To say Sam did an exceptional job would be an understatement. We have 15 year old tile with grout that was worn and dirty. After Sams diligent work, the tile and grout now look as good as they did 15 years ago. Awesome Job!!

Sam did an incredible job on our floors! We were moving out of an apartment with 2 dogs and 1 cat and the landlord was being very strict on floors. We werent sure how he was going to respond but he was extremely impressed with this job! His prices are affordable as well. He was on time, very kind, professional and very thoughtful. They did an amazing job on my tile floors ! My grout was a white color and over the years it turned dark and brown and after the cleaning my grout was back to a white color. Highly recommend!

May 2018 update: Sam did an excellent job of cleaning all my floors. The carpeting looks like new even in the high traffic areas. My kitchen floor also looks like new, and I plan to have Pro Floor Restore clean it every six months. I had to reschedule the appointment twice, and Sam was patient and understanding of my situation. I asked Pro Floor Restore to clean a 20 year old cream colored carpet yesterday and it looks fantastic. Even pet stains are gone. Also did ceramic kitchen floor which looks wonderful as well.Even the grout is back to its original color. I am extremely pleased. My only other option was new carpet which I didnt want to do and now dont have to do. Professional, on time, courteous, and best, the results were wonderful!

Pro Floor Restore has been the best floor cleaning service I have used in the Appleton area. The carpets came really clean and smelled great, with no strong scent of cleaner afterwards. The carpets were also dry in record time. We have a thicker carpets and wetness has been a problem in the past, but not this time! I highly recommend Pro Floor Restore and look forward to using them the next time i get my carpeting cleaned.

I had Pro Floor Restore come clean the carpets in the house not too long ago. With people constantly coming and going, the floor was awfully dirty. I called Pro Floor Restore and was instantly greeted by a kind individual named Sam. He walked me through different floor cleaning options to ensure I was completely satisfied. He was in-and-out in a matter of a couple of hours, and now the floors look great! I would recommend them to anyone in the Fox Valley. Very personable and professional.

I found them online in a Google search. When I called I received a quote and scheduled an appointment. As soon as I hung up I received a text with a confirmation of the appointment and a link to an app for housecall; I didnt have to download anything if I didnt want to. It provided a picture of the cleaning technician (Sam), a map, an estimated arrival time, and the breakdown of the quote. I was super impressed. The day of the appointment I received a text with the same link and it showed that the tech was in route (kind of like Uber). Once he got to my house the status changed on the app to in process. Sam and his tech partner did an amazing job with getting putty out of my carpet and puppy mishaps erased. They finished when they said they would and followed through with the quote provided...no hidden fees. Thank you Lord for such hard working and honest fellas.
