I scheduled an appointment online. It was confirmed online. Got a call a few days later saying that they could not do it at that time so I re-scheduled. Two hours before I left for my re-scheduled appointment, got a call saying that the provider would not be available so I re-schedule AGAIN. Got a call today that that appointment could not be kept and wanted me to re-schedule AGAIN...FOUR times...IM DONE.

Each time I come in for my scheduled appointment, I have been seen immediately. Today the receiver on one of my hearing aids had to be replaced and they had the unit on hand for my hearing aid model. It turned out to be quick and easy fix and the cost was covered under my annual maintenance plan.
