First job assignment got hired on. Very upstanding staff 3rd day totalled my car (deer) they had my back called to make sure I was OK.if your looking for work or down on your luck give them a call theyll do there best to find you work and not at minimum wage

Ryan and Allie have been absolutely fantastic!! I have worked in management and in an office setting for 15+ years and I was looking for a change. It has been a little while since I have used Ryan and his team for work, but I do have to say that they were always the most professional and personable group of people I have worked with! The staff at Badger Staffing do their job exceptionally well. No doubt about it. I walked in without a job and left employed. Upon new employment, taking full responsibility for a no call/no show. A month rolled by and no calls were made to inform me I had payment waiting, nothing in the mail. I reached out before filing a Labor Standards Complaint.. They had the payment and boy was I greeted by a front of unprofessionalism. The company provided for work was not strictly following COVID-19 guide lines and neither does Badger Staffing. Was one of the most bull**** jobs I have ever worked. If a month of no contact or payment was conducted by the companies paying BS, I think it would be a different story.. Unprofessional.. if your desperate for employment make this your last resort.

I was warmly welcomed and comfortable from the moment I talked to them on the phone and met in person. I wasnt sure what to expect from a Staffing Company as I had never used one before. They had great communication, answered all my questions and really got to know me and what I was looking for in a career. Their guidance was extremely helpful when selecting a company to apply for and then accept a position at. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is newly searching or changing careers.

Applied for a particular job from their website. Drove 35 minutes out of my way to do the interview. I get there, they dont have my resume or the application that I filled out on their website. I had to go on their computer and do it all over again. 15 minutes later, I get my interview. I go over all of my information again, and get asked what shifts Im looking to work. I APPLIED for one. I say that... and thats not even a job thats available anymore. Take it off your website then, or at the very least say that... so I dont waste 2 hours of my day. I then ask whats the next best available job. Im looking for $16+ and they say $13.50 for a job thats even farther out of my way.

Ive had an excellent experience with them. I went in on a Thursday, and I was working thenext Monday. Two weeks later, I was given the opportunity to interview and was hired with a company that I can see a future with.

My experience at Badger State Staffing was great. Most agencies want you to have current entry level experience to employ. However, I had not been in a 3rd shift entry level position in over 17 years and they found a position for me that worked and if you find that a position does not work for you, they will search for one that does. The sign up process was quick and fast. I got a call back within two hours of sending in my online application and was already in for orientation the next day. The people working there were kind and understanding and I was put into work within the next five days after orientation.Although I found another job by myself shortly after Midwest Labor got me one, they were understanding and the company I was a temp for were understanding of my situation too.
