Had an issue with scheduling, but was able to talk that through with Lynn to get someone out right away. Jon came to the house, and was very professional and personable. During the interaction, I felt like Jon wasnt trying to sell or push anything on me. Rather, just giving it to me straight and being more of an advisor than a sales person.

While I may not have committed to a new roof, the estimator, Sam Kilgas, was very friendly and educated. He taught me a lot about my roof that I didnt know and opened my eyes to information that other estimators withheld from me just to try and make a sale. He was very straightforward and honest, which isnt a quality many salesman have. Im really glad to have had the opportunity to meet this company. I plan to, in the near future, go with this company for my roofing needs. And I am excited to see the quality that comes from them. Thank you Sam for everything.

Our roofing heroes! I cannot speak more highly about them. They replaced my parents roof a year ago and my parents thought highly of them. I had a different company add insulation to our attic and the insulation team saw light coming through the roof. We were worried there was a hole.I called Security-Luebke Roofing to get an estimate. They came the same day and they were incredibly friendly and professional. They jumped to help and went on the roof and went in the attic in scorching heat. They were able to quickly fix the vent (during the estimate) and charged us...guess how much...nothing, zero, zip, nada! They only asked that when the roof needed replacement that we call them. The Best company bar none from beginning to end and everything in between.Best roof inspection/ overview I have ever seen. It was like 45 minutes long but it went over everything and included video of my roof issues. I felt completely educated concerning my roof concerns and very capable of making a educated decision in my purchase. The process- John, our Forman, kept us well informed leading up to the install day through completion. Install day- Work crew was right on time and worked really efficiently and effortlessly. The tear-off and installation was very quick (1 day) including clean up. Very impressive company and a very impressive warranty.

Security Luebke helped me replace a chimney and a turbine vent. I had encountered water damage due to a leak from the chimney and the vent. They evaluated the situation within 48 hours of my call in December. The work was scheduled for February. The workers arrived on time 8:30am , were efficient, respectful, friendly. They finished the work and clean up, leaving nothing behind to indicate there was work done. This was also one of the coldest days in February and they still completed the work. I had no concerns and would recommend them again.

I was given a low estimate , needed to give $250 deposit to save spot in line for roof , which i did . after insurance contacted me and other roofing estimates came in i called sales man to find out how they are so cheap , was told estimate only covers materials not labor . at this point i realized these are not people i want to work with and asked for my deposit back , which was refused because it was a non refundable down payment for job . be warned , believe reviews , look else where .

Security-Luebke Roofing installed snow gems on my steel roof. I called for an estimate. They called immediately to set up an appointment and came to do an estimate in the rain. Estimate came in around the amount I thought. I was told 10 to 12 weeks before the work would be done. To my surprise they arrived in 7 weeks and the work was completed in a couple of hours. Installers were very friendly. They followed up with me for any questions or concerns.I would recommend them for any roofing needs.

They came out to give us an estimate, cleaned the gutters out while they were on the roof, provided a fair quote to repair the damaged area which included .total replacement of the area, not just a quick patch. Were able to get to us sooner than expected, did an amazing job and cleaned up everything when they were done. Highly recommended

I had them come out and check a leak I had in our home. I thought it was one thing and they helped me see what it truly was and where it was coming from. The knowledge and the friendliness was way more than I expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

We called around and got some quotes, but some of the people that came out to give us a quote seemed like they didnt really know that they were doing or looking for. We called Security Luebke Roofing knowing that they would more likely be one of the higher quotes, but after meeting Scott (our salesman/estimator), we decided that quality is more important, and no matter what they came back with as an estimate, that we were going to have them do the repair work. I know you asked for a evaluation shortly after the work was complete but I wanted the new roof to have a good wind storm and rain shower before I wrote a review. Workmanship was great, the roof looks great and there were no leaks or raised shingles. Sales support was great along with the follow up after the roof was installed. Did have a little surprise in the storage area above the garage after the new roof vent was installed, with strips of plywood and saw dust all over the stored items but this is just a reminder to your folks to be aware of where the pieces go when they cut the peak vent slot. Otherwise your clean up was good and even though I loved working with your company, I hope I do not see you folks for a long time with any roofing issues.

