Most jewelry stores in the area wouldnt really work with me because I had my own diamonds that I wanted to include in a engagement ring.Karen not only helped me come in on budget but offered to set the second diamond I had into a solitaire pendant at no additional cost.Beyond that she was always great with her communication and was even a little early in getting the jewelry done.All together Ill never go anywhere else, how much she was willing to work with me and the overall experience has deffinatly won my loyalty.Thanks Karen!

The woman working was so friendly and helpful when I came in to tighten a piece of jewerly my boyfriend bought me from there for Christmas. She knew who I was just by the piece I brought in. It showed how much she knows her products and her customers.
