They came over in the evening after wed been having issues with our AC not running very well. Several companies had been out before and had basically given us the run around and had been really not much help at all. Theyd actually made problems worse.But when Tony checked out our unit, he identified several problems right away. They were able to get the unit running far better than it had been in previous weeks. Even though they were able to get it running so well, we ultimately decided it was probably due for a replacement anyway, because it wouldve needed costly repairs to bring it back to 100%. Tony told us in detail everything he found with the unit and what it would take to repair it, and quoted us a more than fair price on a new unit. They were able to come out and install it for us in less than a week. They showed up right when expected and finished the job quickly and professionally. Everything looks, sounds, and runs great.By far the best experience weve had with any service. Our AC has been a huge thorn in our side since we bought out house and Im just glad we found Tony and his company, a good honest company to finally let us know what was really going on with our unit and offered us a real solution. I cant recommend ECC enough! Id like to say Id call them for any AC issues I have in the future, but with the quality of work they did I dont see myself having any issues. If I do though, theyll be the ones Im calling and referring my friends to.

The 30 year old air conditioner/ furnace finally died and we needed to get a whole new unit installed. Tony, from Elite Climate Control, was able to install the new unit quickly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and the customer service was top notch! I will be recommending this company to anyone that I know. The house is ready for the summer heat!

I was extremely pleased with not only the service, but the way they approached the situation. They told me that some of the other quotes I got were trying to upsell me on things that didnt need to be replaced, explained how what they had told me was incorrect, also showed me how a repair would work when the previous company said it couldnt be repaired, and ended up doing the job and saving me thousands of dollars in the process. Would suggest they be everyones first call or if not the first, at least the last before you do anything.

Tony and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Being a 1st time home owner I needed to find someone I could trust and that was Tony! he walked us through the process of what needed to be done to achieve the perfect flow. We purchased a home that had been remodeled and all the ducts were torn and needed to be replaced. The house had a 3 ton unit which was the original. It did not keep up with the added garage conversion master, Tony installed 3 new vents in our master bedroom as well as all new ducting and a 5 ton unit to keep up with the new square footage. definitely

Great experience! Showed up 2 hours after I called, took care of the problem I needed fixed ac is blowing ice cold now, and charged a great price for his work. He will be the only one servicing my hvac from now on.

My family and I got home from vacation at 5 O’clock on a Friday night in June. The house was 87 degrees. Went to turn on the AC and the outside condenser would not work. I tried everything I knew and no luck. So I called Tony, mind you a Friday night. Tony answered the phone and was at my house with 45 minutes. He would have been here sooner but he was in the middle of dinner with his family. I told him to take his time, and he replied he is there to help people.I would highly recommend Tony for any needs you come across. The guy has great people skills, REALLY knows what he is doing and is very attentive to helping people. I can’t say enough great things about Tony. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it right there on the spot. Replaced the outside box that was bad where the buses are. Had a really good conversation with him too.I’ll tell you right now if you want someone knowledgeable about the subject with lots of experience, don’t hesitate to call him. He will do you right. I could tell from talking with him, he genuinely cares about people and the work he performs. Great company! Tony was on it and getting it done. Our AC unit was outdated and had gone out , they sourced the parts and new unit in a half hour and had it up and running a few hours later. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.. thanks again guys I really appreciate it!

Having Tony help us with replacing our HVAC system was great. Our system was old and we got a lot of use from it since we bought the house but it was time to go. Our air conditioner decided to die during a heat wave, of course, on a Thursday evening. Upon calling our home warranty company, the next morning, they couldn’t get anyone out until the following Tuesday. To which I informed them we would be dead by then (over dramatic, yes, but I have several auto immune diseases and my husband is recently post radiation treatment for a brain tumor, so we aren’t in the best of conditions to withstand grueling desert heat).I got permission to contact an outside repairman. ECC was the first number I came across when Googling.My call was promptly answered by Tony, who gave me the greatest news of the summer, that he could be out that afternoon.Within a couple hours, he contacted me inquiring if he could come earlier than expected. Heck yes, he could!By this point my homes interior temperature was nearing 90 degrees and my very spoiled dogs were inquiring as to how they could contact the ASPCA on me for withholding air conditioning (again, over dramatic, but they were panting like I’d never seen before).Tony and his assistant, Nick (?) arrived with personal protection on, which made me so relieved that I wouldn’t have to ask them to wear masks (as mentioned, my husband is battling cancer), so right from the second they arrived, I was relieved. And my air wasn’t even working yet.They trouble shot my Interior equipment quickly, all the while educating me on my system and what they were doing/looking for.They then turned their attention to my outdoor unit, hooking their gauges up to the system, showing me what my specs were and how the unit was failing the specs with regards to Freon. They watered down the exterior of the unit to confirm their diagnosis and explained why that was needed.Upon confirmation of diagnosis, they then administered Freon and within minutes, my air conditioner was emitting gloriously cool air.Tony prepared my bill, while explaining each charge (which was a very fair price).Within 1-2 hours, the entire transaction was complete.I have submitted my receipt to the warranty company for reimbursement with a note advising them that they should look into adding ECC to their roster of HVAC companies because I have never, in my 30 years of owning homes, had a repairman out so quickly and whom gave me such an education on my equipment in all those years.I simply can not recommend enough, Tony at ECC. Not sure where to begin. From the beginning, not a single technician could figure out the issue with my residential unit. The moment Tony arrived, checked a few things outside and then inside. After a long diagnostic, figured the problem was condenser and offered multiple options with reasonable prices. Once we agreed on price, he went above and beyond to accommodate me with same day installation. He took care of us and our 1 week old newborn baby.Not only was the price and service amazing, the quality of labor was unbelievable. He’s clean, meticulous and professional. Not a piece of debris or evidence of old unit in sight. Not only do I recommend ECC for service calls, he’s amazing for new unit installation.A+, customer for life. Elite Climate Control has been a guardian angel looking after my old a/c system. Tony does his utmost to keep it all going, and he has the smarts to do it. This day and age, my experience has been that people cant really fix things anymore - they just tell you you need to replace it all whats not working ($$$). Not many people are smart enough about all the mechanics and engineering. Tony is.And on top of that, hes personable and efficient! My a/c was not cooling the air. Now it is blasting out cold air - and it wasnt that it needed freeon. Thank you Elite!I originally wrote this review a couple of years ago.Tony is a godsend. He came over promptly to diagnose and repair the leaking in my a/c. Ive had 2 other companies here. The first told me that leaks were hard to find. He just put in more freon. The 2nd company found the leak but told me that instead of repairing it (this would require welding), they would install a brand new 3 ton horizontal duct board coil for 2400. Ouch! Tony came and repaired the 2 leaks instead of installing a brand new duct board coil at a third of the price, with a one year warranty. The a/c works like a dream now. Tony is literally an answer to my prayer. Personable, energetic, knowledgeable, and fair. I am very grateful and recommend his company highly! Thank you, Tony and Elite Climate Control! I rent a apartment in Apple Valley, CA.This is the first time we have used the air conditioning unit and Im no professional but you can tell when an ac unit is not working. Like all other places tryin to save a buck they didnt want to face the fact that it was time to replace the 30.year old unit.When they sent Mr. Tony he was what every person in my situation could have hoped for. A professional warm welcoming businessman that really made you feel like you werent just a number but a valued important customer. From the first time I met Tony he reassured me that we would have a brand new working air conditioning unit in no time. If it wasnt for the covid 19 regulations. Im sure he wouldve completed installation the same day. But none the less Mr. Tonys communication skills were emaculate.