They replaced the roof on my garage and placed new gutters with gutter toppers on my garage and my house replacing some rotted wood that was from the last homeowner. I watched everything from them ripping the old off the putting on the new. They cleaned up and had everything done the same day. They have separate crews for roofing install and gutter install so it took a little time to get everything done but once it did We love the fact that I don’t have to worry about climbing up and cleaning gutters. Once we get this paid off we will have them come back and to the house

When I needed a repair, they were several weeks out on scheduling jobs. They kept me informed every two weeks with where I was on the list, which I appreciated very much. They came right away for an estimate and did a temporary fix so my roof would not be leaking while I waited for their repair. Their work was done professionally and efficiently. We had our gutter downspouts repaired on our house. Sam, our sales rep gave us great information and offered suggestions that made sense. I wanted a gutter topper added to our existing gutters but instead of taking the money, Sam saved us money by explaining that based off of his observations, we dont need to add the toppers. That is real honesty. The communication was with the office leading up to the installation. The installer called and notified us of what was happening. He did a great job, cleaned up well, and asked numerous times if we had any concerns and if the project was what we expected. He even took our old plastic junky extensions and threw them away for us. I sent out quote request to six different vendors in our area. Security-Luebke was the only company to respond. The price was less than I expected. I wrote a check for the full amount right away and knew and trusted that Sam would take care of us. The only callback I got from another vendor was after our installation was already done. Sam discussed our future roof replacement and I know who to call. Great job!

We called to have some repairs done to our home that we purchased in December of 2018. There were leaks around the chimney that one other contractor got paid way too much to repair the issue, and it was never resolved. The guys showed up as expected, made the repairs, and with one small follow up we have now had 6 storms with zero leaks. Thank you so much!*Update* Leaks leaks leaks when I called after we had a full day of rain and leaks we were put on a “warranty list” 3 weeks later I called to find out how soon our repair would be looked at and the girl didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. They rescheduled and finally came out and said that everything was good. Every single storm since we have had leaks. So disappointed that this company advertises quality and integrity and gives neither.*Update #2* After a few weeks we finally heard back and they cake back out again to do some more investigating. They did some more caulking and the leaks have finally stopped. Lets hope this takes care of the issues!

I felt the price, work, and service were worthy of a top rating. Overall, everything was smooth and taken care of as expected. The one major piece of feedback I had was the communication on when the job was to be done was pretty lacking. I got told there was a target date, but due to the home closing I needed to keep the buyer closely updated. The response I would get was dismissive of my questions and never really answered me fully on when my work would be complete. I understand weather happens, but in my case I needed a little more info. This was the only issue we found, and it would keep me from being a sure fire next time user to a we will see next time user. In the end, the work was done ahead of schedule, as they showed up one morning and were ready to work. Again, crew and work was excellent.

Very dishonest company. they do fair work, but pricing is extremely high. They take advantage of people and use any method they choose to in order to raise pricing. They do not disclose everything up front and then surprise you with higher pricing. This is the same message that all my neighbors have experienced. We were all taken advantage of.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Called them and signed a contract for them to install gutters. I was told it would be a few weeks but after calling them with no response and waiting 7 months later, they still have yet to respond or show up. Find another company!

I was quoted for a complete deck replacement and no deck replacement. The workers told us they didn’t need to replace the deck, but we did have a lot of rotten wood by the soffits. Charged almost 5000 dollars more for extra time and labor which I agreed with. Then I was charged for a full deck replacement. Tried talking to the project manager who stuttered and talked in circles , couldn’t make eye contact. Called the office and tried to talk to someone above him, not allowed! Could only talk to the salesman or the project manager. Our salesman only knows what the project manager told him, kept throwing out numbers that didn’t add up. You have to pay them wether you agree or not because according to the contract they will put a lean on your house if you don’t. I would recommend the workers who worked in 90 degree weather and made good use of their time. The company no- poor communication- bad customer service . Paid almost half of the value of my home for a 900 square foot roof.

In the first meeting, photos were taken of the trouble spots. The Corning Roof System was explained and my questions and concerns were addressed. The materials arrived on time and neatly stacked in the driveway. Tarps and plywood covered my new deck to prevent damage. All shingles were carried to the dumpster and not just thrown on the lawn. They cleaned up every night so you couldnt tell they were even there. Final clean-up included inspection of installation and the use of a large magnet to pick up any stray nails around the house. I havent found any since. I had another roofer tell me I could do it for less by Luebke is the best. I think that says it all. Gutters and downspouts were replaced and again a super job. Ive had many compliments from people walking by and my neighbor was so impressed, he scheduled Luebke to do his roof.

The two installers did a great job installing the gutter guards and cleaning up after, very friendly and great workers. There professionalism and care made up for the schedulers delay in getting me scheduled as promised.

Their customer service needs to not worry about the commercial so much they have a good product just push the product dont try to make a commercial out of everything

From the time Kevin showed us a video of our roof and how Security-Luebkewould fix it ( our leak) and then when the workers started it could not have been better. We did not worry about the men who would be here all day as they were nice and polite and they cleaned up when they left.After the roof was done, several men on different days from Security came and walked the roof to see if everything was perfect!

