My visit was pretty friggin amazing.. came in to laminate a temp plate.. was in the store for about three seconds before an associate came up to me, told me I could save 5 bucks by putting both in a 11x17 pouch since they are the same price as a 8 1/2x11.. then told me to go to the vacant register and that she would be right up to ring me out. Thanks!!

No logic to their processes. Only patronize out of absolute necessity due to our parcel delivery infrastructure being so weak

This is one of the worst companies in Appleton stay away from this place they work against their customers they dont work with their customers. They told me one thing and then did something completely different they flat out lied. They have very poor customer service skills and do not understand how to get work done. they smile and laugh as they waste your time they get a kick out of it. if you want to use a service that knows how to get the job done and doesnt cause problems and is very secure go UPS.UPS store took care of me and I couldnt believe how happy they were to do so. FedEx is going downhill with their customers I recommend not going to this place ever stay as far away as possible do not trust the employees they will lie to you. The workers here need to be replaced with professional people as soon as possible management needs to restructure and then going out of their way to help people I dont see that happening at all that must be a fake review

Friendly customer service and convenient location. However, we reuse our boxes at work and everytime I use this facility they up-charge me to repackage my shipment. Doubling the cost of the original shipment. Especially if it is last minute and I have no real choice if it needs to ship. I have never had this problem with UPS. I am having a hard time wanting to come back to FedEx for my last second shipments.

The person that helped me, Desiree, was extremely helpful in getting my package ready and shipping internationally to Canada. I had pretty much the opposite experience from the other review here. Dont be afraid to stop here for help when trying to ship something, theyre very friendly and I would certainly stop there again if I needed to ship something. Thank you.

Ordered documents for printing online. They had them done about an hour before scheduled, was able to pick up early. Easy in and out.

I went to this location to print all my Save the Dates for my upcoming wedding, but the colors were printing strangely dark. The colors should have been 10% gray and a light blue, but they all came out turquoise. I called the worker over, a blonde guy named Jessie, and said that I thought something was wrong with the ink in the printers.He said, Thats not possible. The printers are calibrated every morning.I said, Well look at how its printing. This isnt how its supposed to print. I showed him the paper in my hand that had just printed and the image on the screen.He said, The colors on the screen are how it looks on your computer, but they wont necessarily print like that.I was like, What? What do you mean? Theyre obviously nothing alike. Something is wrong with the printer.He didnt check the printer in any way. Didnt call a manager for assistance. Didnt offer to print a copy from a different printer. Nothing. He looked at me and said, Its a problem with your computer, not our printer. Theres nothing I can do to help you, and he walked away!So I went to Office Depot down the block where they have trained customer service employees. The woman who helped me actually printed everything for me and did a test copy at no charge to make sure its how I wanted it to look. They printed exactly how they were supposed to; the colors were correct and beautiful.Im never going back to FedEx for anything ever again. I managed to get all of my Save the Dates printed at Office Depot, which is also where I bought all the envelopes and fancy paper. Ill be going back to Office Depot to print all of my wedding invitations, too.

I go to this place almost every day for work. The staff are friendly and prompt to take care of my packages. Not that I have a choice, but I would definitely come here again.

Visited location today and have never been more dissappointed in the customer service provided. Only 1 employee working and she definitely did not want to be there and was too busy texting her friends to help me. I print large projects on a weekly basis, thank you for reminding me why I go to the one on calumet st and not this one.

Over priced for printing and using their computer. Said no one else allowed using their computers. Kinkos charges 35 cents a min and then 49cents a page to print. Office Max use of their computer is free and 14cents to print. Always check prices!
