I was referred to Barb Baders concerning a divorce issue in 2015. Since then, she and her staff have been preparing my yearly business and personal taxes. I am becoming a new small business owner with many questions. Even during this 2018 busy tax window, I had some questions, this year, a woman by the name of Lynn was preparing my 2018 taxes. I called her a few times with some questions and concerns on how to obtain an EIN number. I was given her voice-mail almost every time, which I understood as she was busy, yet Lynn ALWAYS returned my call the same day. Thats what I call customer service!

I would highly recommend Fox Valley CPAs. I approached them simply because I saw their TV ad on Fox 11 every morning as I was getting ready for work. I work full time, and my husband is self-employed. We never had QuickBooks properly set up for him – the last thing I wanted to do when I got home from my office job was sit at a computer all night. Fox Valley CPAs was excellent – they helped us set up our QuickBooks and personalized it to us and they trained me on how to use it correctly. They did all this in the middle of tax season, when we were not a current customer of theirs, we had our prior year taxes done elsewhere. Everywhere else I called said “call us in May,” but I knew I couldn’t wait that long. Laura has been a great resource whenever I need anything. Because of them our 2017 taxes will be a breeze compared to prior years.
