Most staff are incredibly rude and insensitive. RCM takes side of the staff and doesn’t ask why you are upset. They also move your stuff without your knowledge. If I could give negative stars I would.

Agape cares! They are a non profit company that treats their employees well and that creates a caring, dedicated staff. I have found a great sense of purpose working here. It feels awesome to help other people and watch them grow!

The philosophy of this organization is admirable; it’s unconscionable that it isn’t followed.Our sister was in an Agape facility for a number of years. It was horrible to see her level of care dropped to such serious stages, she ended up hospitalized. We have records from the hospital and ER visits.Her room was filthy, nicer clothes mysteriously “disappeared” and she incurred bruising where no bruises would typically occur in a “normal fall”.When calling management about issues, phone calls were NOT returned.The only reason they even got one star is that you don’t have a “MINUS” star rating.

They stand for nothing and their mission statement is strictly for show.Bill deserves better.
