Although I’m slightly partial being as I work here. I absolutely love innovative services, Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They all seem to really care about what they do and the people they work with. If I ever had a loved one that needed care, this would be the place I would go.

This company is all talk. They say that they are for the client but there actions show that they are all for the money. There are so many other companies willing to do so much more for their clients then this one. There is no follow through with what they say and promise.

Staff is overworked, not appreciated, pay sucks. Management is horrible & so is the program manager. Never returns phone calls n talks behind ex-employees back.

Staff is sneaky. They like to go behind ppls backs. Unproffessional!

Good job good pay but the management doesnt communicate well. Good place for clients to be treated like gods though lol

If you are considering refering a client to these guys you might want to rethink that.Basically these people are slum lords.They rent seedy,unkept aparments and turn around and charge the county as much as $200 a day for them to house a client of the county.These people are taking advantage of the system and using clients to make them a profit.They all should be in jail.
