Ed was great! I have an Acer aspire laptop and it was acting up. Freezing all the time, doing really weird stuff. My lack of computer knowledge prevents me from exactly explaining what was wrong with it, but thats ok because Ed knew how to fix whatever it was! He was really quick, I got it back the same day. He explained what he did in terms I could understand and helped me to get it up and running again, working just like before my laptop started being a &*^&*%)^.
