Peggy is amazing ...so knowledgeable, taught us about diamonds, settings, ...we brought an heirloom ring and she gave up options for placing a stone. We chose a diamond...we were able to see it in the ring. We started at Tennies with my engagement ring almost 20 years ago and have purchased a number of pieces since. Theyve helped us with a few custom pieces as well as some right out of their case. I have also recommended them to many friends. I much prefer them and the local family store over any chain.

My old wedding ring had been repaired once and needed resizing. I thought I would end up having to get a new one, but Tennies suggested that their goldsmith could resize it. I thought it would be difficult - thick band with two-tone gold, a black inlay and etching around the ring. I got the resized ring back yesterday and it was like it was brand new! There was no indication of where the gold was added to increase the size and the two-tone design, inlay and etching matched perfectly. It was a brilliant job! Thanks, Tennies!

I have been a customer for over 20 years at both locations. They have great customer service. They have jewerly for all budgets. Anything I have bought from them they have always backed up. If they dont have it they will find it or custom make it. Yes, you may pay a little more, but do you want quality and something that lasts, I sure do! Also, I have never felt pressured. Sometimes I have to go home and think about a purchase because their jewelry is just great and hard to make a decision on.

Not only that but she was able to work within my short notice time table to get custom engravings and diamond I wanted. All around Bravo.
