I stopped in to see about a unit and Lacey was just awesome. She was very friendly and informative. She had no problem showing me multiple units to compare sizes. She answered all my questions and even gave me information I forgot to ask about. She made it a very pleasant experience.

What a wonderful easy way to keep personal storage. Lacey was so helpful at the desk, when checking in, and helped me install the app on my phone. She was very helpful to let me look at the different lockers to make sure I had the right space and everywhere I went the grounds and buildings were very clean and tidy. This is my second time with Public Storage, always an easy experience.

My family and I are moving back to MN and need a storage unit. I called to ask questions about this storage company and Lacey was very helpful, extremely friendly, and informational. She went above and beyond and provided important info that I forgot to ask about.

I have been renting a unit from a distance for a couple years now. The onsite team has gone above and beyond to be able to accommodate me, when it isnt always easy for them. The property has always been clean and maintained when I am onsite. Special shout out to Lacey!

Super fantastic customer service. Property manager Nicole and staff member Shirley excel at their job. Been a customer for a few months and was always treated like family. Circumstances for being there were below rock bottom and they always brightened my day. Units are fantastic, wide range of sizes and hi vaulted ceilings so you really get your moneys worth, even tho they are a bit pricey compared to other places - Worth it!

Been using this location for various storage needs for over a year now. Recently needed additional storage in the process of moving a relative north and Sue & Sheila both helped to make it as easy as possible. Sue even went out of her way to help me arrange a pod delivery & let my movers have the best access possible.

Great place to store your stuff! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Nickole helped me with questions over the phone and when I went in Alex was very informative. Ive rented a space here before this and never had any issues. Im excited this time around to be able to pull into the garage.

For the past seven years I have rented a 5x15 space to help me store the medical device machines and products I sell. The property has always been clean and the drive through access to the storage unit made it very convenient to pick up my machines and supplies in all weather conditions. The property is always plowed out immediately after a snowfall to make access easy to all of the storage units. I also found the gate hours convenient as I have to sometimes get emergency supplies in the early morning or evening from the unit. I would highly recommend this specific property for your storage needs.

Nikole was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was put on a wait list for a 10x20 climate controlled, drive in unit and she was proactive in providing me with a unit that opened up within 24 hours of me being put on the wait list. This location is extremely clean and is well run by management.

From the moment I called to reserve a unit for a few months everyone that I talked to was so nice and helpful. Shirley has been amazing with everything! I also loved the unit that I rented, so easy to get to, clean, and temperature controlled. While moving all my stuff in my family was super impressed as well and said that it was like the cadillac of storage units. I will definitely tell people to rent here!!

I love this location especially since they have an amazing, down to earth, understanding employee working for them named Sheila. She has made my experience 100 times worth it.

I have stored collector cars for many years at the Apple Valley location. This location has always provided a very helpful staff who are familiar with a variety of storage needs and provide straightforward answers to questions. Nickole and Joann were able to get me into two new climate-controlled units yesterday. I prefer the climate-control units for cars as there is minimal, if any, moisture which enters the storage area during the seasonal changes. Great staff and service!

To acknowledge thoughtfulness from Jill for taking my children to the public restroom on her golf cart giving them a huge thrill. It was helpful while I unloaded equipment into the locker.
