrieve the dead laptop. Slapped a new HDD into the thing, formatted it, tossed Windows on it and it works good as new. This is somehow service? I dont understand how a company that claims to know anything to computers cant figure out symptoms of a dying HDD.

Have used Renaissance for many years and found them honest and knowledgeable for computer repairs.

Ive been dealing with Renaissance for years whenever Id run into problems that I cant figure out myself. Theyre always really helpful and trust worthy.
