They went above and beyond by taking pictures and showing me the issues they observed up on the roof. This gave me peace of mind which was worth the call.

Jerry stopped by to spray the house. He was efficient and fast. They did a nice job and also sprayed the shed. Only time will tell if the product they use works. Had a outdoor spring trail issue. I’m sure other insects and such are being kept away but the main issue was spring tails and I still have them outside and even a few on the sills on the inside. I forgot who I spoke with but they were adamant on returning to my house to try again. First time ever having an issue with wasps at our house. Erdyes was there ASAP and got rid of the problem for us. They also have excellent follow up to ensure that the problem was handled.

We are very pleased with the response from them. With our schedules we had a hard time finding a time for him to check our issue out. He offered to come on Sunday. We thought that was very nice. He was on time, very professional and gave suggestions that we could do ourselves instead of charging us a lot of money and say only he could do. We definitely will give them a call again if we need their assistance in the future.

Nests including the queen were removed. Unfortunately this was done during the day when most of the hornets were gone. They are now attempting to rebuild at the attachment site which was left in the tree.

Needed someone fast to help with yellow jackets. I had called other places Ive the weekend and to no avail didnt hear anything back from them except Erdyes. They were fast and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

Overall their services seemed by far the most authoritative and comprehensive of what we found. While not the cheapest, they seem to provide good value for what they provide. In our case, helping us get rid of mice by setting traps inside, identifying and closing all of the easy places for them to get in from the outside, and setting up preventative bait boxes on the outside. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because we were a bit disappointed in their considerations and precautions regarding covid-19 safety.

Erdyes was very easy to work with and very responsive. I had an enormous wasp nest removed from an upstairs crawl space. Both Josh and Brandon were very professional and did a great job explaining what was happening and what they were doing. Definitely recommend using Erdyes.

Erdeys Pest Control is the best for pest control. Used them 2 years ago and was very pleased but was talked into using a different service that is well know. There is no comparison in the quality of work and service we get from Erdyes so I am happy to say we are back.

The individual that came to the house to treat for the bees has only been gone for about an hour and I can see that the nest is already way more quiet and there are many bees dead on the ground. Really helped us out and was able to get over to our house within a 48 hour period of time which was great.

Update 2020We had Erdyes come back this year for an exterior spray. We had them do exterior and spot-treat the interior last year. The whole year, our house was basically bug free. A few tiny spiders here and there, but nothing like the year before that.This year, it was super easy. He came by and was done in maybe 15 minutes. I went outside briefly when he was part of the way through and couldnt smell anything.Thanks, Erdyes!--From 2019We just had someone from Erdyes come out today. He was very quick and polite. We had a special request for him to spray our basement, and he was very accommodating.The only thing I wish had been done differently is that when he did the outside, I wish he had suggested we close our windows. He went quite high up the walls of our house, and with our windows open, some of the spray came inside, filling two bedrooms and the bathroom with a very bad smell. Im sure its also not good to breathe that stuff in.All-in-all, great service so far. Now to see if it pays off!

I had a severe bed bug problem and I looked online for local pest control companies that didnt use pesticides for dealing with it and I found this company. I gave them a call and by the very next day they came over with the equipment to heat treat my bedroom and they explained how to use it and then just left me alone with it because that was cheaper than having them do my whole house. They were very polite and friendly with me when I contacted them and talked to them in person the price point was reasonable and it eliminated my bed bug problem. The only reason this isnt a five star review is because there was some confusion regarding the operation of the equipment and they were not very clear even when I asked for more information I have a brother who figured it out and then we got it working and again it got rid of the bed bug problem so thats why four stars.

Wasps found a way into my home near the foundation. This service came today and used a powder to fill the nest and surrounding area. They will return to inspect the area in a few days and will then fill the area with silicone. They also inspected the interior of my home to be sure the wasps had not found a way into the living area. Nothing found.
