For the past 3 years, Joe Arnoldussen has done a good job on my taxes, but I will not be returning next year come tax time. The woman at the front desk has been repeatedly rude to me and lacks professionalism. This year, she crossed the line. I simply wanted to pick up my taxes and leave in peace. Had Joe not completed my taxes already, I would have asked for my documents back and never used their services to begin with. I will happily take my business elsewhere. Ive already told my friends all about my experience at ASK Associates.

Awesome place to get your taxes done. I gather all my information I need, drop it off, if they need anything they will call. Once they are done they will call you that you can pick them up.

I called Ask Associates to ask some questions as to how to move forward with my taxes. The woman I spoke with was rude and clearly wasn’t interested in taking the time to speak with me. Instead of politely asking to call later or to schedule an appointment, she interrupted and said,”I have to go, I have customers waiting.” I thanked her for her time and hung up.😳

My husband and I have been going to Ask Associates for years. They do a great job and are speedy on getting taxes done.

I have dealt with several of the BIG Accounting firms in the Valley over the past 20 years. Needless to say, we paid the BIG BUCKS, but did not receive excellent service that I expected in return.Working with Joe these past few years has been so easy. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. And his fees are reasonable ... go figure!
