My specialist was patient caring it wasnt about getting paid. He took his time with me made sure all my information was correct. Some agents just want to get you in an out and get paid. It wasnt like that with David he really cares. Jackson Hewett is the best if you want to get your taxes done.

David was a great help. It took 3 hours but that wasnt his fault. There was a problem with one of my w2s. David helped find the mistake and fix it. So glad I chose this location. David was great to talk to and made my experience good even tho it took a long time. Thanks David for hanging in there with me and helping me get it done. 3 thumbs up.

I wanted to get my taxes done today and I didn’t want to go to a location and someone not be there but I called and got sent to the Walmart in Appleton. The tax pro named David did an amazing job. He explained some of the questions to which I would understand them. He was also laughing and very calming to me so I wouldn’t be stressed out.

David made tax matters very easy. He patiently and carefully handled the tax preparation and filing professionally. I recommend their services at this center.

Worst experience ever wouldnt go here to even use there bathroom... promises promises nothing ready nothing set up location info wrong on emails recived and website... had appoint since 19th got there told me they tried to call but never did and then informed me they are not setup or prepared to do my appointment. Not sure why they even have a business if they dont even know how to run it. Wouldnt use Jackson Hewitt ever I recommend going any where but here! Save my time and money by going anywhere else. Total disappointment complete disgrace...

Never going here again. I will be taking my returns elsewhere. Long story short my taxes are not done and will not be done by them!
