When my furnace went out, they had a rep at my house in a few hours and install scheduled for the very next day. During the quote process they guaranteed I would love the furnace or they would take it back for a full refund. Not sure how many other HVAC companies can make that kind of guarantee.

The worker was negative and abrupt the minute he walked through the front door. We reviewed the project details and I went into another room just to be out of his space. The project that was reviewed and quoted could not be done as earlier projected. We discussed another option and all he did was drone on about the project. I tried to get a price so I could make an educated decision and stopped him twice as he lamented about other things. I just wanted a price. He gave me a very vague guesstimate. At that point, I knew I did not want this guy working in my house on my project.Weird, awkward and frustrating. Yikes!I see your rebuttal. I understand your are desperate to protect your image. Where is the apology? Thats what good companies do. They apologize for bad behavior and experiences. You make excuses, change the narrative and put it on the customer to make it better. Why would I or anyone else re-engage with a company when it went so badly the first time? I understand you dont like my negative review. However, it was fair and thats what this forum is for-accountability. I do hope you can learn. I hope you can tell the public you are learning. Im done

Have used The Good Guys twice for annual maintenance. They been very prompt for both appointments. They are transparent about their pricing, layout all of your options, and provide benefits and draw backs of both. I have an older forced air system (~90s) but it has never been an issue for them. For non emergencies service you will need to schedule 3-4 weeks ahead of time. Their online scheduling is great!! Super easy to use and you know what you will be paying ahead of time. I plan to continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

I am extremely disappointed with them with the way they handle their long term customers. I have been good guys customer for 5 years but the at the end they showed their real face to rip off their regular long term customers. Recently they installed truezone H432 honeywell panel at my home which they charged me 600 $ for Truezone H432 and rest in labor cost. i asked them that this same panel is between $ 300 and $ 325 online but why am i being charged $ 600 but they have all kind of excuses including labor, warranty and delivery cost and etc etc which does not make any sense to me. initially when i talked to them they said they will revisit my bill and make adjustment on panel cost but they never did and now they are saying they can not do anything. i asked them show me ur invoice where it says Honeywell Panel H432 is $ 600 but they will refused.

They have Always been respectful, courteous, explain what they are doing and why, answer questions fully, and have gone out of their way to resolve all issues Ive ever had. Their products and service have been of such good quality that Ive had Very few issues, and those were related to manufacturer defects! Thank you to Mike for the wonderful furnace service and help. I do recommend Christensen Wisnet for your furnace needs. Theyre a really good company!

This review is going to sound like a paid advert... sigh. It *isnt*. We had our house built 28 years ago, and I replaced the ~70ish percent efficient furnace and who-knows-how-much % AC with Amana equipment five years ago. I did a lot of internet research, Amana had a fair number of bad feedback. But *everyone* said the installer was far more important. The install took a fair amount of time, and one day had four techs at the house figuring out the brand-new-to-them system. But they got heating and AC up and running, and apart from a faulty touch-panel thermostat (quickly replaced under warranty) it has all been *faultless*.I just had a tech in today for a pre-winter tuneup (I get summer tuneups, too), and just like literally every tech they send, he was polite, friendly, and spent a LOT of time answering my technical questions. We talked today about the variable-speed fans, and their reliability over time. I found out that if the drain hoses clog up, the fan blades will actually propeller through the water! So keep your drain lines clean all year around! If you read my two other reviews, youll see that I only review local companies that I find to be exceptional. Christensen & Wisnet has been that way for me, for five years. No BS. BTW, I pay around $110 per tuneup, twice a year. I could do maybe 25% of the tasks they do, and let the rest slide, but honestly, I think the work is worth it, and I learn enough each time that I can help prevent owner-caused failures.OBTW, Hi, Dan!

I purchased an air conditioning unit last year and began to have trouble. Long story short, they were here 3 times and charged me 241 dollars. Two days later, Steve my rep called and said it would be no charge because it was something they were responsible for during install! I love people I can trust!

Our heaters blower motor went out the night before we were supposed to leave for vacation. Theses guys bent over backwards to get our furnace fixed and running. They had a tech in that night to tear the unit apart and one the following morning for install. Due to circumstances out of their control (part supplier issues) the install was challenging, but they pulled in extra staff and went well out of their way to get things fixed. With one person working on our unit and another running around town trying to find specialty parts for our application.I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. Their whole team, was professional, polite and more than accommodating.Christensen & Wisnet has earned a repeat customer here.I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would...A/C went out last week. Blower unit wouldnt even come on. They came out and told me my whole furnace was junk and had to be replaced. Well, so nothing was accomplished and I was charged $200 for their time. But no worries, if I buy a unit from them, they will take the $200 off, but Id be charged extra labor anyways due to how my basement was set up. Without a detailed estimate, was told to expect $3,500 to $4000. Well, figured Id get multiple estimates anyways, before having The Good Guys give me an estimate in writing. First one I got was $2,550. Weird huh. Have another one later this morning. But all of that is besides the point now. I spent around $600 dollars 4 or 5 years ago and upgraded to the new style variable speed blower unit. Figured if I was having everything replaced, might as well see if I can get the unit out. Mind you the tech that was here for the service call said he was unable to remove it himself due to the heavy amount of water damage. So overnight I got bored (Im an insomniac) and opened it up. Okay, I see a bit of water corrosion, but nothing like I was made to believe, and definitely not on anything like the mother board, connectors, or even the blower unit. Just a little on the sheet metal. So now I am curious why this thing isnt working. So I check the fuse, check all the connections, the limit switches, unplug the blower unit and plug back in (to reset it), double check the door switch works, close everything back up and flip the switch. Wouldnt you know it, fires right up like new. Almost spent (lets just say $3,000) because I trusted The Good Guys. Turns out the exact same thing happened to my wifes aunt, where they said the furnace was garbage and needed to be replaced. She called someone else for a second opinion, and $100 later that same furnace has been running 10+ years. Never again will these guys be stepping foot inside my house, and Ill make darn sure to keep them out of anyone elses home that is considering using them. Doubt Im getting any of that $200 back either...

