I have been going to see John and his team for the last year or more now. Everything is always great. I put off dental work partially because of a fear of needles and how unpleasant it can be. Some parts are of course still not very fun but John does a great job explaining things and going at a pace you are comfortable with. He makes sure you are as comfortable as can be. I have been to other places that just pump you through and dont seem to care about their patients at all. I recommend Timbercrest anytime someone asks me about my dentist.

I live 2 hrs north but was going to be on Appleton for the week visiting. Woke up the morning I was to leave home with a swollen inflammation in my gum by one tooth. Called around to a few dentists in that area and couldnt get in. Was about the cancel my trip to stay home and go to my dentist when I googled emergency dentist and Timbercrest came up. Called and got an appointment right away. Even called me back to say there was a cancellation and I could get in earlier. Super friendly staff. I got excellent care. They treated me right away. And my trip was saved. Thank you very much!!

Everyone I encountered there was great. Trauma from past dental appointments is a real thing. The dentist has great bed-side manners. Even though I had just met him, I felt like I was talking to someone I already knew and liked. All the staff there are all very straightforward and reassuring.

My experience at Timbercrest Dental Center was fantastic and long over due. The Dentist, assistants and the rest of the staff were kind, compassionate, understanding and completely thorough. Had two teeth pulled and a plan to put my mouth back in order without any pain and I havent even tried the sedation part that I was interested in. That is a testament to how good these people are.If you are anything like me, avoiding dentists at nearly all costs... just stop that and try Timbercrest; you will smile again. My experience was awesome, the office responded to my online inquiry within hours and scheduled me at 8 am the next morning. When I arrived it just got better.

I went in for a crown. This appointment was for the prep and temporary crown.Dr. Luther showed years of practice and planning to complete all the steps required.I was impressed with how smooth things went.I got to say I have never seen the 3D scanner they used.They take a 3D scan of the area where the tooth is and then they scan the teeth above.The two 3D maps are placed on top of each other to show your bite. Just like that they can see any area that may need to be corrected. No more guess work.New technology, you got to love it!

For several years I only smiled with a closed mouth grin. I was to embarrassed to show my teeth. I had been searching for a dentist to give me my smile back. I needed someone that I felt comfortable with. That had passion for their work and my best interest at heart.John impressed me from day one. Honest, up front with a great disarming bed side manner giving me all my options. It was easy to see that he had the knowledge, expertise and confidence to do the work. Within a matter of months the work was completed. To this day I still am aware that I can enjoy showing my genuine smile. I even sometimes show off just a little bit.His staff are nothing short of awesome! I actually enjoy my visits to the dentist. How many people can say that. John is very cognizant of keeping the time in the chair as pain free as possible. With all the work I had done I can not remember once that I was in anything other than very mild pain or discomfort. Over my 60 years I have had a lot of dentist. John is the best I have had. He has a very steady hand and technique of getting the novocaine in with little to no pain. Skill and compassion are great assets to have in your dentist. John has them both in abundance.

Being treated by Dr. Luther and his wonderful staff was the best dental experience I have ever had! Even though I hadnt been to the dentist in 5 years (due to fear and anxiety), they treated me with respect and kindness. Using the sedation they can provide, I received an awesome cleaning and trouble-free fillings...all in one sitting. Although the sedation costs extra and is not covered by my insurance, it was definitely worth the extra money to have very little memory of the 3 hours they worked on me. They did a fantastic job! If you are afraid of the dentist, give Timbercrest Dental Center a try.

Dr. Luther did a fantastic job repairing my chipped veneer to carry me over until I can replace them. He was very professional and the staff is absolutely fantastic.

Never written a bad review before but this place is awful. The called to cancel an appointment. When they tried to reschedule I said I would get back to them. Unbeknownst to me the rescheduled me anyway and when I missed the appointment they billed me. So disappointing.And re: their response - just not true. THEY cancelled the appointment. THEY are being defensive. They also have false advertising - I took a coupon in for a free toothbrush, got nothing, and immediately switched dentists. Again, just disappointing :-( Oh well.

I had bad experiences with a dentist when growing up. Going to the dentist caused me so much anxiety, that I actually had to take medication to get through a procedure. I found Dr. John Luther who was recommended to me. I am so happy now with the whole experience from the staff to any procedure that I need. I am welcomed like family and Dr. John explains every procedure that I need. He lets me know why and what has to be done. He has gone above and beyond to improve my teeths appearance and most of all save my teeth as I get older. The lab inadvertently started the repair procedure before checking if the required materials were in stock, I was called and told it would be an additional four days. I was frustrated and poor Cathy allowed me to vent. Within an hour Cathy had called me back, Dr. Luther and staff made arrangements so my repair would be done as promised, on time by using another lab. How many other places do you know that would go over and above for a customer? They saved my weekend with my new fiance, I cant thank the entire staff enough, especially Cathy...

I went in for a procedure, before I went they submitted a pre-claim through my insurance and told me what the cost would be.I was disappointed to hear that my bill would be $500 more than what I was quoted.Timbercest went above and beyond, worked with my insurance company, and relieve my concerns.
