Great customer service! I recently purchased a hot tub cover lifter from them and unfortunately it wouldnt work due to my hot tub having a waterfall edge and minimal clearance in the back. I was relieved to find out they take the return with no trouble at all. I was afraid I was going to be stuck with an item I couldnt use. Will definitely return to your website next time I need something.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! all parts are top notch original manufacturer parts! (at least the ones I ordered). Dont order from anywhere else, you can count on and trust this retailer to take care of you! Give them a try you will not be dissapointed!

Extremely disappointed in Master Spas!!!I have had a hot tub on order since Sept 2020 with a completion date of April 29th 2021 and delivered two weeks later. With Covid I did expect delays however the customer service at Master Spas has been TERRIBLE to clarify the COMMUNICATION. I have called multiply times to check on delays and no one there can seem to tell me anything. I did call on April 25th and was told it should have a serial number Monday April 26th and is expected to be done by April 29th. Today April 30th I called to see if it was done and the person I spoke to said she couldnt tell when it would be done but they received an email yesterday stating any tubs with delivery dates mid June through Sept are going to be delayed. She didnt know if that affected me. Of course by now I am sooo angry and asked for the factory number she gave it to me and when called...guess what?? they close are noon!!! They are a year behind but the office closes at noon on Fridays and when I called Christina back to tell her they are closed at noon she said she knew that yet she gave me the number but never mentioned they are closed. I asked to have the owner call me, she said he is at a show today and I mentioned he probable does not want to show up in Green Bay at the show today!!!!I did call other Spa places today because I am seriously thinking about canceling my order and they were very surprised that Master Spas could not tell me if the parts are in seeing how they only build Master Spas. They also stated that they are updating there customers weekly and can let them know if the parts are not going to be in and what the problem is!!At this point I would not recommend buying through Master Spas! I really do not like writing back reviews but this time I no choice.

Very expedient service! My new Master Spa wasn’t working. Matt from the Appleton service team came the next day and diagnosed the problem immediately! I was so relieved. He got it back up and running in less than 30 minutes and with a great attitude! Also advised on best practice for restart and maintenance. Thanks Matt!

Horrible customer service. No returns on electronics is a scam. My new panel showed up and I plugged in. Sat there and sat 88:88 to set time. Never moved off this screen. No returns on an unused part. Makes sense.... At least send out a good part or offer return with restock fee. I wont buy anything from here again.

I have had my spa for several years. I have the clarity 8 and love it. The staff in Appleton has been very helpful especially when I was having problems with balancing my chemicals

These guys are amazing. Visiting every pool place in the Fox Cities, they were the only ones who helped me. Super helpful. Extra cudos to their representative Pat who seems to know everything about pools. He put to end a 2 week nightmare I had been experiencing with my pool

The events leading up to the exchange I am referring to were frustrating as a problem was a struggle to troubleshoot but I came away with more confidence in MasterSpa due to their collective talent. They have been great from all aspects... product quality, customer service, and expedient delivery! Only great things to say about MSP. If I could give less than 1-Star I would. Please go to Google reviews and read many more 1-Star reviews. I was a past customer of this business. Notice that many of the 4-5 Star reviews are simply customers buying a filter or chemicals. I needed more and this company failed me miserably to the point where I am taking legal action. Their website does state that no electronics can be returned. I admit that, but hear me out. Their circuit board search engine led me to purchase the wrong circuit board. Upon installation everything worked but the spa-side control so my service tech called their help line and instead of the help validating that the correct circuit board was purchased via serial number - he assumed the board was bad and suggested ordering another board and sending the current one back. I ordered board #2. Obviously it didnt work either because it was the same as the first board. Thinking it could be my spa-side controller that was bad, my tech switched other spa-side controllers in and out. When I emailed the company to help me out, the person I was dealing with FINALLY figured out I had the wrong board because he asked me to verify serial number. Had the help desk told me this I never would have ordered board #2. What this guy did NOT ask me was if I was using the original spa-side controller or not, even though our email exchange clearly said I swapped the old one out for a new one. Because of that, board #3 did not work! My service tech grew so frustrated with MSP that he called his contact at Balboa who in 3 minutes diagnosed the problem and told him which board to buy which I purchased through the service company. Now for the fun part - even though MSP website guided me to board #1 and their help desk didnt help at all at caused me to order board #2 and the last guy I dealt with didnt ask all the right questions and caused me to order board #3 - they told me I could not return ANY of them due to their policy. WHAT? It was their ineptitude that caused me to have 3 boards. Not only that, I had to pay my service guy over $100 per hour to install and then remove the 3 boards for a total of 7 hours over 3 visits for all of the troubleshooting. The boards were in my tub for less than 10 minutes each. The right thing to do would be to admit their mistakes, realize the customers are not hot tub experts and they need to ask all the right questions and not assume anything. Instead, they are relying on their we said no returns policy and trying to hold on to my money. Its just not right and people need to know what they are dealing with. If there is a way to respond to this review Im certain they will and blame me, but my service tech told me the same thing - stay away. Anyone who says up front they wont return your order if its incorrect is not doing business honestly.

I contacted Joe at Master Spa shortly before closing time on a weekend. He helped me with my issue, and sent me a video to show me how to fix my filter problem. I really appreciated his efforts, knowledge and attitude. I will be buying from them again. Thank you!

Purchased a competitors spa less than 2 years ago... had an electrical problem that was not corrected properly by their “service” team and compounded the problem.... actually burned up the service pak.... the manufacturer was great providing parts at no cost, but Icwa hesitant to use their “service team” again. Master Spas out of Appleton to the rescue ! From Pat in sales to Matt and Alick in service, I couldn’t imagine a better experience ! Five Stars +. My next purchase will be at Master Spas!
