Tony did an excellent job of explaining everything to my grandma with this appointment. He is so knowledgeable with what he does and it shows. Very very happy with his service and the hearing aids themselves - highly recommend!

If you want to work with a wonderful hearing aid specialist, Tony is the guy to see. He has worked for years with my mother on her hearing needs. From beginning to end, his main goal was to make sure my mother was happy with the hearing aids she purchased. He continues to monitor her needs as they change and completely makes her feel at ease with any concerns she brings his way. Awesome service. Thank you Tony!

My dad got tested and fit for hearing aids. They worked great. The doctor Tony did a great job. The entire staff was pleasant and it was a joy to be there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs hearing aids.

A long year of disappointment and a waste of $3000First I’ll say, the staff at Belltone, couldn’t be nicer. BUT!I selected the in the ear canal hearing aids. They have been squealing with feedback since I got them. Many trips back to Belltone and many failed fixes, none of which lasted more than two weeks. The improvement in word recognition never materialized.Now 14 months later, hearing aids out of warranty, both microphone guards have fallen off, one has failed to work completely, and the other is very weak. I dont believe paying to have them fixed is worth it.If you go to Belltone, I recommend1. If you arent completely satisfied after the 30 day trial period. RETURN THEM! Do not buy, you have to get used to them or we can send them back and get the feedback fixed.2. If you still have them and there is still a feedback problem, take them up on changing to another style.3. If the promised better understanding of word, not just everything is louder, is not working for you, return them in the first 30 days.

Went to check out hearing aid for my wife, the receptionist was very rude to us. Not a very good first impression, so we ended up leaving.
