Proshine cleaned our windows and the exterior of our house. The team that came was very professional and had great attention to detail. They even did a little extra cleaning on the house because the pressure washing didnt removed all the clay. We will definitely be using them every year!! We came across Proshine through a Google search because the previously used cleaner would only do windows, not ledges and mold.Turns out we didnt have mold, just dirt! I have used the WONDERFUL services of Proshine Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing for at least three years now, for both window washing (1-2x a year) and power washing of the house (1x) and I have nothing but high marks for everything they do. Since moving to Shawano in 2016, Ive exclusively used Proshine for window washing twice a year. Josh and his team are personable, on time, and back up their work. For example, one year they had a new person washing windows that didnt do a quality job. They came back and washed the windows again! With regard to cost, Ive checked with other window washing businesses in the area and they are competitive.

We had our house power washed and windows cleaned by Pro Shine. The quote was fast and easy and we are very happy with the results. Will definitely use them again in the future.

So I got a quote from this guy a couple years ago ended up going with a different company, was not happy with the company so I decided to give pro shine another shot and submitted a quote request. Not only did the guy never get back to me with a quote I had to call him to ask if he was going to give me a quote and he explained because you didnt go with me in the past Im not going to give you a quote now. what kind of business does that seriously, I recommend anybody looking at window washing or pressure washing to look at a different company who treats all of their customers the same and not discriminates because someone didnt choose them the first go around.In response to the businesses response, Ive only ever requested one quote not three, as Ive only lived in my house three years this is the third year. So please dont make up an excuse as to why you unprofessionally didnt even reach out to me to let me know that you would not be giving me a quote. I can handle someone telling me they dont want to give me a quote but just ignoring someone thats a different subject altogether.