All employees were professional, attentive, efficient and courteous including Dave the salesperson, Derek the project manager and the roofing crew from the initial sales visit to the final inspection. The job was completed in a very timely manner and as agreed upon. The roof looks great. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a good experience and quality workmanship.

Nate found that we had a soft spot on our roof and that some of roof had to be replaced. Once the repairs were done we noticed that there was still a leak coming down a nearby sanitation stack. Nate and Mike came back repeatedly and really went above and beyond with the time and care that they took in figuring out where this leak was coming from.

From our initial meeting with Scott through the time they picked up their supplies, the entire team we worked with did a great job. They answered all our questions and coordinated with several other contractors to complete all the work necessary on our roof project.

Aaron was the first “ face” of Security Luebke that we dealt with when he came to our home to assess our roof issue. He was polite, knowledgeable and spent well over an hour in his assessment. He even ventured into the depths of our upper attic that had not seen daylight for over 15 year. The estimate was very reasonable for the work involved. Subsequent work was done timely and efficiently. An additional “ issue” not defined by us initially was assessed and taken care of quickly. Very pleased overall.

Roof replaced this spring. I had communication issues with installers and I had to make sure certain things like roof cap screen were put back on after tear off and thrown on the lawn among other issues. After I paid in full, I asked them to come out because bugs were getting in around areas that were not calked. I was told that it was not a roofing issue when it clearly was.A couple tubes of roofing caulk would of made this customer happy but but must of been over budget. I also called to ask them to look at leaking around my fireplace chimney. I called two times and never received a call back. I called again only for them to tell me i am on the schedule, (they never called to tell me) but as of today its two weeks and so show no call. I was told its because they want only certain times to come based on their schedule. I want to be here and I need to be home to let them in in to show the damage. They have my money. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

Cant recommend Security-Luebke enough. They were extremely responsive to our request and needs during our home repair and selling process. Pricing was very competitive and the never left us in the dark wondering what was going on. Dave outlined our options and what he thought was best for our situation but we never felt pressured one way or the other. He even brought extra moving boxes for us on one of his quote visits. We tell everyone we know about our great experience.

I had 2 leaking vent pipes on my roof. Called and got scheduled to get estimate. They did a temporary fix until they called and scheduled to fix it. The guy called to schedule and actually came on a Holiday Labor Day to fix it. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

After installation my review remains 3 stars. Pros: My roof was installed in one day and looks great. The gutters were installed a few days later and also look great. Cons: Two of the bushes in my landscaping were damaged, numerous river rock from my landscaping were left in my lawn after the tarps were removed (these were rocks not stones, easily seen), plus one of the roofing crew left their lunch leftovers in my lawn. I also have not received the roof or gutter warranties and it has been almost 2 months since installation. Previous Post 2: I received a call from my salesman who apologized for the miscommunication and has agreed to the discounted amount. I have decided to go with Security Luebke and will post again after the installation. Three stars for my salesman honesty today! PREVIOUS POST (One Star): I had a salesman come to my home and give me an estimate on a new roof and gutters. I told him I would think about it, as I dont make these type of decisions immediately. He called me a few days later and said there was an incentive available to reduce my cost. Again, I thanked him and said I would think about it. I emailed him a few days later and said I would sign a contract for the new amount. He emailed back and stated the price had increased but he would split the difference with me. I replied that I would be going with another company. I dont appreciate that type of selling.

The warranty is what really sold us on Luebke. We paid more but have heard too many stories of dissatisfied customers from other contractors. At our age this is the last roof well ever put on a house. Very happy. I even emailed the owner with a pat on the back for two of his employees.

Made appointment for having roof leak looked at. No one shows up. Call office and get excuse that they left voicemail for confirming appointment. Sat waiting all morning and early afternoon for tech to show up, nothing.No call, nothing. Very poor business. Saying you are sorry for not showing up because you are busy is not an acceptable excuse. Wasted my entire day.

Overall our experience was great! We experienced a couple communication break downs, but they were corrected and I also know that we had a lot of moving parts to our specific job. Not only did we have a whole new roof put on, we also had insulation and venting repair, skylights, facia, soffits and gutters. I don’t give perfect scores because I really feel like there can always be improvement in any business, but I would definitely have Security Luebke do more work for us in the future.

