The lady who did my nails was very friendly and pay attention to detail. This place in located inside the Westfield Mall Santa Anita.Definitely will be back.

This place is horrible and overpriced. I have been here twice: the first time a technician cut me when she was doing my cuticles and when I started bleeding all she said was sorry and preceded to charge me the full amount at the end of the manicure. The second time I came in I had a different technician and she made my cuticles raw when she was filing off my old gel. I would NOT recommend anyone goes here.

DON’T COME HERE!!!! Brought my girlfriend here to get to get her nails done she got dipping powder, yet IT WAS RIDICULOUSLY UGLY!! Bulky as hell. She asked to get it removed and they said they were going to charges an extra $10 to remove it when the job was not even done correctly. I had to pay $62 on top of job not being done properly. Picture is not clear enough to show how bad the cuts my girlfriend has on her fingers are. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS! Stay away from it. they will make you pay for something you’re not satisfied with, and when you need to get it removed for some reason they will hurt you like that hurt my girlfriends fingers. Saddest part of all is that they didn’t have the audacity to clean up the blood and try to stop it Tina literally kept on going at it because she just didn’t care. My girlfriend left with no manicure after I paid $62 for a “manicure” she doesn’t have, and was left with open cuts on her fingers.

I liked the service, plus the place is very clean. Kinda pricey. Mani-pedi was $80.

I have been patronizing this location for about 10 years. The name has changed over a few times as well as the staff. Up until the last 2 years, the service was fantastic. Currently with the changeover of the mall to predominantly Asian, there is an attitude that is uninviting and unfriendly. The staff can benefit from diversity training. Because the mall has changed its customer base it does not give you the right to snub those who kept you in business through the years Im a long term customer and will not tolerate the new attitude. I have since found another salon that is absolutely wonderful to all customers!

If there were ZERO stars, this shop deserves that rating. Did a gel color change and pedicure. It was the worst experience and most horrible job Ive ever had on my nails. Messy. Rough. Took WAY too long. And whats with all the flies? Never going back and Id caution others to STAY AWAY. Plus, it wasnt cheap! $91 later, My nails are jagged, clumpy, and look like a child painted my toes! Regretting walking in there at all.

I’ve always had a good experience here. All the ladies are very nice. I have a mani and pedi. They take great care and time. Lots of colors to choose from. It’s my favorite nail salon.

I came here to get a color change on my feet and hands. I paid $20 this includes a five dollar fee for filing and cutting my toenails. I posted the pictures of my painted hands it’s the one with the pink color. I was not happy with the quality of the paint on my hands. I also was not happy with the price. Usually other places will charge me eight dollars to paint my toenails this lady charged me $13 +5 dollars to cut the toenails.

I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!They never give an honest price since you get there. I asked someone from the front desk how much for acrylic nails and she said 23$, while doing my nails i asked again to confirm bc it was a different person and she said 35$...then i asked for gel and she said 13$more.....After that i asked for every single detail and prices to make a decision....BE AWARE OF THIS!!! Then, i went back to take them off and the tech very rude, made me bleed twice, broke a nail...she didnt even apologize. It was very painful. I wont come back again. I regret i didnt read the reviews before (which i always do).

I walked in at 6:40pm to get my nails done. I asked how much French gel nails would be. The tech said $23. She then tacked on a $7 charge for nail take off. Then, when it was time to do the actual gel color, an hour and a half later she told me it was an additional $25 for gel or $14 for regular. So the price went from $23 to $55. Lol. I was so mad that I paid for what she had done and left. Seriously, just be honest and give me a set amount and quit changing the price and speed it up a bit. Ill never go there again. I left unhappy and with an unfinished manicure.

This nail shop is absolutely horrible it deserves 0 stars from the time I walked in the lady was very rude rough and only wanted to sell me the biggest package. She didnt care about if I was comfortable she didnt give me time to pick a color then decided to pick one for me. Tried to put acrylic on my nails all I wanted was a gel manicure. I asked for burgundy on my feet she had a attitude and acted clueless to what I was saying. The lady doing the pedicure and manicure talked aggressively back and forth to let me know they were talking about me. Absolutely horrible nail shop wouldnt recommend this place to nobody... On top of such a bad experience she tried to charge me extra $5 on top of their already expensive prices. I will recommend this place to one person thats the health department!

Very attentive and they listened when I said I have ticklish feet

I tried getting my nails done twice here this week. They are really slow to help ... and then they didnt even acknowledge me when I asked how long the wait was going to be.If they dont have time for basic curtsey I dont have time for over priced nails.

I think this is one of the best pedicures I have gotten.

Got my eyebrows done, the lady there did a really great job!

Good but busy and rush you out as quickly as possible.

DONT GO HERE. Probably the worst place to get your nails done at. If you are considering going here. STOP and think again. My girlfriend SHOWED them a picture of what she wanted and they didnt get anywhere close to replicating the picture. If you cant tell off a picture learn some English god damn. ZERO STARS.

They go the extra mile and excellent

They were so rude and so slow this nail spot sucks there customer service is bad and overall this place is no good had to wait 30 min after my pedi when they said I was next they refused to let me pay for my pedi and go just. Bad experience will NOT come again!!!!

I had SNS nails done here and they were not done correctly. It took the nail tech over 30 mins to remove the previous SNS (which shouldn’t happen) and then they used UV light to set? SNS does not need UV nor has anyone else done it this way. The top coat bubbled up and peeled off within first 24 hours. Stay away!!! Rip off. They need to learn the SNS system if they are advertising they can do it.

The lady who worked on me was very nice

They used dirty tools during my fill and I contracted a green nail bacteria. They claimed it was a bruised nail. I filed a complaint with the state cosmetology board. Also when I went back in to have them fix it they pulled dirty nail clippers out of a container labled soiled. I said no I want clean tools and they pretended to not understand. If this salon keeps violating sanitation protocols it is a matter of time till it is shut down.
