I already wrote about my trip to Forward Dental, which was a week ago. And I was charged for my appointment, and never was before in all the years I have been a patient there! For me, an elderly woman on Social Security, my ONLY income, I dont believe I should have been charged $105 for ANYTHING! I have Medicare... isnt that supposed to pay for the visit? I was there for the dental hygienist to clean my teeth, no other dental work! And she did a great job! Okay, Ive said all I care to. Now maybe someone can explain to me about the $105 charge!

Look out for the lying lady at the front desk. when you ask her a question about billing shell rudely tell you to take it up with your insurance company instead of taking the time to go over it with you. She always sits in the middle of the counter. Ive have been going there for years, but will never return while she works there. its unfortunate. I really like my Dentist.

Dr. Kim and all of the assistants and hygenists that Ive interfaced have been pleasant, professional, and considerate. My health is obviously their priority.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist and manager. My family and I will not return, which is unfortunate because I really liked the hygienists.If you are looking for a place that takes pride in customer service and making you feel like family (like the dental practices I grew up with as a kid) this is not the place.

Receptionist are so rude. They all talk down to you. Right now I understand we are in a pandemic but when there is consults that affect your childrens lives. Both parents should be allowed to be in the consult. Overall your front desk staff needs some work and manners.

Absolute worst dentist office in town. Rushed appointments with impolite and discourteous front office staff. Dentist spends limits time with patients and there is limited privacy. Would not recommend!

Dr. Schmidt is a fantastic dentist. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and seems to really care about me as a person.I do have to say that the reception staff is absolutely horrible, I’ve had them help 3 people before me, straight up ignore me, and have been hung up on three times in a row. All I want to do is fix my teeth!

I had a great experience with my hygienist, however their billing department needs work. My husband’s claim for a cleaning was never submitted to our insurance and even after calling multiple times to have it taken care of - They have still not submitted the claim to insurance. In the meantime we are still receiving threatening letters telling us to pay for the cleaning(which is 100% covered under or insurance).

It had been a long time since my last visit to a dentist because I was previously uninsured and was hesitant to even go to the dentist once I had the insurance. The people at Forward Dental were very kind, professional and encouraging. I would definitely recommend them and already have my next 6 month visit scheduled.

I hadnt been to a dentist in over five years and was a little concerned about finding a new dental care provider. Im glad I chose ForwardDental! They were able to provide me with all of the documents that I needed to sign ahead of time, so there was little wait time when I arrived, and as an added bonus, they called me and asked if I wanted to reschedule when an earlier appointment opened up, allowing me to get in a month sooner.My hygienist and dentist were both friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to address my concerns and provide recommendations for improving my oral health. The cleaning was painless and spotless, and I am more than satisfied with the care I received for what I paid. Im looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a patient for years, but they have drastically went downhill.Reception staff is horrible, extremely rude.Billing did not submit a claim so I wasnt billed. By the time I went in for my 6 month checkup they indicated I needed to pay the full amount or couldnt be seen. After explaining I wanted to review my explanation of benefits for the date in question before I paid they allowed me to be seen that day, but refused to schedule my next appointment. Turned out the charge in question was covered by insurance. Two days later I received a notice I was being sent to collections. When contacting the clinic they were extremely rude and defensive indicated the letter is just meant to scare individuals with outstanding balances, and unless I received a handwritten letter ignore the notice.One last horrible experience was receiving two crowns on my front teeth. A color match was picked, and temporary crowns were placed. When I went in for permanent placement they glued them in my mouth without me seeing them turned out the teeth were gray!! I immediately voiced my concern the dental assistant looked mortified, but the dentist stated there was a lot of blood and they would change color. They did not!! They referred me to the dental lab in De Pere, WI. I went there for a consult they reviewed the order, and indicated the material that was chosen by the dentist should not be used for front teeth, and the color that was chosen at the time of temporary crowns was not what was on the order form.Three weeks later I asked to be seen wanted the crowns replaced they agreed at no cost which was great. So I went back attempted to have the whole process redone. When I arrived the dentist seemed agitated only replaced one of the teeth indicating that the grayness of the second tooth might change when one was replaced. So I had the one tooth replaced which had the correct color of teeth, but the dentist screwed the placement so I had a crooked front tooth, and I still had a gray tooth on the crown they did not replace.I then contacted management they were extremely rude, and once again defensive indicated they would need to discuss with the dentist I was seeing, and would call back.... they never did!!!.I have since gotten a second opinion, and the new office I have seen cannot believe the care I received. They are working with me to replace the one gray crown that was not replaced, and they corrected the placement of the other tooth.Overall, so disappointed I have been a patient for over 10 years, and the service I received in the last 6 months is terrible!! STAY AWAY!!

After being patients for a few years we will not be going back. I misunderstood a charge which I paid but called back and pled my case for a refund or reduction with the Practice Manager. She argued and finally said she would check on it with dentist, etc. and would get back to me in a few weeks. She did not. After 5 weeks I called back. Had to leave message but 4 weeks later no response. Talked to her today and no help. For $79 or portion of you have lost 2 patients.

Ive come three times and every time they have been 30-45 minutes late. It is so frustrating to sit and anticipate a filling for 45 minutes. The hygienists are all very new and I understand that, but the dentist works so slowly I cant handle coming back.

The last two to three visits the dental hygienist was very gentle and supportive of the care I received during the appointment.

This place was such a tremendous help! I recently was diagnosed with a heart problem and require open heart surgery. The staff got me right in and scheduled appointments to help me out so I can get signed off on my clearance letter. Thank you so much! Not to many businesses with that level of customer service anymore.

Erin cleaned my teeth and didnt judge, very thorough and pleasant. Doc came in and did the same, very pleased with results so far.I recommended my wife, and now she is going too.

I had an appt scheduled for 9am. Hygienist did not get me until 9:15am and I had another appt scheduled eelsewhere at 9:50am. She was only able to do my exam and no cleaning. My only day off and I was asked to come back another day. Not the 1st time theyve been late. I cant be late for an appt but they can be. You would think being only the 2nd or 3rd appt of the day they would be somewhat on schedule. Taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to have a filling done, but was asked what I did for a living first. I respond to thised that I teach at a local public elementary school. While Dr. is working on the filling, he starts talking politics. He goes on how he feels teachers are over paid in a very condescending tone and that vouchers to private schools are the way to go, knowing full well that a response is impossible. He then leaves the room, leaving the assistant to finish. I wonder if anyone else was treated as poorly as I was based on the what they did for a living. The filling also failed that he installed within a few years. NEVER AGAIN!

I love this dental clinic!! The procedures are easy to manage and the billing is easy to understand!

I was in the market for a dentist that was in my insurance local provider in my area and found Forward Dental of Appleton, WI. I called the office and they got me see the dentist in a couple of days as they emailed me all the needed paper work so I could do it at home and brought it in on my appointment date. My wait time to see the Dr. was about ten minutes!I had my teeth X-rayed and cleaned and next appointment set up all within an hour! The staff was very courteous and professional as was Dr. Choi!! Dr. Choi explained clearly about my teeth and the needed routine direction for my next visit! Im very pleased with Dr. Choi and her staff!!I would recommend Forward Dental who is in need of a good dentist and staff!!

Receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the cleaning and exam were awful.

They make my teeth clean... Sometimes a long wait.