This review is based on just having them come out for an estimate. I hope my experience was a fluke, I couldnt imagine they get all of their business with estimates like mine.The young man showed up timely and was polite. Explained the process of going up and inspecting the roof, so I went about my work outside while he did his.I assumed he would give me a written estimate, talk options and be on his way. Well I was very wrong. He asked if we could go inside and he would begin the presentation. From the time he showed up until the time he left, it was 2 1/2 hours. The presentation was a PowerPoint slideshow, narrated GoPro video of my roof and hands on of building materials.The presentation was very thorough, but very pushy. Calling the condition of my gutters deplorable, as he went through the GoPro video he took while on my roof showing me everything that was wrong. He physically took a sample of every material they use out of his bag and had me check it out. And then pushed for me to sign although I kept telling him I had others coming for estimates.He proceeded to pack up his items as he seemed like I personally insulted him for not signing the contract. Almost leaving his ladder leaning against the front of my home.Calls began coming in very regularly until the end of the summer making sure I knew how busy they were getting and that I needed the work to be done due to the condition of my roof.

We had a steel roof installed on our home. The look of the roof is beautiful and it is nice not to have anything leaking anymore. The men that worked on the roof where always polite, professional and kept the yard very clean. They swept my driveway and walk way every night before they left at the end of the day. Talked to the estimator and he suggested to repair instead of replace, price quoted was very reasonable for work that would be done and we are in the schedule about 4 weeks from now to get work done. Will revisit after work is completed.

From the early 1990s to 2017, Security-Luebke did several roofing jobs on my rental home properties in the Appleton area. (I am now retired.) In every job, I rate SL as a ten (highest score). They were always good at communicating, always using a reasonable written contract, always doing the job for a fair price, always doing a great job on time. Jon Goodman was nice to deal with.

Needed minor repair on flashing of roof prior to selling house. The day before they were scheduled to due the repairs a neighbors tree fell on the roof. Since we were scheduled to close in two days, they coordinated the repair that was scheduled, assessed additional damage done by the fallen tree and repaired everything the day before closing. They were a life saver!

Guy came and looked at two damaged commercial roofs. Emailed back and forth apologizing for delay in bids. Promised bids by such and such date. Never received any bids.Thanks for wasting my time.

I am one of the Property Stewards for the Federated Church of Green Lake. I am writing this review based on my experience with a roofing job done on the church by Security-Luebke Roofing. An estimate was received on 10-22-17 for roof and gutter remediation. The church received an estimate of materials needed for the job. An actual itemized list of materials used on the job was never received to this date and was requested.The job was done in February/March of 2018 and Security-Luebke was promptly paid.During the winter of 2018/2019 the roof leaked in numerous areas where work had been done. Snow and ice were removed from the eaves by myself and my son. The leaks stopped right after removal. With my 35+ years of construction experience I knew something wasn’t right. I removed saturated ceiling tiles so it could dry out and noticed the top plate of the wall was very damp. Security-Luebke Roofing was notified of the roof leaking. They sent a crew of two workers out to remove more ice and snow from the roof. The church even received a bill for this service and continued to receive a bill with past due noted on it! It wasn’t until their poor workmanship was corrected that this bill was zeroed out.On 4-6-19 my son and I went up onto the roof and carefully removed a few shingles to see why it leaked in. We found only one course of WeatherLock at the eave and the drip edge was placed on top of the WeatherLock instead of underneath as it should have been per Owens Corning’s installation instructions. It should be noted that I spoke with the building inspector for Green Lake who advised that, due to the low slope of the roof, three courses of WeatherLock should have been used. Per Owens Corning’s installation instructions WeatherLock is to extend at least 24 inches beyond the inside of the exterior wall of a building for ice protection, their install only covered 7 inches inside.Pictures and measurements were taken and sent to the commercial estimator, Ryan Carlson, with Security-Luebke Roofing. Mr. Carlson said that they would make it right this summer. After numerous phone calls to him and Security-Luebke Roofing, two workers were finally sent out in August, the lead guy knew what he was doing! I was present during part of the time they were there. The old tar paper was not removed as it should have been to check the roof for any bad decking needing replacement and they only ran one course of WeatherLock instead of two. From my experience, they should have used it on the entire roof due to the low slope. According to the estimate, they figured 8.18 rolls of WeatherLock which would have been enough to put two courses down with enough left over for the valleys and around the chimney. The church did not receive a credit for only one course being put on or any credit for ceiling tile replacement.Security-Luebke Roofing’s website states they have a long and honored reputation in the religious community. My church will never use them again for any roofing needs and I personally will never recommend them, personally or professionally, to anyone ever.

I am so disappointed! They were supposed to be out in July to replace some gutters and put on some toppers but havent seen them. They wont respond to emails or phone calls. If they are so busy they cant respond or get out to do the job, dont bid it, just say sorry we cant do it. I guess they dont want the job so Ill call someone else.

Security - Luebke Roofing are great to work with and are wonderful supporters of Habitat for Humanity. They are always on schedule, do great work, and clean up before leaving the worksite. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof installed!
