I worked a job today through tradesmen.. I was making $20 an hour.. I worked with a guy from people ready today and he was only making 11 an hour!! I could not believe it!!! Had to leave a review.. this company takes advantage of the less fortunate!

Many occasions of not getting paid on time. When trying to reach out to see why you get an answering machine and no calls to respond to your trouble..

When asking about the app sign up they were of no use because they have no idea how to work the app

Very unorganized company with poor communication. Difficult to discuss issues any other way besides going into the offices in person. Unorganized causing scheduling errors that ultimately means lost income, full-days pay or even multiple-days at times.

People Ready now formally known as Labor Ready is an all rite place to work, that is if you are actually going to work and need money soon after the job is done-- since they do a daily pay system instead of weekly or biweekly or even monthly pay. They will know if you are going to work and they do notice if your putting effort out also towards your assignments then for the most part you will be on good working terms with them just like any other job. If you go in thinking easy- cheesy Im getting paid at the end of the day and not want to work and are just waiting for the end of day, you will more than likely not have a good working relationship with your assignments and wih People Ready and in the long--🏃 not make it to far with People Ready. There are Company issues from time to time, but where isnt that, you just have to work with them a little and remember they are looking for you with getting you out on a job, no application needed your out on the job working today tomorrow, your at work.For myself Ive been working through this company for 4+ years and when its hard to not to get paid weekly or all that and get paid a.s.a.p. Ive got things to get I cant wait that long I always know if I got out and worked I will be getting paid soon through People Ready. I previously worked in a stone quarry making good money until suddenly a new owner came in and shut it down and of course everyone of us was sent home without a job, for the most part Ive been with People Ready ever since, until say something better comes along they have been able to fill in gap of being without all of sudden with losing job unexpectedly and without a paycheck. So my main advice if you want to work and need money work them they will do their best to help you continue with work until you want or can move on.

The Gals at the counter are wonderful. Please keep in mind they are trying to help you while at the same time making little in return.