Christensen & Wisnet claim on the side of their trucks that they are the good guys.... That is wrong! They are the great guys. We are sold and will always call Christianson and Wisnet for our furnace needs from now on. The men that show up to your house are very professional friendly courteous, they always wear their booties when they come inside the house , which is very important to my wife. You dont even have to tell them to put them on they just do it. If they tell you 8 to 8:30 expect them to be there . If you contact Christensen and Wisnet expect top notch customer care, over the phone or when they arrive at the home.

Called out a tech (Mike?) on Saturday to see why my AC wasnt working. Turns out I didnt have an AC unit at all (moved in recently, didnt know). The tech not only did his best to cut down the bill for the visit to the bare minimum, he called his sales guy (Steve) to get me a new unit. Steve was there later that day, got me a very good price for the unit and install (less than industry average as far as I can tell), and said hed see if he could arrange for the install on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week, as its their busy season. He called again Monday to ask if they could do it that day, and they did.My entire experience was great, which I appreciate very much, especially considering the situation that led to it.

We abruptly had our older furnace go out in Dec and Christensen & Wisnet were extremely accommodating and friendly to get us a quote and discuss our options. We had gotten two other quotes from competitors, but C&Ws service and warranty made it a no-brainer to go with them. They made time to get our installation in right away, as we were without heat in winter. We also got a new hot water heater which they offered to move to a more accessible location for any future service. The installation was as professional and personal as they come and we couldnt be happier with our new setup. Customers for life!

I finally had to follow their advice and get a new central air unit (mine was from the 70s). The sales person and installers (Jerry and Eric) were friendly, prompt, and professional.2 weeks later, on a Saturday, I had to call and report a bunch of water in the basement. Eric came over within an hour, diagnosed the problem as a faulty unit, and a new one was installed this morning, 4 days after the call, despite a backlog due to this horrible heat. These people are so professional - over the years they have saved me money on repairs, always been on time, and have followed through on any requests or questions.Way to go!

I thought I had a thermostat take a dump on me so, I called the wonderful people who installed my furnace/Central air at Christensen and Wisnet. I was told it would probably be after 10:30 but, about 9:30, I got the call from the Eric the tech that he was on his way. Early? Bonus! Even though I just got out of bed from a long night if writing final research papers.I showed Eric my thermostats, and then the furnace and he concluded too that it was the thermostat was the problem. Before he continued, he said he was a believer in giving people options if customers are handy. He said he could replace with a simple one which would be $x or, I could do it myself. We talked a bit about it and if it is something I can fix myself, I do so I decided to do the DIY.One last look at my broken temperature adjuster on my wall, Eric decided to pop a battery out and noticed they were in backwards! Insert face palm here! Especially, after I said I could replace the thermostat myself, and I couldnt even put batteries in the correct way?! Embarrassing? Hell, yes! My lesson?...dont change batteries at 3am when eyes are tired and crossed from looking at the computer screen for last 8 hours.Eric didnt bust out laughing. I even told him it was ok to laugh because I was. He didnt. He said he didnt want to jinx himself. Eric did say that it still probably wouldnt be a bad idea to replace the one that wasnt acting like it should but as of right now, all is good. At least Im good for a good chuckle when he got back to his truck. 🤣. Im ok with that.Eric was a professional! He didnt know me from Eve, dont know my situations, or my life, and still treated me professionally (backwards batteries and all). In my 16 years of dealing with Christensen and Wisnet with my furnace replacement in the beginning, chimney flue issues, my Central air repairs, and everything in between, I will always call and recommend Christensen and Wisnet to everyone!Yeah, it did cost me a service call and minor labor but at least it wasnt worse like a couple hundred dollar repair. Or, he could have been totally dishonest and screwed me out of a lot of money! You got a good tech in Eric, Christensen and Wisnet! Its comforting to know that every tech I have dealt with over the years still have morals and values and dont take advantage of customers with dishonesty (Which is more than I can say with the previous company prior to you). Keep up the great work!5/8/17 Water heaterI dont know why but, twice in a week is getting crazy. :-) This time, I didnt have hot water. I dont know if it was chance or not but, Eric was my tech again (2nd time in a week) and thankfully it was just the pilot light. He showed me how to do it myself! Again, another wonderful experience with a great tech! All my kudos from last week still apply! Thank you C & W!
