Front office assistant, Sandy is just rude. She makes it seem like patients are an inconvenience for going into the office to get serviced. If I would’ve known it would be this way I wouldn’t had made an appointment at this location and took my services else where. I made an appointment just for my appointment to be ignored and have to wait longer than planned. She didn’t apologize or say “good morning” as I waited for her to assist me. Just made it awkward that I came in to check in. I wouldn’t recommend any one to come into this office and since they’re always so short staffed I’m sure the girl in the front office would appreciate it.

I had a great experience @ this LabCorp.I have been to others that were not so great.I went first thing in the morning & got in & out very quickly. Sandy did my labs & got them on the first attempt with no problems. She was also very friendly & kind👍🏼

This was the Fastest Ive had my blood drawn..wow very friendly staff and very easy to check in for a appointment. The place is next to the hospital ( just south ) 3rd floor suite 317 🙏💯

This lab is the MOST efficient lab! They are very caring and very organized!!

This location has no customer service! Nancy is really unprofessional and does not care about patients. She will argue her right to not abide by.a fist come, first served approach. Fin a different location with better staff!

Beware! Make sure you understand what your doctor orders for your labs. Veronica was inefficient and negligent. The doctor had ordered one 24 urine collection. She misread the order and told me that I had to do two. When I questioned her, she became very agitated. Is this the health care care I deserve? Please respect the time of the patients you are providing health care to. Shame on you.

I have very bad experience,cant draw my blood.They made it two times and can tmake it.I have comeback the other day.I think I doent back to that lab corp anymore.

Fast, efficient and courteous service

Located in the Santa Anita Medical Plaza. Walk ins ok here and open until 11.30am Saturdays. There was a wait here today since i didnt have an appointment and want to get some bloodwork done. Bring your insurance card. They dont play about that & may turn you away if you dont have it.(Walls are thin) While waiting i could hear someone in the back crying pretty hard getting their blood drawn. The nurses were super patient and encouraging and kept talking thru the process. Get here early if you can or make an appoint on their website.

I was there on Saturday, 12.7.19, morning and the office was closed. Office hours show 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. on the website and answering machine. I even confirmed with staff when I was there in person, on Monday, 12.2.19, that Saturday morning hours were available. This now throws off my weekend labs needed for an appointment. And, taking time off from work now.

You can not reach out to anyone by the phone. when you need a result, you need go to their website and register.when you want to check your kids result that is unfortunately, you will be unable to register because your kid is under 18 years old.
