Extremely knowledgeable staff in a decent location. Went in for information on a spa line they do not sell but still was provided with a lot of information and advice. Very good staff for anything pool and hot tub related. Highly recommend if you are in the market at all.

The Pool Team staff are very professional. When deciding on our hot tub purchase Ryan did not speak poorly about competing brands or dealers, he just pointed out why he thought the brands and models that the Pool Team sold were the best. The owner Jason went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were satisfied with our new Caldera spa. Eric and Randy are great technicians and made the delivery and setup process a breeze.

Super friendly and helpful with my above ground pool. They gave me a free water test, and Ill be back to buy pool chemicals from them before the summer is out.

Jason and his team recently put in a pool in our backyard for us and absolutely love it. We couldnt be more pleased with the pool and the whole process. He is very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and does a great job communicating. His crew is friendly and does great work. We have only used Pool Team staff to work on our pool since they installed our in ground pool 2012. Everything was running fine until they closed our pool down in the fall of 2017. Upon start up in the spring of 2018 both our pool pump and filter were not operational. Their supplier agreed it seemed to stem from a winterizing issue... we have had nothing but issues with our pump since. We literally had 3 pumps that summer installed and last summer 2 pumps. They will run for a few weeks or months if we are lucky and than they start to hum and wont pump. At close of summer of 2019 same thing happened so knowing going into this summer at start up we would have an issue. Jason wanted the electrician that HE originally contracted to wire the pool equipment to check the electric. They did come out ...tested it and said everything was registering as it should be. Jason installed another pump after that and his exact words were .... Im washing my hands of it! Well, pump is not operational again.. back to humming! Wont turn on - so cant pump the water down to prep for winter close up! We are not pool experts nor do we install pools that is why we hired his company. His unethical business practice of not standing behind his equipment or hired contractor and their work is beyond frustrating. Id think twice before committing to work with them.

Jason, Janel and their staff are amazing! They go out of their way to help. They helped get our pool up and running and helped when it was time to add a hot tub to the patio. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

They only want to sell you stuff that they sell all parts that may fit your stuff no go.

This was my first time in the store. Im very pleased with the customer service. All of my questions were answered and I didnt feel silly for asking some questions being a new pool owner. Hopefully I can keep a clean pool to enjoy all season!

Seems like a nice place I went in to buy a pool and they told me they were booked until 2022. Thats awesome for them but I need a pool sooner than that

After looking at several different companies, Im so so happy we chose The Pool Team. They completed our pool in a very short amount of time and were open and honest with all communication. The pricing was upfront with 0 surprises. Jason was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Even after the pool was finished, he has continued to be helpful and educational with my slew of maintenance questions. Highly recommend!

The pool team has an incredibly knowledgable staff. Each worker worked in extreme heat so diligently and quick I was amazed! We took down an Intex 20ft round pool and had Pool Team put in an inground 15x30 inground pool. Im a very OCD person and, let me tell ya, I was amazed every morning they were here bright and early already hard at work! PLUS, they actually picked up their messes everyday from cardboard to water bottles, etc! They made it very easy to deal with them, in fact, the owner himself stopped by almost every day to check the progress...WHO does that?In my opinion...why would you not choose The Pool Team?

Horrible! Do not use! They they came to fix a bad heating element then fried my mother board. They then said that I needed a different power board and wouldnt continued working on it if I didnt purchase it. So I purchased it from them. I then called back to schedule the fix and they told me they wouldnt work on it at all. $450 dollars later I was worse off than I was. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!

Store front has been closed randomly at hours when they should be open, the tech who worked on my pool was less than helpful in terms of info on care and upkeep of the pool. They do provide free water testing once a month and seem to be one of only places in town...
