I love my ash brown balayage! Sean really took his time with my balayage and haircut to give me good results. It took about 5.5 hours total, but he was so precise and careful the whole time. He had to undo a lot of DIY things I did to my hair during lockdown. This was my first time here at Hair Club 20 Arcadia and I will definitely return. Thanks Sean!

Walked in now knowing what to expect. I had previously darkened my hair at home after I got tired of my balayage highlights, so when I wanted to lighten it to a chocolate brown color, the team was nervous. Tina was very patient with me and did everything possible to ensure my hair goals came out as close to the picture as possible. And I could not be happier with the results! Terrible customer service. Lousy staff. No professionalism. Staff member talking loud and laughing during work hours. I dont enjoy the service. I dont recomment anyone to come here again. One of the worst store in Arcadia.

Nail Club never fails me!!Ever since my first experience at the San Gabriel location I never want to change my nail place again. At nail club they have Gel X which I am in love with now. They last forever and when they do have to come off they dont leave your nails brittle.I was going back to visit family in NorCal and needed to get my nails done. The boyfriend wanted to take me so he booked my appointment, they were able to squeeze me in last minute later in the week. My nail tech this time was Stephanie, she was extremely thorough with cleaning and clipping my nails and cuticles. Felt like my hands were reborn lol. But very amazing work from all the nail techs here as well. Their nails are never too thick and chunky and I always get what I want.

I came in for a dye job. It looked beautiful, i rinsed it ONCE with cold water after i left the gym 3 days later and all the dye came out. When i called they were extremely rude and told me everyone knows not to wash their hair blabla. Unacceptable.

Great hidden gem. Stylists are knowledgeable and do a great job.
