I went to this salon yesterday the ladies were very nice my pedicure came out perfect and I like my manicure alot i showed her a picture and they came out exactly how I wanted only problem was that i noticed she didnt really do anything for my cuticles Im looking at the nails and the cuticle area looks a little messy because she didnt touch them I came to the salon around 5:45 they close at 7 and the lady who did my nails took forever to get them started I stayed past closing and i felt like maybe she didnt touch my cuticles cause she was rushing to get out but I will return just because they were nice and did my nails how I wanted Ill just make note to come earlier next time.

Teresa is an excellent hair stylist. She is my go to person. She always does an excellent job on my cut and color and has me in and out.

The staff here always make you feel welcome and really take their time to make sure they do a quality job. Bravo!

I went to Elegant Nails and Spa to get gel manicure and pedicure a day before New Years. The lady who did my pedicure did an excellent job. However, an employee who did my manicure handled my hands in a rough manner and neglegently created bloody cuts on three of my fingers. She was hoping I will not notice and rushed me out of the chair. Once I pointed out to her that my fingernails are bleeding, she applied some green liquid on the wounds. And hastily charged me $80 for that experience. The liquid stopped the bleeding after several applications but it didn’t stop the pain. I still have the pain several days after ( even though I applied pain relief cream) and the healing wounds make my nails and hands look ugly not the look you expect after visiting “professional” nail salon. This was the worst nail salon experience: pain and lack of care.

Juliette , I have been coming to you forever. The last 2 times I had a,woman who is so sweet but does,a terrible job with gel. This last time it started,chipping the day after I got my nails,done. It was so bad I had to remove the gel. She,put acrylic on one nail, and it was,a bumpy mes. ,I hate to change salons, but I need to if I am paying$60 for one good nail day. You have always been so sweet, as your workers,are, but I want to leave happy.
