Absolutely hate this place its been almost 7 years & still havent received a child support payment from my sons father I call all the time and ask whats going on shouldnt he be in jail.. They keep giving him chances after chances he works jobs & they know about it and I still dont receive payments at this point I feel like this a discrimination matter now because I dont even go through this with my one year old daughter in court I just wish a higher up can help me out because Im getting no where after 8 years. Enough is enough.

Gotta love it when they go after you for child support like they are with me because the hospital wouldnt put me on the birth certificate because I wasnt married to my sons mother at the time of his birth. The issue is I acknowledge that I am my sons father, I am married to my sons mother, I live with him and my wife who is his mother, and I am the one financially supporting them as I am the only one currently working due to my wife being pregnant with our 2nd child. So now they want to take money from me to give to my wife which will basically just come right back to me. Now my question is what is the point of them even bothering with doing this?

For the last 3 years, they have sworn before a Judge to get an order against me to have money taken out of my checks for not paying Child Support.....I was paid in advance 1 year in advance and the other time 2 years in advance. Thus they committed Perjury before the Judge and Theft by unlawfully taking money out of my checks. Oh ya, the also ordered me to pay Child Support one year for a child that was no relation to me in any way. They are a Class Act....if your not a man. Last MY Child has lived with me 80% since my divorce in 2006.....

Jennifer Clafka should be investigated i think she got left by her man and her mission is to take her anger out on men by throwing them in jail when they could be out working and paying child support but nope she would rather them sit in jail idk how she even sleeps at night
