4 seasons heating and cooling installed a heater in my garage on a Friday. Could smell gas the next day. Called and was told its likely fine and someone will come out on Monday. I called WE Energies. They came immediately and noted a major gas leak from the new heating unit. WE energies called 4 seasons on my behalf to ask that an an employee come and address the problem to avoid having to shut the gas off to my home. A disgruntled employee came out and addressed the issue by simply further tightening the improperly installed fitting. The leak stopped for a few hours and became apparent again later in the evening. WE energies came back and this time they fixed the fitting properly as 4 seasons couldnt get it right after two attempts. They also noted that 4 seasons failed to install a shut off in the basement for this new line. They also failed to put the thermostat where it was agreed to be placed. Contacted the owner on July 2, 2020 and he said he would be back to move the thermostat when the temperature isnt so warm. Now its October, and havent heard from Gary Hinkens or anyone from the business. I strongly recommend you stay away from this mismanaged company. All my work was done by the owner, Gary Hinkens.

When our 21 year old Aprilaire humidity control system went out, Four Seasons worked with our schedule to get a replacement installed quickly. Very friendly answering/ scheduling service and technician. Our new unit is working beautifully. We highly recommend Four Seasons Heating and Cooling.

I had a zone system installed 6 months ago and recently had a routine maintenance check. The work was fantastic and the people working here are great. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly and clearly dealt with by Adam P. And Bob D.Bob D. Did our check yesterday. Great guy, thorough, a pleasure to talk and work with. I never write reviews, but this group deserves praise. Thank you--

Was estimated around $350 and bill came at $637. I called the office and asked for an explanation, technician called back and explained why it was the price. Didnt really seem right but dont really have an option after work is done. Part was upcharged +$100.

We are a first time home buyer and our furnace was not working properly. Our technician, Rob, was awesome. We were his last call for the night and he still was willing to answer any questions we had.We definitely plan on calling them in the future.

These folks do EXCELLENT work and their installers are professional and courteous.HOWEVER, I would not do business with them in the future for a number of reasons. 1) Their final billing was late, after the construction loan was closed out. 2) They performed additional work without authorization. 3) They have been harassing me personally for years alleging the builder didnt make the final payment.Weve been going round and round for almost 6 years now on this subject, which has moved the value of their excellent work and professional courtesy into the minus column.

I give them a 5* This is on a 1960s rambler home, built with electric everything!I have a great deal of building trades experience myself but was unable to be home during install.First-off, they worked with my wife for best timing to install both forced air gas heat and central air. They took the time to describe in detail the planned ductwork, complications and did a clean job of it, despite the challenges of a retro-fit on an older home.Even the building inspector was impressed with the professionalism and clean work. Thats all that I hoped for, and they more than matched the job.

My furnace went out on a Monday so i called 4 seasons because they advertise free estimates. turns out those are only for new installs. it was 69.99 for them to come diagnose it. he came out on Monday and spent about 2 hours taking apart my furnace to figure out what was wrong. he told me it was the heating element, which was thankfully under warranty yet. however with the position of my furnace he told me it would take 2 people to do the job and the labor alone was going to be upwards of 800. he had to order the part and said he would be back Wednesday morning. he never showed in the morning so i called only to find out he wasnt going to make it until Thursday morning. would have been nice to have been told that without having to call myself. the tech didnt show up until Thursday afternoon, again without calling to let me know. turns out the first tech diagnosed it wrong and it was the ignition. which was much cheaper and much easier to fix. so he replaced the part but must have forgot something because once he left, my heat wouldnt turn off. so i called again and another tech came out to fix it. he claimed it was fixed but that same night, it didnt work, again. so one more time i called and they sent out the same tech that first diagnosed the issue. the issues is fixed and my furnace it back on. its now Saturday. it took them almost a full week to fix an issue that could have been fixed in a day.i would not suggest them for anyone, they were unorganized and clearly lacked communication. i will not be using them again.

Four Seasons has been doing preventive maintenance on my furnace and AC units for a number of years now. I wouldnt keep them coming back if I wasnt happy with their service and technicians. Today, Bob was my service technician. I would say that the majority of Four Seasons employees are as honest, friendly and professional as Bob. I have asked Four Seasons to note in my file that, when service is requested, they send Bob. Thanks Four Seasons!

We purchased a new air conditioning unit from this company June of 2014 mainly because we were forced to due to the restrictions our home warranty program gave us. To start off they initially quoted and installed a unit that was far too large for our house causing ice to build up on the outside unit and rendering the unit useless. They then replaced that with a smaller unit which now two years later is doing the same thing with ice build up. Called them on a Sunday night to see what could be done since we were told the unit had a warranty. Turns out for a 190 bucks I could get them to come St least diagnosis the program... We said screw it and went with Apex heating and cooling for a much lower estimate at 125. Wouldnt do business with this company to save my soul.
