I have had Jenna clean the last two weeks. She is so good! Things put back where they belong , etc.

I’ve given them multiple chances and I continue to be unimpressed. The first time they came out, they cleaned the house super thoroughly, and it was wonderful. Each subsequent time it’s gotten worse. I’ve used this service 4 times and twice they’ve left with the job half done due to their own personal reasons. I was also promised two cleaners but the past two times there has only been one. I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. There is no way one person can clean it in 2 hours. I was also promised a partial refund the second to last time the girl had to leave early and I still have not received it, even though I’ve called at least 4 times to ask about it.

Ive been very happy with the Merry Maids. They arrive on time and do a thorough job. This is a well-run, excellent business.

Super super friendly and very quick for an appointment, so that I do appreciate.But the floors still have junk in the corners and water spots, the dust I wanted off of the doors werent done on the insides of the closet doors, and the the drywall dust that’s under the shelf in the bathroom was never swept up. It was honestly hard to tell that there was 2 cleaning people here cleaning for 2 hours!

I have used Merry Maids since 2006. They do a good job each time. There are a couple of small areas they miss many times but generally safe and reliable.

So impressed! We had previously used a local company... but they were really inconsistent. I ended up finding out that the local Merry Maids is a franchised company... owned by a local family! The consultation was a little awkward (The person who came made a few comments about the house being messy - which is why I was hiring a cleaning service). But Jamie, the cleaning person who came, was wonderful! She cleaned everything from the ceiling fans to the inside of the microwave. I felt comfortable leaving the house with her inside. 10/10 would recommend.*Updated: You don’t always get the same person each week. We had two people come yesterday, and the house still looks great!

The cleaning personnel are always professional and do a great job cleaning my house. They do it in a timely manner. Also work around my schedule very easily.

It’s such a great feeling coming home to a clean home after a of work. Trusting Merry Maids to be here while I’m away to tackle the chores like deep cleaning the bathroom and/or the kitchen has officially spoiled me! :)

My wife and I have had Merry Maids clean our home for several years. We have been very satisfied with all aspects of the job, and would highly recommend them. The management of this franchise is very responsive to our requests, and I would like to give a special thanks to our usual cleaner, Kala, for a job consistently well done!

For some reason, the word terrible was pre-typed on the form I was supposed to use for my personal comment. What was THAT about? Worse yet, I couldnt erase it. So, I just gave Merry Maids five stars for excellence by clicking on [what I think was] the right spot. My most recent experience with Merry Maids was as wonderful as all the rest. These people always work hard, fast, and effectively to clean the home occupied by my sister, her funky dog, and their caregiver (me). To top it off, I have never met an unfriendly Merry Maid. I cant say enough good about this organization, because theyve made my role as housekeeper a breeze.

Fantastic customer service. I have been using Merry Maids for over 2 years and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication on all matters, flexible when I needed to change days and very professional. Highly recommend.

Punctuality was right on time, but the cleaning was not as detailed as expected.

I can tell the when there has been someone checking the work of the cleaners as our home is cleaned much better / 3 of the last 4 weeks have been really good

In theory this is a great concept. A business that has people go to your house and clean while your not there. Come home and everything is in its place. In order for this to work though you need three things; 1) the business idea ( they got this down), 2) cleaners, who actually clean what is asked of them(they dont really have this down.) 3) A customer service team to back up the company ( they definitely do not have this, or if they do, they dont care.) At least that was my wifes and I impression. We gave this service many chances with failed results. Im not sure if its just high expectations that were repeatedly not met, or the lack of enthusiasm for a company to keep a customer. I would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend working here. You will never make $15 an hour like they tell you in the interview and any Christmas tips you EARNED will be kept by management while you recieve $2 from the $100 tip left for you. No one i worked with recieved the big Christmas bonus they claimed we would getInstead we turned in ALL the tips(hundreds of dollars) only to recieve$25. I am soooooo ashamed of my self for staying with this company as long as i did. Please save yourself the embarrassment. Find a job that will appreciate you.

Very responsive and reliable. Any time I have an issue with the bi-monthly cleaning the management addresses the issue.

For the price I would expect 4 hours of labor to be done. It wasn’t.

Inconsistency is the issue, when its good its fine. Missed rooms and incomplete service is an issue

I usually dont write bad reviews but i just thought it was needed here if it could help someone else. i went into a interview for a job and interviewed with liz. after completing the interview she hired me an set me up for training. then approx 2 hrs later jeremy calls me back whome he ever was didnt give me a title. said not to come in for training and they had a previous employee ask to return it what he said. if i dont get a call back my wed(day before thanksgiving) to call them back. just a unpleasant experience. hope this helps another . i did not call back, took another offer.

Tried to hire Neenah location merry maids a few years back. Was going to set up for long term cleaning every other week. Lots of rooms to clean so good business. Had everything in place and even had them come and evaluate our house. Only to get a call later saying they couldn’t clean it cause I refused to leave for four hours with all my kids while they clean. I told them we would keep kids out of the room they’re cleaning. Seemed weird. Too bad. Never saw a company refuse a contract.
