Rented a 26 truck three weeks in advance. Got a conformation two days before pick up that it was good to go. Then they decided to call me the day before I NEEDED this truck to tell me that it wont be available....Thanks a lot Budget you Fd me!!! I will never give you business or recommend this shady business to anyone ever...
It was simple and easy. They did NOT suck a bunch of my time being an anoying car dealer like many places do. Easily tried out some cars and test drive one in some free time I had.
Reserve the truck ahead of time, theyre so much more expensive the beginning & ends of the month.
Not upfront with you at all. Call back 3 times to verify everything and get told one thing then when you go in its another and more money
